本學(xué)期，我們班在實(shí)現(xiàn)“深入加強(qiáng)日常管理，使同學(xué)加強(qiáng)自我管理”的班級管理目標(biāo)上做了大量的工作。在這項(xiàng)工作中，主要圍繞著這些來展開工作：

1.規(guī)范管理過程，嚴(yán)格遵守高一（13）班《班級的約定》；做到民主決定班級走向；

2.明確責(zé)任管理，落實(shí)每個班委的責(zé)任。

在這基礎(chǔ)上 , 揚(yáng)長避短 , 爭取使在穩(wěn)步發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)上 , 尋求新的突破與新的提高。

二、干部隊(duì)伍建設(shè)及其工作情況

上學(xué)期，我們班進(jìn)行了班干部選舉。成立了班委會，經(jīng)過明確的分工，大家都能積極工作，不定期的在一起研究工作。經(jīng)過了一段時(shí)間的磨合，各位班委的工作已經(jīng)步入正軌。經(jīng)過3個月的一起工作，使我們之間增添了不少默契。

三.活動方面

這學(xué)期領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和參與的活動有：

1.和團(tuán)支書組織班級干部，積極參加學(xué)校里的活動，并且受到了學(xué)校的好評。

2.積極參加校運(yùn)動會，并取得了優(yōu)異成績，取得了老師和校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對高一（13）班充分的肯定。

四、思想方面

1.大多數(shù)同學(xué)積極向上、進(jìn)取。

2.大多數(shù)同學(xué)為自己訂立了一個目標(biāo)，并不懈地努力去實(shí)現(xiàn)。

3.大多數(shù)同學(xué)思想團(tuán)結(jié)、集體榮譽(yù)感強(qiáng)。

五、學(xué)習(xí)方面

本班同學(xué)學(xué)風(fēng)較為端正，基本上做到不曠課不遲到不早退，上課認(rèn)真聽講，學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度積極，交作業(yè)按時(shí)按質(zhì)按量，由此同學(xué)們?nèi)〉昧溯^好的成績！

六、目前班上存在的問題

1.團(tuán)活動參加不積極

2.個別班委會成員的表現(xiàn)不好，紀(jì)律上較差

3.班里個別同學(xué)偶爾上課遲到，對于某些課程態(tài)度不積極，課下自主學(xué)習(xí)意識不強(qiáng)，成績不理想

七、工作計(jì)劃

1.班級要盡快形成優(yōu)良的班風(fēng)，使之能體現(xiàn)出音樂特色班級的良好精神風(fēng)貌，在學(xué)校樹立一個良好的形象。

2.有些同學(xué)對學(xué)校的制度、紀(jì)律管理產(chǎn)生“逆反”心理，導(dǎo)致思想、行為自由散漫，不利于班風(fēng)建設(shè)。在這個方面上我想班委會要強(qiáng)化管理、落實(shí)制度，避免說做不一，并及時(shí)進(jìn)行階段性總結(jié)。最終，使同學(xué)們提高自我管理的能力。

3.狠抓班委會成員自身的紀(jì)律作風(fēng)。建成一個作風(fēng)正派、強(qiáng)健有力的班委會。

八.個人感想

這一學(xué)期已快結(jié)束，作為班長，我學(xué)到了很多東西，尤其是在與人打交道這個方面上獲益匪淺。班上的同學(xué)來自五湖四海，各自的家庭背景也不同，這就要求我面對不同的對象，采取最合適的方法來與他們交流溝通。只有了解了所有同學(xué)們的想法，才能順利地開展班級工作。從這個角度看，我認(rèn)為自己的表現(xiàn)

是合格的。我基本上做到了和每一位同學(xué)保持友好的關(guān)系，并樂于傾聽他們的意見。

多次組織活動也讓我學(xué)到了很多，很多東西不是一個人能弄起來的，他需要一個強(qiáng)大的團(tuán)結(jié)的班級做后盾

。同時(shí)做事前要把所有可能發(fā)生的情況考慮周到，才能避免到時(shí)候手忙腳亂。總之，我們班是一個蒸蒸日上的班集體，在班主任雷老師的帶領(lǐng)下，我們將走向更加輝煌的明天！走自己的路，讓理想伴我行，走出五彩繽紛的明天?。?/p>

一學(xué)月的辛苦，有收獲的喜悅，也有不足與遺憾，為總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)，利于今后工作,現(xiàn)總結(jié)如下：

一、建立良好的課堂紀(jì)律和秩序。

引導(dǎo)學(xué)生學(xué)會理解老師和尊重老師的勞動，上課認(rèn)真聽講，認(rèn)真筆記，課后認(rèn)真完成作業(yè)。嚴(yán)格要求學(xué)習(xí)委員和課代表及組長從各個方面做好協(xié)調(diào)工作，如作業(yè)布置、作業(yè)的督促和檢查等，切實(shí)減輕老師繁重的勞動。同時(shí)，指導(dǎo)學(xué)生如何在課堂上認(rèn)真聽講，從而使學(xué)生養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣。

二、目標(biāo)教育

為此我上了一堂《朝著目標(biāo)奔跑》的主題班會課。教育學(xué)生平時(shí)做事在目標(biāo)選定好后，要像豹子追趕羚羊那樣專一，要有堅(jiān)定信念和足夠的信心，并能持之以恒地堅(jiān)持下來，只有緊追一只羊才會距離你的目標(biāo)越來越近，才會實(shí)現(xiàn)自己的理想，特別是那些做事猶豫不決的人更應(yīng)從中有所受益。

三、開展活動育德

1、為了增加班級的凝聚力，對學(xué)生進(jìn)行團(tuán)隊(duì)訓(xùn)練。我班組織了和高一4班的班級籃球賽。讓我班所有學(xué)生到籃球場為比賽的學(xué)生加油助威。這次活動的開展增強(qiáng)了班級的凝聚力，讓學(xué)生明白我們班就是一個團(tuán)隊(duì)。

2、為了踐行社會主義核心價(jià)值觀，對學(xué)生進(jìn)行正能量的引導(dǎo)。我班組織了每天6：10的“正能量”分享活動。每天一位學(xué)生分享語文老師布置的摘抄經(jīng)典里面的正能量文章，讓學(xué)生能夠感受到正能量就在我們的身邊，我們自己也可以成為正能量。每一位學(xué)生都有機(jī)會展示自己對社會主義核心價(jià)值觀的理解，也讓學(xué)生的摘抄更加精選，更加有意義。

三、存在問題的原因分析

在班級工作中盡管我取得了一定的成績，但也有許多需要改進(jìn)的地方。學(xué)生的進(jìn)取心還不強(qiáng)，思想意識上對學(xué)習(xí)不夠重視，對學(xué)習(xí)目的不是十分明確，存在較強(qiáng)的反復(fù)。根據(jù)我的日常觀察，原因如下；

1、許多人在態(tài)度上沒有認(rèn)真對待，沒有認(rèn)真復(fù)習(xí)。畢竟，對學(xué)生而言，“學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度決定一切”。

2、許多人沒有適合自己的學(xué)習(xí)方法。沒有意識到高中不同于初中，許多時(shí)候?qū)W習(xí)要自主，用適合自己的方法學(xué)習(xí)會更好。

3、應(yīng)試方法不對路。如：有的同學(xué)在考試的時(shí)候就想著“這題做過的，以前怎么做的呢？”“這是在書上什么地方的呢？”等問題，而沒有把心思放在“這題現(xiàn)在該如何做（解）？”上。

總之，在這一學(xué)月里，我通過以上幾方面的努力，班級工作開展得還是比較的順利，學(xué)生的整體素質(zhì)在不斷的提高。但學(xué)生當(dāng)中依然存在許多問題，不容忽視，任務(wù)還很重，工作還存在很多困難。因此，我將不斷努力，及時(shí)總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)，爭取更加輝煌的成績。
