【BIM證書】工業(yè)和信息化部教育與考試中心的BIM應(yīng)用工程師證書新鮮出爐 國務(wù)院辦公廳〔2016〕71號文件提出“積極應(yīng)用建筑信息模型(BIM)技術(shù)”，國務(wù)院辦公廳〔2017〕19號文件提出“加快推進(jìn)BIM技術(shù)”。國家發(fā)改委（發(fā)改辦高技〔2016〕1918號文件）提出支撐開展BIM及時(shí)空仿真建模。水利部、交通運(yùn)輸部、住建部均大力推進(jìn)BIM技術(shù)應(yīng)用，鼓勵(lì)成立BIM聯(lián)盟及BIM試點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目。

為貫徹落實(shí)好黨中央、國務(wù)院的對新時(shí)代全國職業(yè)教育改革發(fā)展的要求，支撐國家戰(zhàn)略和推動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)有大變強(qiáng)，堅(jiān)持職業(yè)教育服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展，推動(dòng)職業(yè)教育改革發(fā)展邁上新臺(tái)階，加快打造信息化發(fā)展新高地，工業(yè)和信息化部教育與考試中心正式發(fā)布《建筑信息模型（BIM）應(yīng)用工程師專業(yè)技術(shù)技能人才培訓(xùn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》（標(biāo)準(zhǔn)號CEIAEC002-2018）,并成立BIM專業(yè)技術(shù)技能項(xiàng)目中心（機(jī)構(gòu)編號PTS144040601），承擔(dān)“建筑信息模型（BIM）專業(yè)技術(shù)技能項(xiàng)目”的推廣與技術(shù)服務(wù)工作。

2018年6月舉辦“BIM應(yīng)用工程師”考試，2018年8月8日工業(yè)和信息化部教育與考試中心的專業(yè)技術(shù)技能證書新鮮出爐，恭喜考試通過人員！證書正在奔向大家的路上，準(zhǔn)備迎接吧！

2018年6月開考的初級BIM建模工程師和中級建筑BIM應(yīng)用工程師、結(jié)構(gòu)BIM應(yīng)用工程師、機(jī)電BIM應(yīng)用工程師共4個(gè)考試項(xiàng)目，在考試中實(shí)行統(tǒng)一時(shí)間開考、統(tǒng)一閱卷、統(tǒng)一考試平臺(tái)，考試平臺(tái)由工業(yè)和信息化部教育與考試中心提供?？荚嚱Y(jié)束后實(shí)行全國統(tǒng)一閱卷，理論考試部分由工業(yè)和信息化部教育與考試中心在線考試服務(wù)平臺(tái)自動(dòng)閱卷打分，實(shí)操考試部分由工業(yè)和信息化部教育與考試中心BIM工作組專家制定評分細(xì)則進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一閱卷。

現(xiàn)將工業(yè)和信息化部教育與考試中心《關(guān)于2011年下半年全國信息技術(shù)水平考試有關(guān)工作安排的通知》的通知轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)給你們，并結(jié)合我省實(shí)際情況，提出如下實(shí)施意見：

一、工業(yè)和信息化部全國信息技術(shù)水平考試特點(diǎn)

（一）政府部門組織實(shí)施的國家級認(rèn)證考試。2004年下半年，工業(yè)和信息化部根據(jù)《行政許可法》要求，已廢止了一批信息化方面的考試認(rèn)證，決定繼續(xù)保留工業(yè)和信息化部全國信息技術(shù)水平考試。考試信息及證書可在工業(yè)和信息化部教育與考試中心網(wǎng)站(004km.cn)查詢。

（二）國家權(quán)威的考試認(rèn)證。國家統(tǒng)一組織實(shí)施、統(tǒng)一考試時(shí)間、統(tǒng)一考試大綱、統(tǒng)一考試命題、統(tǒng)一合格標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、統(tǒng)一頒發(fā)證書?？荚嚺c國際認(rèn)證接軌，不斷跟蹤最新實(shí)用的技術(shù)，打造國內(nèi)IT考試精品品牌。保持客觀公正、中立權(quán)威，面向就業(yè)市場，涵蓋各行業(yè)各領(lǐng)域，直接為信息技術(shù)人才培訓(xùn)提供統(tǒng)一、客觀的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

（三）考試證書在全國范圍內(nèi)有效?？荚嚵袑賴覚C(jī)要絕密等級管理。全國實(shí)行電子注冊編碼查詢，防止偽證侵權(quán)。全國信息技術(shù)水平證書是持證人專業(yè)技術(shù)水平和能力的證明，為用人單位擇優(yōu)聘用提供有效憑證。

二．輔助教材（自選）

工業(yè)和信息化部全國信息技術(shù)水平考試內(nèi)容在各專業(yè)教學(xué)中均作了安排，原則上不指定教材，由考生根據(jù)考試大綱的要求，結(jié)合自己的實(shí)際情況自選教材和復(fù)習(xí)資料?？紤]部分考生的實(shí)際困難，工業(yè)和信息化部教育與考試中心組織專家編寫了部分理論綜合考試教材和實(shí)踐綜合考試教材，考生可在報(bào)名站預(yù)訂。三．報(bào)考條件與報(bào)考對象

凡參加工業(yè)和信息化部全國信息技術(shù)水平考試的人員，不受年齡、學(xué)歷、職業(yè)和就業(yè)狀況的限制。凡有志于從事信息化與信息產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)和管理的人員，具備相應(yīng)技術(shù)層次理論基礎(chǔ)及實(shí)踐技能，均可根據(jù)不同證書類別的相應(yīng)條件報(bào)考。

四、報(bào)名時(shí)間

2011年下半年全省統(tǒng)一報(bào)名時(shí)間：2011年9月15日—10月15日。

五、報(bào)名手續(xù)

1．考生應(yīng)先了解工業(yè)和信息化部全國信息技術(shù)水平考試有關(guān)政策規(guī)定以及考試大綱的要求，選擇適合自己的證書報(bào)考。核發(fā)準(zhǔn)考證后，不辦理考生改報(bào)和退考退費(fèi)事宜。

2．考生在報(bào)名前應(yīng)準(zhǔn)備好身份證復(fù)印件一份及四張一寸近期半身正面免冠照片，一張貼在報(bào)名登記表上（留存），一張貼在準(zhǔn)考證上，另外兩張貼在證書上。考生憑準(zhǔn)考證和身份證參加考試，以備查對。

3．報(bào)名登記表按要求填寫和加貼照片。
