甲方是經(jīng)中華人民共和國浙江省金華市教育局批準(zhǔn)的合法辦學(xué)機(jī)構(gòu)，經(jīng)_____________合作授權(quán)，提供_____________課程。

學(xué)校擁有雄厚的師資，先進(jìn)的教學(xué)設(shè)施和現(xiàn)代化的教學(xué)手段，具備高層次辦學(xué)條件。乙方自愿讓其子女就讀于本校。雙方本著平等、誠信的原則，就乙方子女入學(xué)事宜達(dá)成以下協(xié)議，以咨雙方遵守。

1.甲方向乙方子女（以下稱“學(xué)生”）提供_______________課程，由_______________評

5.學(xué)生入校學(xué)習(xí)，不得無故中途退學(xué)；因故必須中途退學(xué)時，學(xué)費不予退還。

金華市新世界國際英語課程報讀優(yōu)惠協(xié)議

甲方：金華市新世界英語培訓(xùn)部

為規(guī)范乙方選擇金華市新世界英語培訓(xùn)部（以下簡稱甲方）提供的英語培訓(xùn)課程的優(yōu)惠活動，制定本協(xié)議。乙方需在入讀前仔細(xì)閱讀并簽名確認(rèn)方可享受相關(guān)優(yōu)惠。

一、課程優(yōu)惠活動內(nèi)容：

即日起，凡乙方報讀甲方于____年__月__日開課的______課程，并滿足下列條件可享受相應(yīng)的學(xué)費優(yōu)惠： _____年__月__日前付全款并簽署優(yōu)惠協(xié)議，單人報名優(yōu)惠____元/人，__人及以上團(tuán)體報名優(yōu)惠____元/人。

四、雙方對本協(xié)議的規(guī)定發(fā)生爭議時，本著互惠原則，友好協(xié)商解決。協(xié)商不成，可通過法律途徑解決爭議。

五、本協(xié)議一式二份，甲乙雙方各執(zhí)一份。雙方蓋章或簽字后生效。

經(jīng)過乙方對甲方的考察及甲方對乙方的考核，甲方同意入取________為________級學(xué)生。

為了更好的履行各自的權(quán)利和義務(wù)，甲乙雙方本著自愿的原則，達(dá)成如下協(xié)議：

1、甲方設(shè)為中專學(xué)制三年，在此期間甲方將按照國家教育部規(guī)定的各專業(yè)教學(xué)大綱內(nèi)容進(jìn)行教學(xué)、管理、考核、評審。學(xué)生畢業(yè)時，發(fā)國家承認(rèn)的畢業(yè)證。

4、乙方在學(xué)校學(xué)習(xí)期間要嚴(yán)格遵守學(xué)校的各項規(guī)章制度，如有發(fā)現(xiàn)曠課、吸煙、喝酒、打架等違紀(jì)行為，學(xué)校將給予警告、記過、留校察看、勒令退學(xué)、開除學(xué)籍等處分，并記入學(xué) 生檔案，嚴(yán)重者司法部門處理。

5、乙方在校期間，如因違反學(xué)校規(guī)定而造成的一切事故后果，學(xué)校均不承擔(dān)責(zé)任。

6、新生入學(xué)一周內(nèi)如因參軍、出國、遷居外省需持國家有關(guān)單位證明 可以根據(jù)有關(guān)規(guī)定辦理退學(xué)，其它時間或其它理由一律不予辦理，所繳納費用一律不退。

7、在學(xué)生畢業(yè)安置工作中；對于學(xué)生成績優(yōu)秀者、操行評定優(yōu)秀者、對學(xué)校做出突出貢獻(xiàn)者，將給予優(yōu)先安置；對于違反校規(guī)、校紀(jì)及受記過以上處分者學(xué)校將暫緩安置工作或不予安置。
