大家下午好！

現(xiàn)在，我代表全體獲獎(jiǎng)教師講幾句話。

今年教師節(jié)，我們獲得了市總工會(huì)和學(xué)校的表獎(jiǎng)，這是建大給我們的榮譽(yù)，感謝建大的學(xué)生、感謝建大的同事、感謝建大的中層領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和高層領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。面對(duì)這一份份榮譽(yù)，我們很高興，高興的是我們平凡的工作得到領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和同事、同學(xué)們的肯定；同時(shí)我們也感到我們的工作和為人中還有許多不足。獲獎(jiǎng)后，我們都深刻地反思過(guò)這些不足。意識(shí)到這些不足，我們會(huì)把今后的工作做得更好。

我今天的演講有兩個(gè)關(guān)鍵詞：一個(gè)是平凡；一個(gè)是快樂(lè)。

我們平凡，我們沒(méi)有什么動(dòng)人的事跡。我們做的事情，任何一個(gè)教師都能做到。因?yàn)榻處熓且粋€(gè)平凡的職業(yè)，并不需要有什么特殊超人的稟賦，并不考驗(yàn)一個(gè)人是否具有最堅(jiān)強(qiáng)的神經(jīng)，但需要你有馬拉松跑的耐力，需要你奈得住寂寞，需要你甘心把自己溶入平凡。我們并不認(rèn)為當(dāng)老師一定要投入自己的全部時(shí)間和精力、愛(ài)校如家、愛(ài)學(xué)生超過(guò)愛(ài)自己的孩子。但我們認(rèn)為當(dāng)老師需要你投入自己的大部分時(shí)間和精力；把學(xué)校當(dāng)成第二個(gè)家；把學(xué)生近似地當(dāng)作自己的孩子，盡你所能地付出你的智慧和愛(ài)心。這對(duì)任何一名教師都不是什么難事，難的是持之以恒，總是這種心態(tài)，總是這種精神，總有與這種心態(tài)和精神相應(yīng)的行為。

我們快樂(lè)，我們的快樂(lè)是平凡人的快樂(lè)。教師工作是很辛苦的，工作沒(méi)有8小時(shí)之外，常常是熬紅了眼睛，為一個(gè)問(wèn)題弄得半宿睡不著覺(jué)；講課不甘平淡，總是想著怎樣創(chuàng)新、怎樣講得更好；課堂上一個(gè)問(wèn)題卡住，如芒在背，冷汗涔涔，還有論文的壓力。我想我們每個(gè)教師都對(duì)此深有體會(huì)。辛苦需要快樂(lè)沖兌。和傳統(tǒng)理念相反，我們提倡快樂(lè)教學(xué)。就像米盧提倡快樂(lè)足球那樣。我們善于從平凡的小事中經(jīng)常地找到快樂(lè)。當(dāng)我看到教師的社會(huì)地位節(jié)節(jié)上升時(shí)，我們快樂(lè)；當(dāng)我們看到校園越來(lái)越美時(shí)，我們快樂(lè)；當(dāng)我們讀到一本好書(shū)時(shí)，我們快樂(lè)；當(dāng)我們本文章源于公

九月的艷陽(yáng)孕育了秋的收獲，九月的季節(jié)帶來(lái)了美的贊歌：教師，一個(gè)樸素而又華麗、平凡而又崇高、普通而又特殊的職業(yè)。播種希望，傳承文明，規(guī)劃未來(lái)，用自己默默無(wú)聞的生命譜寫著時(shí)代的華章。

教師，有人說(shuō)是人類靈魂的工程師，也有人說(shuō)，是蠟燭，是春蠶，奉獻(xiàn)了自己，成就了別人。我卻認(rèn)為，教師是學(xué)生成長(zhǎng)道路上的引路人：在人生的十字路口，教師給學(xué)生指明了前進(jìn)的道路;在可能走入岔道或歧途時(shí)，教師把他引回正道;在迷茫，在“山重水復(fù)疑無(wú)路”時(shí)，教師撥云見(jiàn)日，指點(diǎn)迷津，讓他豁然開(kāi)朗，“柳暗花明又一村”。

璀璨的燈光下，涼爽的秋風(fēng)里，我們迎來(lái)了一年一度的教師節(jié)。在這個(gè)幸福的節(jié)日里，在這個(gè)溫馨的氛圍中，我代表我校一線老師向關(guān)心支持我們的各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)表示最真誠(chéng)的謝意；向所有用辛勤的汗水獲得各種獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)的老師表示喜悅的祝賀。

尊敬的各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、各位老師：

大家早上好！

在這金秋送爽、花果飄香的季節(jié)里，我們懷著激動(dòng)與感恩之情迎來(lái)了第28個(gè)教師節(jié)。在此，我謹(jǐn)代表全體教師，向一直關(guān)心、支持教育事業(yè)的各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)表示衷心的感謝！

今年教師節(jié)，我等四十多位教師榮獲了“先進(jìn)教育工作者”的光榮稱號(hào)，受到七坊鎮(zhèn)委鎮(zhèn)政府的表彰，這是政府給我們的榮譽(yù)，面對(duì)這一份榮譽(yù)，我們很高興，高興的是我們平凡的工作得到領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和同事的認(rèn)可。我們深深地感到光榮和幸福！

國(guó)運(yùn)興衰，系于教育；三尺講臺(tái)，關(guān)系未來(lái)。近年來(lái)，在各級(jí)黨委政府的關(guān)心和重視下，我鎮(zhèn)教育面貌發(fā)生了翻天覆地的變化，九年義務(wù)教育“兩免一補(bǔ)”政策的實(shí)施，大大減輕了農(nóng)民負(fù)擔(dān)，有效保障了農(nóng)村孩子接受義務(wù)教育，現(xiàn)代遠(yuǎn)程教育工程的開(kāi)始實(shí)施，使農(nóng)村孩子同樣能享受到優(yōu)質(zhì)教育資源，留守兒童受到了政府和各界的普遍關(guān)注，我們的教育質(zhì)量得到明顯提升。

從第一個(gè)教師節(jié)至今，二十八年的時(shí)光匆匆而過(guò)，也正是這二十多個(gè)由鮮花和掌聲、關(guān)注與期待交織在一起的教師節(jié)，使更多的人把熱情與尊重，理解與關(guān)懷的目光投向了我們，使我們和學(xué)生一起渡過(guò)的每一個(gè)平凡的日日夜夜有了更加不尋常的意義。因?yàn)橛辛宋覀冊(cè)谡n堂上播灑智慧的陽(yáng)光，孩子們才聽(tīng)到了知識(shí)的聲音，遠(yuǎn)大的理想才激勵(lì)他們邁出了創(chuàng)新的腳步；因?yàn)橛辛宋覀冊(cè)诮逃奈忠吧蠐]灑耕耘的汗水，七坊鎮(zhèn)的教育事業(yè)才能生機(jī)勃勃，蒸蒸日上。只有我們所有教師腳踏實(shí)地，開(kāi)拓創(chuàng)新，才能有一代新人的茁壯成長(zhǎng)，強(qiáng)國(guó)之夢(mèng)才熠熠生輝，燦爛輝煌！
