第一篇：翻譯服務(wù)合同

甲乙雙方本著友好協(xié)商、共同發(fā)展的原則簽訂本翻譯服務(wù)合同，其條款如下：

both parties of party a and party b have signed the translation service contract based on the principle of friendly cooperation and mutual development.the articles are as follows:

一、甲方委托乙方為其提供翻譯服務(wù)，及時(shí)向乙方提交清晰、易于辨認(rèn)的待譯資料，提出明確要求，并對(duì)乙方的翻譯質(zhì)量進(jìn)行監(jiān)督。

1.party a entrusts party b with the translation service.party a shall provide legible documents in time and give clear requirements and control the translation quality of party b.二、乙方按時(shí)完成翻譯任務(wù)(如發(fā)生不可抗力的因素除外)，向甲方提供已翻譯好的打印件及電子文件各一份。具體交稿日期由雙方商定。對(duì)于加急稿件，交稿期限由雙方臨時(shí)商議。

2.party b shall complete the translation work in time and deliver the translation by printed hard copy and a relevant disk within the agreed date(with the exception of the delay caused by force majeure).details about the delivery time will be discussed between the two parties.for the urgent request, the delivery time will be discussed accordingly between the two parties.三、乙方對(duì)甲方提供的任何資料必須嚴(yán)格保密，不得透露給第三方。

3.party b shall keep confidentiality of any documents provided by party a and can not disclose to the third party.四、翻譯工作量統(tǒng)計(jì)：電子譯稿：按電腦統(tǒng)計(jì)的中文版字符數(shù)計(jì)算（中文版wordXX 中 “不計(jì)空格的字符數(shù)”）;打印譯稿：按中文原稿行數(shù)×列數(shù)統(tǒng)計(jì)計(jì)算（行×列）。

4.calculation of the load of translation: for electronic documents, the translation load shall be based on the statistics of the computer(chinese version wordXX “chinese characters not including blank spaces ”).for printed documents, the translation load shall be calculated according to lines of chinese characters(the original printed copy), i.e.lines × rows.五、乙方按優(yōu)惠價(jià)格向甲方收取翻譯費(fèi)用：英譯漢為 元/千字符（十萬字以上）。

5.party b will charge the translation project from party a with favorable price: for english–chinese rmb / 1000 chinese characters and marks（more than 100000 chinese characters and marks）.六、乙方可以在翻譯開始前為甲方預(yù)估翻譯費(fèi)，甲方付款時(shí)則按實(shí)際發(fā)生的工作量支付給乙方翻譯費(fèi)用（工作量統(tǒng)計(jì)方法見本合同第四條）。以下為乙方的賬戶信息：

七、乙方承諾，交稿后，免費(fèi)對(duì)翻譯稿進(jìn)行必要修改，不另行收取費(fèi)用。

7.party b promises to provide necessary modifications to the translation documents free of charge after the delivery.八、付款方式：甲方在收到乙方譯稿的當(dāng)日按實(shí)際費(fèi)用先支付乙方翻譯總費(fèi)用的50%，余款應(yīng)在交稿后的30 日內(nèi)付清，如第35日余款還未付清，則甲方每延誤一天需要向乙方交納翻譯總費(fèi)用5‰的滯納金。

8.terms of payment: party a should pay party b 50% of the total payment when the translated document is delivered（on the same day）.the remaining 50% will be paid fully within 30 days.when the payment is not received in 35 days, a late payment charge of 5‰ daily is applied.九、乙方應(yīng)當(dāng)保證譯文的翻譯質(zhì)量和翻譯服務(wù)達(dá)到行業(yè)公允的水平，如對(duì)譯文的翻譯水平發(fā)生爭議，應(yīng)由雙方共同認(rèn)可的第三方評(píng)判，或者直接申請仲裁。

9.party b shall guarantee that the quality of the translation and relevant service be up to the received evenhanded standard of the translation industry.in case any disputes arising from the quality of the translation material, it shall be settled through the judgment of a third party agreed by the two parties or apply to arbitration directly.十、本合同一式兩份，雙方各執(zhí)一份，經(jīng)甲乙雙方簽章后生效。

10.this contract is written in duplicates, one for each party and shall come into force after being signed and sealed by both party a and party b.

第二篇：翻譯服務(wù)合同（口譯）

1．期限

第三篇：翻譯公司口譯服務(wù)合同

甲方：

根據(jù)《經(jīng)濟(jì)合同法》及有關(guān)規(guī)定，按照雙方平等互利和自愿原則，為明確甲、乙雙方權(quán)利義務(wù)，經(jīng)雙方協(xié)商一致，簽訂本合同，以資共同信守。

1、甲方委托乙方提供1名口譯員，擔(dān)任翻譯工作，乙方接受甲方委托。

2、譯員承擔(dān)因自身差錯(cuò)所造成的安全責(zé)任，非譯員自身差錯(cuò)所造成的安全責(zé)任有甲方承擔(dān)；譯員應(yīng)盡力注意和防范安全事故，甲方應(yīng)提醒譯員注意安全事項(xiàng)并提供必要的防范手段。

3、雙方協(xié)定正常上班翻譯費(fèi)為元/日，共天，即 月 日--------月 日，每天工作時(shí)間為8小時(shí)，總計(jì)元整，經(jīng)費(fèi)于 月 日翻譯結(jié)束時(shí)支付。加班甲方自行與乙方譯員商議，平時(shí)加班按1.5倍加班工資計(jì)費(fèi)。如另外增加翻譯天數(shù)，甲方必須和乙方協(xié)商，不得單獨(dú)與乙方翻譯人員發(fā)生業(yè)務(wù)往來。

4、譯員應(yīng)盡力提供正確的翻譯。如乙方提供的譯員在服務(wù)過程中出現(xiàn)不能勝任翻譯、嚴(yán)重違反甲方規(guī)章或向外籍人員收取小費(fèi)的情況，甲方有權(quán)立即停止譯員服務(wù)并及時(shí)通知乙方更換譯員，更換后仍不能勝任或仍嚴(yán)重違反甲方規(guī)章的，甲方有權(quán)終止合同。

5、雙方對(duì)在本合同履行過程中所獲知的對(duì)方秘密必須嚴(yán)格保守，未經(jīng)對(duì)方同意不得向任何第三方泄露。

6、雙方如遇到非人為因素而導(dǎo)致不能履行合同或有未盡事宜，應(yīng)及時(shí)協(xié)商解決。

7、雙方應(yīng)恪守本合同。如有違約，違約方應(yīng)承擔(dān)本合同約定的和國家有關(guān)法規(guī)規(guī)定的賠償責(zé)任。因?qū)Ρ竞贤挟愖h或在履行本合同過程中產(chǎn)生爭議，雙方應(yīng)友好協(xié)商解決，協(xié)商不成的，任何一方均有權(quán)提請仲裁，仲裁時(shí)終局性的，對(duì)合同雙方都有約束力。

8、①、本合同（含傳真件文本）自雙方簽字蓋章之日起生效至履行完畢時(shí)終止。②、此合同一式兩份，甲、乙雙方各執(zhí)一份。

2.Party B shall complete the translation work in time and deliver the

translation by printed hard copy and a relevant disk within the agreed date(with the exception of the delay caused by Force Majeure).Details about the delivery time will be discussed between the two parties.For the urgent request, the delivery time will be discussed accordingly between the two parties.三、乙方對(duì)甲方提供的任何資料必須嚴(yán)格保密，不得透露給第三方。

3.Party B shall keep confidentiality of any documents provided by Party A and can not disclose to the third party.四、翻譯工作量統(tǒng)計(jì)：電子譯稿：按電腦統(tǒng)計(jì)的中文版字符數(shù)計(jì)算(中文版Word2000 中 “不計(jì)空格的字符數(shù)”);打印譯稿：按中文原稿行數(shù)×列數(shù)統(tǒng)計(jì)計(jì)算(行×列)。

七、乙方承諾，交稿后，免費(fèi)對(duì)翻譯稿進(jìn)行必要修改，不另行收取費(fèi)用。

第五篇：翻譯服務(wù)合同（筆譯）

9．保密條款

乙方承諾，除乙方工作人員因翻譯需要接觸甲方文件外，不向任何第三方泄露甲方文件的內(nèi)容。否則，甲方有權(quán)追究乙方因泄密而導(dǎo)致的法律責(zé)任。

10．文本份數(shù)

本合同一式兩份，雙方各執(zhí)一份，具有同等法律效力。
