09:56:28 我從高中就學(xué)的空乘專(zhuān)業(yè)，就讀于青島外事服務(wù)職業(yè)學(xué)校航空服務(wù)專(zhuān)業(yè)（好學(xué)校），3年畢業(yè)后考上廣州民航學(xué)院（對(duì)這學(xué)校不做評(píng)價(jià)），一共學(xué)了4年半乘務(wù)員專(zhuān)業(yè)，大學(xué)的后一年半在天上度過(guò)。面上過(guò)國(guó)航浙江、深航、東航西北，現(xiàn)在在東航西北公司做安全員。下面我就說(shuō)下個(gè)人面試的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，因?yàn)樽约好嫔线^(guò)3家公司，所以就來(lái)共享下我的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

其實(shí)面試主要就分3個(gè)大部分，第一關(guān)：個(gè)人形象展示和自我介紹，第2關(guān)：英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)筆試。第3關(guān)：面試官的提問(wèn)（主要考察學(xué)生的家庭情況、語(yǔ)言表達(dá)能力、皮膚好壞、有無(wú)特長(zhǎng)等）

第一關(guān)最重要，因?yàn)橹苯雨P(guān)系到后面的成敗。在個(gè)人形象展示時(shí)候（站姿、走路、蹲起），要面帶微笑，眼睛看位于考官席中間的主考官，有人會(huì)問(wèn)看考官的什么地方呢？看考管的眉心，這樣她會(huì)感覺(jué)你非常專(zhuān)業(yè)，非常舒服。在個(gè)人形象展示完之后每個(gè)人會(huì)有一個(gè)1分鐘的個(gè)人自我介紹，有同學(xué)想問(wèn)了，自我介紹都應(yīng)該說(shuō)些什么好？有人在自我介紹時(shí)會(huì)說(shuō)我叫XX，就讀于XX學(xué)校，身高XX，體重XX，愛(ài)好XX，回答完畢。全是廢話！考官聽(tīng)了馬上會(huì)說(shuō)：好，下一個(gè)！注意，1分鐘的自我介紹，只用了10秒不到就說(shuō)完了，連考官觀察你的時(shí)間都沒(méi)有，讓人感覺(jué)是你不重視這次面試，其實(shí)你不是，心理還特別緊張?zhí)貏e重視。首先，自我介紹要分為中文30秒，英文30秒，中英文的內(nèi)容不能重復(fù)，不要把中文自我介紹直接翻譯成英文說(shuō)出來(lái)。下面我就把我當(dāng)時(shí)的自我介紹發(fā)出來(lái)給大家做參考：

當(dāng)你說(shuō)完這段自我介紹，用時(shí)差不多1分鐘多點(diǎn)，但是如果你說(shuō)的夠熟練夠自然，眼神不停的在跟評(píng)委們交流，評(píng)委絕對(duì)不會(huì)因?yàn)槟阏f(shuō)的多了而中間打斷你，而且會(huì)開(kāi)始仔細(xì)聽(tīng)你說(shuō)的內(nèi)容開(kāi)始觀察你，說(shuō)完中文當(dāng)你說(shuō)英文的時(shí)候，如果你下工夫去練了背了找老師把發(fā)音糾正了，那么評(píng)委會(huì)對(duì)你的印象很不錯(cuò)，學(xué)乘務(wù)員專(zhuān)業(yè)的同學(xué)英語(yǔ)水平實(shí)在不敢恭維（包括我自己），學(xué)這專(zhuān)業(yè)的都是玩過(guò)來(lái)的，沒(méi)辦法，但是就是這自我介紹，可以說(shuō)是非常重要！因?yàn)榻^大多數(shù)人在說(shuō)自我介紹的時(shí)候都是：我叫XX，就讀于XX學(xué)校，身高XX，體重XX，愛(ài)好XX，回答完畢，看了我上面的內(nèi)容你們應(yīng)該自己偷著樂(lè)了。

下面我說(shuō)下關(guān)于第2關(guān)英語(yǔ)考試的問(wèn)題，各個(gè)公司考試內(nèi)容不一樣，國(guó)航比較注重口語(yǔ)，東航口語(yǔ)筆試都要考，口語(yǔ)比較簡(jiǎn)單，一般問(wèn)八九個(gè)問(wèn)題，如果你高中好好上聽(tīng)懂問(wèn)題應(yīng)該不大，筆試應(yīng)該是考的新概念第二冊(cè)75課以后的，我只記得閱讀理解有個(gè)關(guān)于小提琴的，具體內(nèi)容忘了。反正新概念第二冊(cè)能看懂考試就沒(méi)問(wèn)題！深圳航空考試的內(nèi)容比較全面，數(shù)學(xué)，英語(yǔ)，時(shí)事政治等等，我看也就是初中的水平，比較簡(jiǎn)單（可能現(xiàn)在不一樣了，我是說(shuō)當(dāng)時(shí)04年我考的這些），廈門(mén)航空考試也比較全面，而且還有心理測(cè)試。

最后一關(guān)就輕松多了，考官的表情明顯輕松了，就跟你以朋友式的交流問(wèn)一些你自己的情況，包括在學(xué)校的表現(xiàn)，家里父母都是做什么的等等。評(píng)委可能要求女孩子卸妝，看下你的皮膚、牙齒怎么樣，男生也是一樣。還有個(gè)才藝展示環(huán)節(jié)，就是讓你唱歌跳舞，會(huì)什么就表演什么，最好提前準(zhǔn)備好，自己沒(méi)事在學(xué)校女生就多參加學(xué)校的演出，跳舞唱歌什么的，都可以鍛煉一下。男生就學(xué)點(diǎn)武的，抬拳道、田徑、籃球足球都可以?，F(xiàn)在航空公司普遍喜歡陽(yáng)剛帥氣的，不喜歡有女性美的男生（這種男生以前很吃香，但現(xiàn)在男生飛行都干兼職安全員，要求就是陽(yáng)剛型的）。
