陽光明媚，萬物爭輝。在這充滿希望的季節(jié)里，在五一國際勞動節(jié)即將來臨之際，我們迎來了縣總工會大樓落成慶典。這是縣總工會的一件大喜事，也為××縣城增加了一個新的景觀。在此，我受四大家的委托，代表縣委、縣人大、縣政府、縣政協(xié)，向縣總工會及總工會領(lǐng)導(dǎo)表示熱烈祝賀！并向前來參加慶典的各級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和各界朋友表示熱烈的歡迎和誠摯的感謝！

工會是由黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的職工自愿結(jié)合的工人階級的群眾組織，是黨聯(lián)系職工群眾的橋梁和紐帶，它在我國物質(zhì)文明、精神文明和政治文明建設(shè)建設(shè)中，具有十分重要的、不可替代的作用?？h委、縣政府都非常重視和關(guān)心工會工作。近兩年，在認真抓好工會換屆、著力加強班子建設(shè)的同時，積極支持縣總工會改善辦公條件、發(fā)展工會事業(yè)。縣總工會大樓的優(yōu)質(zhì)、快速建設(shè)和順利竣工，就是縣委、縣政府對工會工作高度重視的結(jié)果，也是上級工會和社會各界的大力支持的結(jié)果。

**成立以來，黨工委、管委會緊緊圍繞**的目標，在推動經(jīng)濟社會跨越發(fā)展的同時，始終把教育事業(yè)擺在優(yōu)先發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略地位，按照“再窮不能窮教育、再苦不能苦孩子、再虧不能虧教師”的方針，全力加大投入，積極改善辦學條件，最大限度地支教、助教、扶教，僅去年至今年一年的時間，就規(guī)劃實施了總投資近XX萬元的**等一系列校舍擴建和改造項目。此次，**小學教學實驗樓的落成，是管理區(qū)集社會各界力量、優(yōu)化教育布局、改善辦學環(huán)境的又一重大成果，對于提高全區(qū)規(guī)范化學校覆蓋率、加快推進教育事業(yè)又好又快發(fā)展均具有十分重要的意義。在此，我想表達三層意思：
