志愿者向世昆的故事

向世昆，男，1992年2月19日出生，重慶市巫山縣人，共青團(tuán)員，本科學(xué)歷，中級(jí)人力資源師職稱(chēng)，資深志愿者，原重慶市社區(qū)志愿服務(wù)指導(dǎo)中心志愿者、現(xiàn)重慶市志愿者總隊(duì)巫山分隊(duì)長(zhǎng)。

08年6月，我去了重慶市志愿者總隊(duì)登記正式加入志愿者，要了一個(gè)“中國(guó)志愿者”的小牌，別在胸前，開(kāi)始了做一名志愿者。

20歲的我不愿意說(shuō)出自己的名字。10年1月，瞞著家人，回到了巫山。給媽媽打了一個(gè)電話(huà)，我在重慶實(shí)習(xí)。原本想來(lái)做點(diǎn)事就回去的的我很快發(fā)現(xiàn)，許多志愿者都很年輕，他們從各鄉(xiāng)趕來(lái)，滿(mǎn)腔熱情，就想著要去無(wú)私奉獻(xiàn)，關(guān)愛(ài)他人，因?yàn)橐郧皼](méi)有組織而很失望。10年4月我開(kāi)始發(fā)起組織巫山志愿者，當(dāng)時(shí)憑著市志愿者總隊(duì)的介紹信去巫山開(kāi)展公益活動(dòng)，聯(lián)系當(dāng)?shù)貓F(tuán)委，當(dāng)?shù)貓F(tuán)委精神上支持我們的想法并給予鼓勵(lì)，就是沒(méi)有任何實(shí)質(zhì)上的幫助，我就開(kāi)始在中國(guó)志愿者網(wǎng)和巫山當(dāng)?shù)亻T(mén)戶(hù)網(wǎng)上招募志愿者，支持的網(wǎng)友比較多，很多外地的網(wǎng)友過(guò)來(lái)支持我的工作，隊(duì)伍還有一些人，只帶一身衣服過(guò)來(lái)，自己的生活都沒(méi)辦法安排。因?yàn)閰^(qū)縣發(fā)展公益很難，我自己把存款拿出來(lái)租賃辦公地點(diǎn)和辦公設(shè)備，大約一個(gè)星期左右，巫山志愿者有了屬于自己的家。雖然有一些自發(fā)的志愿者小組，但也有相當(dāng)多的是“散兵游勇”，沒(méi)辦法組織起來(lái)。我開(kāi)始做一些為志愿者服務(wù)的工作。把年輕人組織起來(lái)，讓他們統(tǒng)一接受我們的安排和協(xié)調(diào)，一起在后方做力所能及的服務(wù)。但或許是和團(tuán)委的接待者溝通出了問(wèn)題，幾天后，我多少感到了一些委屈。4月20日晚，因?yàn)閷?duì)一些外地來(lái)的志愿者住宿問(wèn)題的處理和溝通問(wèn)題，志愿者和一名當(dāng)?shù)氐母刹窟€發(fā)生了矛盾，后來(lái)以這位干部的道歉告終。但因此事，已經(jīng)有幾位志愿者打算離開(kāi)，來(lái)自重慶酉陽(yáng)的志愿者。他說(shuō)，自己有一絲心涼，所以要早點(diǎn)回去了。“當(dāng)志愿者們?cè)谄疵苫?，他們身邊不遠(yuǎn)處，竟然有個(gè)別縣干部模樣的人在打牌”。志愿者，體現(xiàn)了中國(guó)人參與公共事務(wù)的熱情。“這么多人，懷著熱情來(lái)了，區(qū)縣政府官員也應(yīng)該改變以前的思維模式，讓這些熱情和力量，發(fā)揮更好的作用?！?可是我失望了，得不到政府的支持。那時(shí)候我認(rèn)為有一名志愿者（海峰）的話(huà)很好“對(duì)志愿者的工作應(yīng)該更細(xì)致一些。讓這種善的力量得到更多的呵護(hù)，如果做到這些，中國(guó)志愿者成長(zhǎng)的空間就會(huì)更大，發(fā)揮的作用也會(huì)更大”。

我談志愿者：在英語(yǔ)里，志愿者(Volunteers)是一個(gè)沒(méi)有國(guó)界的名稱(chēng)，指在不為任何物質(zhì)報(bào)酬的情況下，為改進(jìn)社會(huì)而提供服務(wù)、貢獻(xiàn)個(gè)人的時(shí)間及精神的人。

從這種意義上來(lái)說(shuō)，志愿者是基于道義、信念、良知、同情心和責(zé)任感在做事情，就如四川大地震之后，無(wú)數(shù)的人因?yàn)樾撵`被突如其來(lái)的苦難震撼，看到同胞受難，感同身受，不能坐視，非要真正做點(diǎn)什么，才能心安。此次志愿者在救災(zāi)過(guò)程中的突出表現(xiàn)，也正預(yù)示著中國(guó)公民社會(huì)的成長(zhǎng)。作為志愿者，我們懷著愛(ài)，積極參與公共事務(wù)；而作為公民，我們不推脫，不指責(zé)，有自己的擔(dān)當(dāng)，共同行動(dòng)，為了使這個(gè)國(guó)家更美好。

志愿者是自愿貢獻(xiàn)個(gè)人的時(shí)間和精力的人，在不計(jì)物質(zhì)報(bào)酬的前提下為推動(dòng)人類(lèi)發(fā)展、社會(huì)進(jìn)步和社會(huì)福利事業(yè)而提供服務(wù)的人員。志愿服務(wù)則是任何人自愿貢獻(xiàn)時(shí)間和精力，在不為物質(zhì)報(bào)酬的前提下為推動(dòng)人類(lèi)發(fā)展、社會(huì)進(jìn)步和社會(huì)福利事業(yè)而提供的服務(wù)。

向世昆告訴大家“慎為志愿者，因?yàn)檫@不是好玩的事，相反會(huì)吃很多苦。對(duì)于想成為志愿者的年輕人們，他建議，在有愛(ài)心、有奉獻(xiàn)精神的基礎(chǔ)上，還必須有足夠的時(shí)間和精力，才能更理性、更長(zhǎng)期地當(dāng)好志愿者。依其自由意志與興趣，本著協(xié)助他人改善社會(huì)的宗旨，不求私利與報(bào)酬的社會(huì)理念。這樣才能更好的做一名志愿者。

2008年加入中國(guó)社區(qū)志愿者協(xié)會(huì),致力于環(huán)境保護(hù),社區(qū)服務(wù)，賽會(huì)服務(wù)及志愿者組織管理等志愿服務(wù)工作.2008年12月加入重慶市山城義工志愿服務(wù)隊(duì).2008年7月加入重慶市志愿者總隊(duì)

2009年5月至2011年12月在重慶區(qū)縣從事志愿服務(wù)工作，組織并發(fā)起志愿者義工組織的志愿服務(wù)活動(dòng)，并組織發(fā)起“巫山志愿者服務(wù)隊(duì)”

2009獲得教育部“文明風(fēng)采”設(shè)計(jì)大獎(jiǎng)

2010年獲得中國(guó)優(yōu)秀青年志愿者

第二篇：強(qiáng)世昆生日祝詞

生日祝詞

各位親愛(ài)的來(lái)賓：

金秋送爽，丹桂飄香，在這成熟、美好的季節(jié)里，我們歡聚一堂，共同慶祝強(qiáng)世昆先生四十歲大壽這個(gè)喜慶、吉祥、幸福的日子。在這里我有幸代表強(qiáng)先生的親朋好友為他的喜壽做祝酒詞。

“歲月如歌頻回首，事業(yè)似火看今朝”。四十年前強(qiáng)小胖娃呀呀墜地，來(lái)到人間，他大腦聰明，學(xué)習(xí)好，是個(gè)老師喜歡，同學(xué)尊重的班長(zhǎng)，表現(xiàn)出了很強(qiáng)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)才能，可后來(lái)，他覺(jué)得讀書(shū)不找錢(qián)，當(dāng)官受人管，享受人生的快樂(lè)最重要，結(jié)果賭炮子殼是他的強(qiáng)項(xiàng)，打望是他的專(zhuān)長(zhǎng)，沒(méi)有考起大學(xué)。老師和同學(xué)都為他惋惜：中國(guó)少了一個(gè)著名的科學(xué)家，也少了一位國(guó)務(wù)院總理。

俗話(huà)說(shuō)：吉人自有天象，好人一生平安。強(qiáng)先生天庭飽滿(mǎn)，地角方圓，眼大有神，膚白賽雪，是文能安邦，武可定國(guó)的上上之象。所以，他事業(yè)通順，財(cái)源廣進(jìn)，萬(wàn)事如意。

事業(yè)上，他數(shù)十年精研廚藝，秉承師教，發(fā)揚(yáng)廣大，刻苦磨礪，開(kāi)拓創(chuàng)新，味蒹南北，技冠墊江，贏(yíng)得好評(píng)如潮涌，桃李滿(mǎn)天下。

家庭上，他的妻子美麗溫柔，賢淑善良，是他的賢內(nèi)助，使強(qiáng)先生：甘當(dāng)耙耳朵，忠心永不變。兒子聰明伶俐，活潑漂亮，是強(qiáng)先生的原裝正版，必定為強(qiáng)家再創(chuàng)輝煌。

為人上：他注重友情，心胸坦蕩，樂(lè)于助人，狹義心腸，機(jī)智幽默，妙語(yǔ)如珠，使人如坐春風(fēng)，如飲醇酒?？梢哉f(shuō)：男人喜歡他，女人暗戀他。這方面，強(qiáng)大嫂要加強(qiáng)管理，做到提倡喝酒，嚴(yán)禁跳舞，警鐘長(zhǎng)鳴，防患未然。

最后，讓我們舉起酒杯，共同祝福強(qiáng)世昆先生，祝他生日快樂(lè)，愿他身體康健，事業(yè)奮飛，財(cái)源廣進(jìn)，名利雙收，家庭幸福，扎西德勒。

第三篇：世博志愿者

The World Expo is a large-scale, global, non-commercial Expo.The hosting of the World Expo must be applied for by a country and approved by the international World Expo committee.Expo aims to promote the exchange of ideas and development of the world economy, culture, science and technology, to allow exhibitors to publicise and display their achievements and improve international relationships.Accordingly, the World Expo with its 150-year history is regarded as the Olympic Games of the economy, science and technology.Shanghai will host the 2010 World Expo.The World Expo has a long history but it has never been held in Asia.So the 2010 World Expo is an honor for all of the Asians.Our government has promised that it will be the best one.And Shanghai, as a host city, will have more chances to develop quickly.As a student in Shanghai, I should learn English well so that I can be a volunteer in the Expo to help foreigners know more about china and Shanhai.I would like to be a volunteer in my spare time.My reasons are as follows:

First of all, it is a good virtue to help others, even in modern society.We all need others’ help in case we get into trouble.Secondly, we are able to better ourselves by helping others because we gain valuable experience and build up our confidence while serving others.What’s more, volunteering makes us feel better about ourselves, thus making our life more enjoyable.More importantly, we can make the world a better place to live in by volunteering to improve it.In summary, volunteering can make a difference to our life, so I think it is very rewarding to be a volunteer.This summer, I did not go home;instead I served as a volunteer for “ Good Luck Beijing sports events ” held in Beijing for half a month.Sincerely speaking, the experience endows me a lot of valuable elicitation.Hearing the news of approval, I was very excited, like a child got what he had expected for long.I was lucky, because I just passed the line.The contestants had to take an English exam, only those who got more than 70 could move on to the next selection stage.Meanwhile, I was grateful to use my endowment to contribute for the Olympic Games.Wearing the volunteer uniform and the volunteer accreditation card, admired by others, I felt sneaky a little proud.Meanwhile I also felt a great responsibility falling on my shoulder knowing that volunteers’ words and behaviors could affect foreign guests’ impression on China.As I was a volunteer for accommodation, my post was in a four-star hotel.There were players of four teams form China, France, Japan, Czechoslovakia living there.All of them are participants of the baseball.Actually, most of the time, we served as interpreters for those working in the lobby.For example, when the players wanted to go out for shopping, we would call a taxi for them and told the taxi driver where to go.While, there is something worthwhile to be mentioned that most of the

volunteers are English majors and most of the players could speak English very well except Japanese contestants.Compared with Japanese players, we had less difficulty communicating with French players and Czech.I remembered that once I misunderstood one of the Japanese players’ requests of “Call up” for “Cup of”, and I felt so embarrassed that I even wanted to cry.Gradually, I learned to be more carefully when talking to the non English native speakers.During the event lasting for less than 15 days, the most impressive experience was that I took 3 of the Japanese players to the Beijing Zoo.As the zoo is not far from the hotel, we walked there.On the way, they asked me about the beggars on the street in their just-so-so English, and I tried my best to explain, and even putting my mouth in to my mouth, indicating that they did not have enough to eat.But they still did not get me, which was really irritating.Reflecting that, I regret I did not learn Japanese hard enough.These days, we have been studying the novel Wuthing Heights written by Emily Bronte, and one of the clues is the identity of Catherine, whether Heathcliff or Edgar that she really love.As a human being, the most important thing is to identify who we are, so should we students.Living in a mixed society, having a definite knowledge of self-identity matters a lot.As a civilian, knowing what we really should do can have a great impact on both ourselves and the social civilization.To make good preparation for the Olympic Games to be held next year, a tidal wav ve to learn English is in full wing nationally.Whether old or young, Beijingers are keen to leave an impressive Beijing, a high-qualified China for the world.I remember that when I was a volunteer as a teacher for old seniors in our community, one of my “students” is over 80 years.She was a engineer on architecture, and when she was young, she studied Russian instead of English as second language, so after retirement, she began to learn English, hoping that she could communicate with foreigners when the Olympic Games begins in 2008.In effect, her enthusiasm impressed me a lot and from then on, I examined myself again and make certain of who I am and what is my meaning of my life.Endowed with life, we should be appreciative and make full use of ourselves.Holding Olympic Games in Beijing is an opportunity once of a time, we should do it well teeth and nail.

世博志愿者（關(guān)于世博會(huì)的中學(xué)英語(yǔ)小品劇本）

甲：知道嗎？現(xiàn)在開(kāi)始招募世博志愿者了，這可太好了。我能為世博做貢獻(xiàn)啦！

Do you know? It begins to recruit Expo volunteers.I can contribute to Expo.乙：你才知道呀，我早就報(bào)名啦！你看，我不正在認(rèn)真準(zhǔn)備嗎？ Yea… I have already sign up.I am ready for it.甲：是嗎？你在看什么書(shū)？《世博英語(yǔ)100句》，有意思。做志愿者，為什么看這書(shū)呀？

Really? What book do you read? Why do you read this book? 乙：你連這也不懂！上海世博會(huì)將吸引許多外國(guó)友人，到那時(shí)，如果因?yàn)檎Z(yǔ)言不懂，外國(guó)游客不能盡興游覽上海的美景，那多可惜呀！所以，要成為世博志愿者，首先就要過(guò)英語(yǔ)關(guān)。

More and more foreigners will come to Shanghai to join Expo.So it is important to study English well.丙：嗨，我剛聽(tīng)到一個(gè)消息 Hi~ I just heard a message 甲：什么是讓你這樣驚訝？快說(shuō)來(lái)聽(tīng)聽(tīng)。What’s the matter? 乙：對(duì)，快告訴我們。Please tell us.丙：我剛才去交《世博會(huì)志愿者報(bào)名表》，才知道今年上海有數(shù)萬(wàn)多名中學(xué)生報(bào)名呢！看來(lái)，競(jìng)爭(zhēng)還真激烈呢！Hundreds of junior students has signed up.They all want to be volunteers.The competition is violent.甲：那么難哪，我看，咱們就算了吧。再說(shuō)我們年紀(jì)還太小，人家還不一定要我們呢！

It’s too difficult.We can’t be volunteers.丙：你這想法就錯(cuò)了，無(wú)論錄取與否，我們都應(yīng)該學(xué)好英語(yǔ)，將來(lái)可以隨時(shí)隨地為世博做貢獻(xiàn)。

Your don’t think so.Whatever we must study English well.We should be ready for Expo all the time.乙：你說(shuō)得對(duì)，我們是外國(guó)語(yǔ)學(xué)校的學(xué)生，英語(yǔ)是我們的強(qiáng)項(xiàng)，我們不但可以自己學(xué)好英語(yǔ)，還可以教身邊的老人也學(xué)些英語(yǔ)，這樣，人人都能當(dāng)好世博志愿者了！

第五篇：向世明簡(jiǎn)介

畢業(yè)于重慶工業(yè)職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院，是在計(jì)算機(jī)行業(yè)中少數(shù)從專(zhuān)科學(xué)校畢業(yè)而有重大作為的人才之一，不得不說(shuō)這是一個(gè)奇跡。

2010年參加教育部第二批國(guó)家級(jí)骨干教師培訓(xùn)班，學(xué)習(xí)計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)與網(wǎng)絡(luò)；

2010年下半年赴新加坡南洋理工學(xué)院學(xué)習(xí)并交流NYP辦學(xué)理念和教學(xué)管理；

2011年赴大連理工大學(xué)擔(dān)任國(guó)內(nèi)骨干教師訪(fǎng)問(wèn)學(xué)者，進(jìn)行“無(wú)線(xiàn)對(duì)等網(wǎng)絡(luò)路由算法優(yōu)化”課題研究；
