現(xiàn)在我將與您分享這十個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)的代表含義。

1）血壓的閱讀

什么是血壓？

血壓就是血液在血管中流動(dòng)是對(duì)血管壁產(chǎn)生的壓力。

當(dāng)你的心臟開始工作，將血泵入動(dòng)脈的時(shí)候，你的血壓將會(huì)升到最高，我們通常稱這個(gè)值為收縮壓。

當(dāng)你的心臟在跳動(dòng)的間期休息的時(shí)候，你的血壓將會(huì)下降，這個(gè)時(shí)候的值我們通常成為舒張壓。

正常的血壓表示方式：

男性：120/80mmHg

女性：110/70mmHg

收縮壓即是前面或者比較大的數(shù)據(jù)。

舒張壓即是后面或者比較小的數(shù)據(jù)。

當(dāng)您的血壓升高了到一定的程度，就意味著您患上了高血壓。

能有人感覺到他的血壓在增高么？

沒有！它是沒有任何征兆的，它是無聲的?我們稱它為“無聲的殺手” 高血壓就是無聲的殺手。

高血壓將會(huì)導(dǎo)致很多嚴(yán)重的疾病，例如：

中風(fēng)：每一小時(shí)都會(huì)有一個(gè)人中風(fēng)。

心臟?。簩?huì)導(dǎo)致猝死。

心力衰竭：心臟手術(shù)至少將花費(fèi)10000美元的手術(shù)費(fèi)。

腎衰竭：痛苦的透析治療也將花費(fèi)您______美元。

失明：將給您帶來終生的痛苦。

因此，我鼓勵(lì)你們所有人定期進(jìn)行血壓的檢查。

高血壓，無論你是男士或女士，無論您是年輕人或者老人，都有可能發(fā)生在您身上。不要認(rèn)為您年輕或者看起來不錯(cuò)，您就不會(huì)患上高血壓！

特別是那些工作生活緊張的成年人，因?yàn)殚L期處于高負(fù)荷的工作下，您的血壓將會(huì)猛增！就如同您每天都面對(duì)著死亡線！

所以定期檢查血壓和參加全面體檢是一個(gè)很急迫的事情。

在我們提供的全面檢查中，包括：

心——心血管系統(tǒng)。

肝——肝膽功能系統(tǒng)。

腎——泌尿排泄系統(tǒng)。

2）BMI——是一個(gè)的身體質(zhì)量指數(shù)表達(dá)方式。

BMI將表明您的身高以及體重之間的關(guān)系。

解釋圖表：

27.5或者高于27.5——非常肥胖/超重——高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)

意味著您更容易患心臟病、糖尿病、中風(fēng)及高血壓等疾病。

23—27.4 ——超重

意味著您處于中等風(fēng)險(xiǎn)中，您需要減肥。

18.5—22.9 —— 正常體重

您需要保持在這個(gè)體重范圍內(nèi)，處于低風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，但并不意味沒有風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。

小于18.5 —— 偏瘦。您可以比別人吃的更多。呵呵。

據(jù)研究表明，得不到足夠的睡眠將會(huì)導(dǎo)致您的體重指數(shù)升高。

為了獲得健康的或者較低風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的體重指數(shù)

你將不得不保持理想的體重，因?yàn)槟菢幽銓?huì)減少患上例如下面提到的疾病的可能 膝痛—你知道嗎？如果你增加體重，你將會(huì)帶給膝蓋更大的壓力，引起膝蓋疼痛 脂肪肝—圖

3）測定身體脂肪的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)—皮下脂肪

很多人，他們的體重指數(shù)在18.5-22.9之間，但是他們身體有很多脂肪—隱藏的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，它表明是否這個(gè)人經(jīng)常鍛煉身體。

4）內(nèi)臟脂肪——圍繞著內(nèi)臟器官的脂肪

脂肪圍繞著你的心臟——心臟病——中風(fēng)

肝臟——脂肪肝

肚子——大胃？（蘋果形狀的）??翻譯不出

1—8級(jí)，正常。

9—14級(jí)，有點(diǎn)高，如果您在這個(gè)范圍內(nèi)，我強(qiáng)烈建議您進(jìn)行全面檢查中的心、肝、腎方面的檢查。

15級(jí)，很高。

5）基本的新陳代謝

是我們維持重要的生命活動(dòng)的能量來源，例如，呼吸、保持體溫、心跳等。

當(dāng)我們?cè)谛菹?，睡覺或者什么都不做的時(shí)候，我們?nèi)匀恍枰芰俊A(chǔ)的新陳代謝來維持正常的生命機(jī)能。

久坐型：增加30%。

大多數(shù)時(shí)間都坐著，很少運(yùn)動(dòng)。

普通型：增加50%

運(yùn)動(dòng)型：增加80%（像運(yùn)動(dòng)員樣）

給大家展示各種種類的食物所含能量的多少。

6）正常尿測試結(jié)果

7）尿蛋白質(zhì)

尿蛋白含量應(yīng)該是沒有的在正常人的尿檢里面應(yīng)該是沒有尿蛋白的在尿檢里看到尿蛋白不是個(gè)好現(xiàn)象，以為我們有數(shù)以百萬計(jì)的腎細(xì)胞在執(zhí)行過濾功能。

Neg（沒有）——正常。

30左右——建議您找醫(yī)生檢查。

100——應(yīng)該去找醫(yī)生檢查了。

500或更多——需要進(jìn)行腎臟檢查。（需要進(jìn)行泌尿系統(tǒng)的檢查了）

給個(gè)例子——腎衰竭——？？？（仍然繼續(xù)工作）

8）維生素C檢查——在尿液里檢查維生素C是否超標(biāo)，足夠或者是不足。

Neg（沒有）——正常

+——

++——太多了，由于吃了太多的維他命C或者是蔬菜水果引起的。

我們?nèi)粘Ｃ刻熘恍枰?00mg維生素c，如果我們的攝入量超過了，它將會(huì)由尿里面排出。長期過多攝入維他命c(diǎn)，就會(huì)長結(jié)石。

在我們的檢查套餐里面，???

9）尿糖——這是一個(gè)很重要的檢查。

葡萄糖不應(yīng)該在尿液中，應(yīng)該是沒有的。

例如——糖尿病——頭號(hào)殺手？

n 150——必須得到治療，控制你的糖的攝入量以及控制體重。

很幸運(yùn)，今天您遇到了我，哈哈，我在這兒向您推薦全面體檢。

500 n 1000——肯定是糖尿病了。

10）酸堿度（ph）：酸性或者堿性

5——深色尿，小便時(shí)有刺痛灼燒感，太偏酸性了，你應(yīng)該喝更多的水。6——中等酸度

7——正常的，如果？？？？水不夠，能？？？喝？

8，9——太偏堿性了（不是很肯定?）

(collocation)refers to the language of each language ingredient in the system with now and combination, it is an important part of the language context.According to the relationship between words collocation meaning is determined in the translation of the stage when the meaning of the author understanding frequently used tool.Words and the language environment to other linguistic components of tie-in relationship can help us jokes differentiates meanings, because in the relationship between specific jokes, its meanings tend to become clear, focus.In the context of real words is not lone individual, but that the sentence and the period of article, and wider the language environment, such as emotional factors such as social culture.Chapter 2（甄金會(huì) 02）

According to linguistic context to select translation words Now，let’s talk something about according to linguistic context to select translation words.When we want to choose a proper word in a sentence, we must pay much attention to the linguistic context of the sentence even the whole text.There are 5 aspects which can help us to choose the right words ： 1.Contextual Analysis and understanding of the meaning(語境分析與詞義的理解)2.Contextual Analysis and Chinese translation of fuzzy words(語境分析與漢語模糊詞語的翻譯)3.Semantic Analysis and interpretation of multi-meaning words(語義分析與多義詞的解釋)4.Contextual Analysis and implied meaning of the express terms(語境分析與詞語暗含意思的明示)5.Contextual Analysis and translation of the vacancies(語境分析與空缺詞義的翻譯)Now, about every aspect, I will supply an example to help you to understand it.The fist one, Contextual Analysis and understanding of the meaning 只有當(dāng)雙方談話投機(jī)，希望繼續(xù)交往時(shí)，才會(huì)主動(dòng)掏出名片。二話不說先遞名片反倒有些勉強(qiáng)。（專八）

As the train was rumbling across a desolate mountainous area, the passengers looked out of the window idly.when we see “人們”，most of us will translate it into “people” without thinking, in fact, it refer to “the passengers in the train” we must pay attention to it.The third one, Semantic Analysis and interpretation of multi-meaning words 身體好，學(xué)習(xí)好，工作好。Keep fit, study well and work hard.This three “好”we can not translate all of them into “good” or “well” there are different meanings of them ,so the collocation of them is also different.The fourth one, Contextual Analysis and implied meaning of the express terms 我死了以后有我得兒子，兒子死了又有孫子，子子孫孫是沒有窮盡的?！队薰粕健?/p>

After I die, my son will carry on the job；and after my son die, my grandson will carry on the job;then there will be their sons and grandsons and so on to the infinity……

There are 2 ways to express one’s meaning, explicature and implicature.In this sentence, if we only translate the surface meaning, it will be misunderstand by the readers.The fifth one, Contextual Analysis and translation of the vacancies 錢鐘書周歲時(shí)“抓周”抓了一本書，因此得名“鐘書”

When Qian was just one year old, he was asked by his parents to choose one thing among others, he picked up a book of all things.There upon his father very gladly gave him the name: Zhongshu(= book lover)“抓周”is a traditional culture in China, we can not find it in our dictionary.But we can explain it according to the meanings of this sentence.Conclusion: how?

Any activities can not be divorced from the specific linguistic context，translation is a bilingual event, semantic transformation is the core, which function is to understand and express the real meaning, therefore, In the translation process, we need to start from the original literal meaning by context analysis, selection of appropriate target language words.Chapter3（宋斌杰 19）

And next I will talk about chapter3: According to linguistic context to eliminate the ambiguity.First, when we talk about the ambiguity, we may say why it happens? In other words, it has some conditions.(1)Semantic: because there are so many meanings and a variety of relations between words.(2)Syntactic: there are many multi-directional of verbs and the multi-level of the structure.(3)Pragmatics: there are varieties of possible scenarios.So that’s why ambiguity exists.There are three typical types of ambiguity as follows: 1)Voice ambiguity 2)Lexical ambiguity 3)Grammatical ambiguity

And next we talk about voice ambiguity, it has two situations:(1)The ambiguity arising from the continuous.For example: My younger brother had a [greidei].括號(hào)里的內(nèi)容可以理解為“grade A”, 又可以理解為“grey day”.(2)Sometimes the same voice but different meanings can also led to ambiguity.For example: Seven days without water make one weak.(week與weak諧音).And then lexical ambiguity, it due to that a word has different meanings in one sentence, there four situations.（1）There has multi-meaning word in one sentence.For example: She didn’t take his tip.In this sentence, “tip”, 既可以理解為“小費(fèi)”，也可以理解為“告誡”此句中的“tossed down” 可以理解為“囫圇吞下”或者是“扔到地上”。

（2）Some sentences have more than one multi-meaning words.For example: Jack saw the light.(本義是，杰克看見了那盞燈。轉(zhuǎn)義是，杰克明白了。)He is a sweet salesman.(本義，他是一個(gè)糖果推銷員。轉(zhuǎn)義，他是一個(gè)和藹可親的推銷員。)（3）Sometimes a word has two meanings diametrically opposite.For example: overlook, it means supervise(監(jiān)視、查看)，but it also means ignore, failed to see（忽視，不看）。The two meanings are very different.For example: The meeting had been overlooked by the police on duty.可以理解為“集會(huì)是在值班警察的監(jiān)視下進(jìn)行的”或“值班警察沒有發(fā)現(xiàn)這次集會(huì)”。

（4）Ambiguity is caused by changes in meanings.For example: Only some of the visitors gained admittance into the clean room.此句中的“clean room”原指“干凈的房間”，但是此處取得了新意，指供制造精密零件用的無塵室。

The last is Grammatical ambiguity.1)The parallel structure caused ambiguity.For example：Some persons after consuming alcohol, want to fight and become hard to mange.意思可以是some persons want and become, 也可以是want to fight and want to become.2)Omitted structure caused ambiguity.For example: I like my roommates as well as Nancy.此句可以理解為：like my roommates as well as Nancy does或I like Nancy and like my roommate.3)Negative words cause ambiguity.For example: Jane doesn’t dance to please her mother.可以理解為，珍妮并不是為了使媽媽高興才去跳舞的。又可理解為，珍妮為了使媽媽高興而不去跳舞。

There are so many ambiguities in the sentence, but how to eliminate the ambiguity.And next we will talk about it.There are three common ways.1)成分定性法，按句法成分給句子的每一個(gè)成分進(jìn)行語法定性，得到不同的解釋，進(jìn)而排除歧義。For example: Flying planes can be dangerous.可以理解為，開飛機(jī)是危險(xiǎn)的（將flying planes看做動(dòng)詞+賓語結(jié)構(gòu)）又可以理解，飛行中的飛機(jī)是危險(xiǎn)的（將flying planes 看做現(xiàn)在分詞結(jié)構(gòu)，構(gòu)成修飾關(guān)系）

2）層次切分法，可用于含多個(gè)語法成分的結(jié)構(gòu),將其按層次進(jìn)行切分,便可排除歧義。For example: John Smith, associate editor and professor.該句中德同位結(jié)構(gòu)從editor前劃分為得（associate [editor and professor]）, 若從editor后劃分可得（[associate editor] and professor）

3)語義指向分析法，F(xiàn)or example: They ordered the police to stop drinking after midnight.可有三種理解：A：他們叫警察自午后停止喝酒（stop的語義指向前面的the police 自身）B：他們叫警察阻止午夜后酗酒（stop的語義指意是后面的drinking）C: 午夜后他們叫警察停止喝酒（after midnight 語義指向謂語動(dòng)詞order）

When we know why the ambiguity exits, and how many ambiguities there are and the ways to eliminate the ambiguity, we can avoid many mistakes.That’ all.

我們是年輕的?！霸鯓佣冗^青春？”這是個(gè)有意義的問題。為了去回答它，我首先要問“從?青春?這個(gè)詞中你能理解到什么？” 青春不是人生的一個(gè)時(shí)期，而是精神的一種狀態(tài)。青春不是桃面、丹唇、柔膝，而是深沉的意志。青春是生命的深泉在涌流.一位詩人說“從一粒沙看世界，從一朵花看天堂，把無限放在你的手掌，永恒在一剎那里收藏”。幾天前，我有了一個(gè)聽講座的機(jī)會(huì)，從中我學(xué)到了很多東西。現(xiàn)在，我想把這些與大家共享。讓我們伸出右手，我們可以看到手掌中的展示我們的愛，事業(yè)和生活的三條線。我在生活方面這條線很短，那你們的呢？我想知道我們是否可以用這種辦法去看我們的未來。好的，讓我們一起握拳。我們的未來在哪兒？我們的愛、事業(yè)和生活在哪兒？告訴我！是的，它們就在我們的手中。它們被我們自己掌握著。
