      1、頁眉

      1)名字的7種寫法:

      4、工作經(jīng)歷

      首先要強調(diào)一下,對于正在工作的人,Experience應(yīng)寫在Education前,而對于在校生Education則應(yīng)放在Experience之前。

      1)時間

      Ⅰ目前的工作要最先寫,左側(cè)寫時間,如寫成1998-present.Ⅱ只寫年份,如1993-1995.這樣的寫法主要適于以下三種情況:一是工作時間較早;二是工作時間在兩年以上;三是旨在巧妙地拉長工作時間。如,你曾于1997年12月到1998年1月就職于某家公司,雖然只有短短兩個月,但寫成1997-1998就顯得工作時間較長,同時也沒撒謊。

      Ⅲ加上月份,如May, 1998或May 1998.這樣的寫法自然會顯得精確一些,也投合銀行業(yè)雇主的口味。

      ⅣIntern(實習(xí)工作)的幾種寫法。一是直接寫Intern,不管職務(wù)職稱;二是寫成Summer Analyst,比較適合大學(xué)本科或研究生期間的暑期工作;三是寫SummerAssistant,這種寫法適合多種情況;四是寫Summer Associate,這一寫法專指MBA學(xué)生的暑期工作。而且一般認(rèn)為Summer Associate的級別會比Summer Analyst要高一些。

      2)公司名

      公司名稱應(yīng)大寫加粗。若全稱太復(fù)雜,可以寫得稍微簡單一些。有些公司的全稱往往不為人知,但縮寫名卻盡人皆知。

      3)地名

      地名寫法與Education部分相同,這里就不再贅述。

      4)職務(wù)與部門

      Ⅰ從公司名稱之后的第二行開始寫,如果想介紹公司情況,則職務(wù)與部門應(yīng)寫在公司簡介之后。

      Ⅲ簡介長度以兩行為宜。只用一行易與別的內(nèi)容相混,而三四行就顯得比較累贅。

      6)工作經(jīng)歷順序

      Ⅰ倒序,這是非常流行的方式。

      Ⅱ技能類別,這主要是為了強調(diào)自己的某種技能,如翻譯、電腦等。此外,對于那些工作經(jīng)歷有時間斷層的人,如下崗、休產(chǎn)假等,不妨也可使用這種方法。

      Ⅲ兩者結(jié)合,先按技能類別加以分類,再以倒序的方式列出。

      7)工作內(nèi)容

      Ⅰ要用點句(bullet point),避免用大段文字。

      Ⅱ點句的長度以一行為宜,最多不要超過兩行;句數(shù)以三到五句為佳,最多不超過八句。

      Ⅲ點句以動詞開始。目前的工作用一般現(xiàn)在時,以前工作用過去時

      Ⅳ主要職責(zé)與主要成就,初級工作以及開創(chuàng)性不強的工作把主要職責(zé)放在前面,而較高級或開創(chuàng)性較強的工作則應(yīng)把主要成就寫在前面。

      Ⅴ工作成就要數(shù)字化,精確化,避免使用many,a lot of, some等模糊的詞匯,盡量用具體數(shù)字,到底管理了多少人,銷售額多少等。

      Ⅵ在同一公司的業(yè)績中,不必拘泥于時間順序,而應(yīng)秉持”重要優(yōu)先“的原則。

      Ⅶ接受培訓(xùn)的內(nèi)容可放在每個公司的后面。培訓(xùn)是公司內(nèi)部的,與公司業(yè)務(wù)有關(guān),不是Education的一部分。

      8)五個避免

      Ⅰ長句:沒有人愿意看太冗長的句子,雇主只是在掃描你的簡歷。

      Ⅱ縮寫:因為外行人往往很難看懂,不要先入為主的認(rèn)為別人能猜到或者能查到你用的縮寫。

      Ⅲ”I“(我):因為正規(guī)簡歷多用點句,以動詞開頭,是沒有”我“的。當(dāng)然若在公司簡介中一定要用到一兩次,也不是完全不可以。

      Ⅳ不利因素:我們講過簡歷的原則是不要撒謊,但不寫不等于騙人。

      Ⅴ”Referenceavailable upon request":即如需證明,可提供見證人。如果你在簡歷中也沒有寫上他們的名字及聯(lián)系方法,這句話則完全是多此一舉了。

      5、學(xué)生簡歷

      之所以要把學(xué)生簡歷單拿出來講一講,是因為學(xué)生的工作經(jīng)驗少。因此特別介紹一些彌補的技巧:

      1)教育背景中寫相關(guān)課程。但千萬不要為了拼湊篇幅,把所有的課程都寫上。

      2)獎學(xué)金一項一行。

      3)拉長句子。

      4)自然地多換行,多寫點句。

      5)加大字號。可將10號,小五改成12號,小四。

      6)社會工作細節(jié)放在工作經(jīng)歷中。

      7)暑期工作。作為大學(xué)生,雇主通常并不指望你在暑期工作期間會有什么驚天動地的成就。當(dāng)然如果你有就更好了。不過即使實在沒有,就算是在父母的單位呆過幾天,也不妨寫上。這樣也算是接觸過社會,了解了些行業(yè),做過了些工作。但你一定要能說上幾句才寫在簡歷上。

      8)中學(xué)情況。一般不寫。不過如果你在中學(xué)時得過國際奧林匹克比賽大獎或全國性的大獎,不妨提上一筆。

      6、特別注意

      1)無拼寫錯誤?,F(xiàn)在文字處理軟件都有Spelling Check,所以你根本沒理由拼錯。

      2)小心相近字。拼寫檢查查不出的錯誤,尤為小心。

      3)避免明顯的語法錯誤。

      4)請友人幫忙看一下,是非常有效的方法。一是從拼寫、語法、句式等方面來看,有無錯誤;二是從構(gòu)思的角度上來看,有沒有更合適、更恰當(dāng)?shù)谋磉_。

      1)尺寸,A4.2)字體,建議用Times New Roman.3)字號,一般最好用10號,即小五。
