我能夠在這里參加護(hù)士長(zhǎng)這個(gè)職位的競(jìng)聘，首先應(yīng)感謝院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)為我們提供了這個(gè)展示自我的平臺(tái)和公平競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的機(jī)會(huì)。競(jìng)爭(zhēng)這一職位將是我跨越人生歷程的又一個(gè)新的目標(biāo)、新的起點(diǎn)，我愿在競(jìng)聘中接受的考驗(yàn)和挑選。但無論成功與否，我都會(huì)從容面對(duì)。

我是2014年走上護(hù)理工作崗位的，通過五年的拼搏和努力，我從一個(gè)走出校門的莘莘學(xué)子，鍛煉成長(zhǎng)為一名合格的護(hù)士。這期間離不開各科室主任和護(hù)士長(zhǎng)的知人善用，離不開護(hù)理姐妹們的支持與幫助。從我踏進(jìn)醫(yī)院大門，本著“一切為了病人，為了病人的一切”的服務(wù)理念，以“一切以病人為中心，努力學(xué)習(xí)業(yè)務(wù)知識(shí)，做到學(xué)以致用，不斷拓寬自己的知識(shí)面，提高自己的業(yè)務(wù)能

2、注重學(xué)習(xí)，強(qiáng)化責(zé)任。我將用制度和崗位職責(zé)去管理我的同事，督促

核心制度的落實(shí)，要加強(qiáng)醫(yī)護(hù)配合，積極主動(dòng)地處理好醫(yī)護(hù)關(guān)系、醫(yī)患關(guān)系。

3、增收節(jié)支，積極創(chuàng)新。以實(shí)際行動(dòng)感染和帶動(dòng)全體科室人員強(qiáng)化增收節(jié)支意識(shí)，從節(jié)約每度電、每滴水、每張紙的小事做起，降低醫(yī)療護(hù)理成，提高科室經(jīng)濟(jì)效益，增加大家的收入。建立溫馨、和諧的醫(yī)護(hù)關(guān)系，不斷提高人民群眾的滿意度。

講的題目就是：護(hù)士的心——是那深遠(yuǎn)的山，寬廣的海！自從南丁格爾那盞小馬燈照亮無數(shù)傷殘戰(zhàn)士生命的那一克起，便有無數(shù)巾幗志士受到那生命光輝的感召，擔(dān)起守護(hù)健康，守護(hù)生命的神圣使命。她們用勤勞的雙手和博大的愛心，將人類的至真、至善、至美發(fā)揮到了極至，一如春風(fēng)吹遍世界的每個(gè)角落，因此，我們有了一個(gè)好聽的名字-----白衣天使！天使，是美的象征，我們渴望成為真的天使，不僅僅因?yàn)樗齻兩碇利惖陌滓?，還因?yàn)樗齻儜{著“燃燒自己，照亮別人”的堅(jiān)韌信念，像春風(fēng)，拂去人們的疾苦；用熱血，溫暖寒冷的心腹；用愛的絲線，縫合病人身心的創(chuàng)傷??

別說你好苦，當(dāng)你選擇了護(hù)理事業(yè)，便選擇了”春蠶到死絲方盡，蠟燭成灰淚始干”的奉獻(xiàn)”.姐妹們，我們要感謝我們的職業(yè)，是她讓我們知道如何平等、善良、真誠地對(duì)待每一個(gè)生命，是她讓我們理解了活著就是一種美麗！我們要感謝我們的職業(yè)，是她讓我們懂得了如何珍愛生命，明白了平凡就是幸福，奉獻(xiàn)讓我們更加美麗。讓我們?cè)谧o(hù)理這個(gè)平凡的崗位上，展示新的風(fēng)貌，創(chuàng)造新的業(yè)績(jī)，讓青春在白衣下煥發(fā)出絢麗的光彩。

我們的醫(yī)院是一棵參天大樹，而我們則是與樹干息脈相連小小的綠葉。當(dāng)繁花盛開的春天，也許有人會(huì)贊美花的芬芳，枝干的挺拔，樹蔭的濃密，但誰又會(huì)提到那一片片默默無聞的綠葉呢？不，我沒有怨，也沒有惋惜，我依然含著謙然的微笑堅(jiān)守在那平凡的崗位上。為了使醫(yī)院這棵大樹更加枝繁葉茂，我們?cè)斧I(xiàn)上自己微薄的力量。不要問醫(yī)院能為我們做些什么，而要問我們能為醫(yī)院做些什么，因?yàn)獒t(yī)院在我心中！奉獻(xiàn)讓我們更加美麗！

又是一個(gè)七月！

在綠色涌動(dòng)的七月，在鮮花盛開的七月，在彩旗飄飄的七月，我們偉大的中國共產(chǎn)黨迎來了她90歲的生日。凝望

著鮮紅的黨旗，我們心中的熱血沸騰，默念曾經(jīng)在黨旗下的誓言，我們時(shí)時(shí)感到肩上責(zé)任的重大。

也許是中國選擇了七月,抑或是七月選擇了中國。

至今我們永遠(yuǎn)不會(huì)忘記1921年7月1日的那一天，不會(huì)忘記浙江嘉興的南湖上，還有南湖上那條小游船，因?yàn)槲覀儌ゴ蟮闹袊伯a(chǎn)黨就誕生在煙雨迷蒙的南湖紅船上，誕生在那個(gè)讓人充滿希望的七月。

她的誕生，給黑沉沉的神州大地樹起了一支熊熊燃燒的火炬，給古老的中華民族帶來了光明與希望。

她是燈塔，照耀著我們前進(jìn)的道路。

來了新的一天，無數(shù)個(gè)寒冷的冬天的早晨，我們是行走在街頭最早的上班族。
