當(dāng)然小組合作學(xué)習(xí)過程中也出現(xiàn)許多問題。比如說個別學(xué)生基礎(chǔ)特別差,對學(xué)習(xí)不感興趣,不聽課,不寫作業(yè),小組成員對他也很排斥,因?yàn)樗绊懥诵〗M得分,不能得到應(yīng)有的榮譽(yù)。面對這樣的學(xué)生,我們該如何教?素質(zhì)教育是
面向全體學(xué)生的教育,強(qiáng)調(diào)在教育中每個人都得到發(fā)展,這也使每個學(xué)生的權(quán)利。作為教師我們不能放棄每個學(xué)生。記得有一次,我堂哥對我說,小時候他英語學(xué)習(xí)成績特別差,他的作業(yè)都是抄別人的,他英語老師就對他說:以后你的作業(yè)就不用交了。我堂哥說那位老師讓他一輩子都無法忘記,因?yàn)樗麄α怂淖宰鹦?。新課改強(qiáng)調(diào),在對對待師生關(guān)系上要尊重和贊賞;在對待教學(xué)關(guān)系上,新課程強(qiáng)調(diào)幫助和引導(dǎo);在對待自我上,新課程強(qiáng)調(diào)反思。學(xué)困生也希望自己能得到老師和同學(xué)的鼓勵和贊賞,當(dāng)他站起來回答問題表現(xiàn)出來的低聲訴語:老師,我不會。我們感到慚愧和懊悔,我們多想說,你可以的!培優(yōu)補(bǔ)差,優(yōu)生帶差生是很好的教學(xué)方法,我們要運(yùn)用到實(shí)踐中去。小組長負(fù)責(zé)制,也為我們的教學(xué)減輕了一些負(fù)擔(dān)。

八、最后總結(jié)的時候,注意要升華到話題,情境。
