二、不適合外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)員工作的癥狀:
■ 每天工作基本上是上網(wǎng)發(fā)布信息、收發(fā)郵件,回復(fù)大量相同的問(wèn)題,感到簡(jiǎn)單、重復(fù)、枯燥。
■ 大部分時(shí)間是面對(duì)電腦,不是面對(duì)客戶、面對(duì)人,與客戶通電話都不多,感覺(jué)悶。
■ 臉皮薄,不喜歡、不習(xí)慣討價(jià)還價(jià)。
三、從業(yè)者對(duì)外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)員工作的具體感受:
其實(shí),我們做外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)工作的內(nèi)容很簡(jiǎn)單,每天自己上網(wǎng)找客戶。每天比較枯燥,但收到客戶的回復(fù)就很高興。不喜歡只是照著經(jīng)理的指示、步驟去工作,因?yàn)檫@樣沒(méi)有自己發(fā)揮的空間,不能按自己的想法做事情。
電子元器件外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)員,不喜歡一天工7個(gè)小時(shí),都要坐著、面對(duì)電腦,在熟悉了工作流程后,操作很簡(jiǎn)單,現(xiàn)在好像學(xué)不到什么東西了。常常整天對(duì)著電腦,感覺(jué)不爽,沒(méi)精神,較易疲憊。不喜歡上傳產(chǎn)品信息到外貿(mào)銷售平臺(tái),每天重復(fù)的上傳產(chǎn)品到網(wǎng)站上去,機(jī)械般地重復(fù)。
不喜歡的內(nèi)容:每天坐在電腦前。原因:工作內(nèi)容都是重復(fù)的,有點(diǎn)枯燥;天天上班就是對(duì)著同樣的電腦和同樣的同事,感覺(jué)對(duì)外界知之甚少,擔(dān)心被社會(huì)拋棄。
我喜歡與客戶面對(duì)面溝通,喜歡用 英語(yǔ) 聊天,比郵件和電話又具有人性化,又有溫度。
我不喜歡頻繁聯(lián)系客戶,催下 定單,臉皮不夠厚,不適合做業(yè)務(wù)。不喜歡訂單確定好后,再需要跟客戶說(shuō)做不到什么。因?yàn)槲覔?dān)心客戶會(huì)對(duì)我個(gè)人的信用產(chǎn)生懷疑??蛻粼贛SN,Skype中要求報(bào)價(jià),并直接砍價(jià)——不喜歡,不知道該怎么應(yīng)付。報(bào)高了,怕對(duì)方?jīng)]興趣,報(bào)低了,又覺(jué)得虧了,感覺(jué)抓不住客戶。向領(lǐng)導(dǎo)請(qǐng)示價(jià)格——不喜歡,自己本身對(duì)客戶不是很了解,客戶又只關(guān)心價(jià)格。請(qǐng)示之前自己就感覺(jué)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)不會(huì)答應(yīng),無(wú)法說(shuō)服領(lǐng)導(dǎo),反而讓領(lǐng)導(dǎo)覺(jué)得我很沒(méi)用。
陶瓷產(chǎn)品的銷售:總是被客戶逼著交貨,太煩,事情多的時(shí)候讓你忙不過(guò)來(lái),像機(jī)器一樣不停地運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),閑的時(shí)候又整天不知道干什么好。我不喜歡的是這個(gè)工作沒(méi)有自己的想法,常按照別人的想法去做,還不知道什么時(shí)候結(jié)束,自己不能掌控工作,總是“被工作”了。
外貿(mào)銷售業(yè)務(wù)員:外貿(mào)一般都是在工廠內(nèi)面對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò),接受的信息很少,通過(guò)展會(huì)可以了解到市場(chǎng)的流行趨勢(shì);也順帶了解同行在做什么樣的產(chǎn)品;和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手做一定的比較,平常這樣的機(jī)會(huì)很少。
四、不喜歡的工作內(nèi)容及原因:
1、不喜歡做一些比如做生產(chǎn)月報(bào)表,報(bào)價(jià)表,在我看來(lái)比較死的東西,很枯燥,乏味,而感覺(jué)沒(méi)有產(chǎn)生直接的生產(chǎn)效益;對(duì)數(shù)字方面的東西我不太細(xì)心,還有點(diǎn)出錯(cuò);
2、每完成一訂單,出完一次貨,除了提成能自己足夠高興,似乎難有其它的價(jià)值成就感;
3、目前的工作還是覺(jué)得沒(méi)有什么心理滿足感,有時(shí)接了較大的訂單覺(jué)得也沒(méi)什么,沒(méi)有接到單,或者客戶遲遲不能確定自己也不急;
4、不喜歡這種隨市場(chǎng)變化太大的東西,覺(jué)得太難以把握了,今天做得好好的客戶,明天有可能就倒閉了,今天做得好好的客戶因?yàn)楣S的調(diào)整就必須放棄和他們合作,去尋找新的客戶;
5、不喜歡每天十個(gè)小時(shí)的工作都是面對(duì)著電腦,上網(wǎng)搜集有限的信息;了解途徑不太廣闊。
6、每天被拒絕幾十次,覺(jué)得打擊特別大;
7、自己業(yè)務(wù)能力差,并且市場(chǎng)行情已經(jīng)不好,太多人從事這行,要經(jīng)常說(shuō)謊,跟自己信仰格格不入,自己受不了;
8、要去拿回扣,但又要提防不要被客人知道,被知道就等于沒(méi)有這個(gè)客人。感覺(jué)到既要跟客人交朋友,但私底下又坑了客戶,就覺(jué)得心里面很痛苦,不這樣做又賺不到錢(qián)。
