      試卷的編制是教師重要的常規(guī)工作,編制的質(zhì)量是教師對(duì)教材整體把握水平的重要體現(xiàn)。為進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)教學(xué)質(zhì)量的提高,落實(shí)輕負(fù)高質(zhì),提升教師專業(yè)發(fā)展,更科學(xué)合理地把握好教學(xué)與學(xué)習(xí)評(píng)價(jià)的關(guān)系,根據(jù)教研工作計(jì)劃,決定舉行“四河學(xué)校小學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)教師試卷命題比賽”。具體要求如下:

      一、命題要求:

      1.命題應(yīng)充分體現(xiàn)《小學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》倡導(dǎo)的教學(xué)理念,既關(guān)注小學(xué)數(shù) 學(xué)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)與基本能力的全面考核,又關(guān)注學(xué)生靈活應(yīng)用所學(xué)知識(shí),解 決問(wèn)題的能力,既關(guān)注知識(shí)的掌握情況,更要關(guān)注學(xué)生數(shù)學(xué)素養(yǎng)的發(fā)展。力求做到題量適中,題型多樣,難易適度。

      2013.12.7.很榮幸 參加縣教研室組織的初中英語(yǔ)學(xué)科命題教師培訓(xùn),在學(xué)習(xí)的過(guò)程中收獲不小,體會(huì)頗深。

      此次培訓(xùn)是在縣教育部門(mén)指定老師培訓(xùn),培訓(xùn)通過(guò)命題的理論學(xué)習(xí)、命題的要求、命題的步驟、實(shí)踐命題、命題展示和命題中存在的問(wèn)題研討等教學(xué)活動(dòng)。這種培訓(xùn)模式能在有限的時(shí)間內(nèi),快速提升教師命題相關(guān)的理論水平和命題的技能,同時(shí)能解決一線教師在教學(xué)過(guò)程中遇到的共性問(wèn)題。通過(guò)問(wèn)題研討、互動(dòng)交流,也能解決教學(xué)過(guò)程中的一些個(gè)性問(wèn)題。

      針對(duì)我個(gè)人而言,深感自己該學(xué)習(xí)的東西的確還很多;每參加一次學(xué)習(xí)都能感受到現(xiàn)在的年輕老師所擁有振興修文教育的潛能,自己也從他們的身上學(xué)到不少新的教學(xué)方法、教學(xué)理念、特別是現(xiàn)代科技對(duì)教學(xué)輔助的技能。
