一個(gè)常規(guī)的面試，寒暄之后面試官提出的第一個(gè)問題幾乎千篇一律：“請(qǐng)您簡(jiǎn)單地做一下自我介紹”。有些被面試者都會(huì)問：簡(jiǎn)歷中情況已經(jīng)寫得很清楚了，這是否多此一舉

要回答這個(gè)問題，首先搞清楚為什么面試官要請(qǐng)你做自我介紹面試官通過自我介紹想考察被面試者什么只有了解面試官的目的，被面試者才能做好自我介紹。

面試官通過被面試者自我介紹要考察以下五方面內(nèi)容：

第一，考察自我介紹內(nèi)容和遞交簡(jiǎn)歷內(nèi)容是否相沖突如果簡(jiǎn)歷是真實(shí)的，口述自我介紹就不會(huì)有明顯出入。如果簡(jiǎn)歷有假，自我介紹階段一般就會(huì)漏馬腳。如被面試者反問：“我的經(jīng)歷在簡(jiǎn)歷里都寫了”，面試官會(huì)認(rèn)為這人個(gè)色，印象分一下子降為負(fù)數(shù)。

第三，考察被面試者是否聚焦，是否簡(jiǎn)練和精干，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的感知能力與把控能力。

第四，考察被面試者初步的自我認(rèn)知能力和價(jià)值取向。因?yàn)楸幻嬖囌咭獢⑹雎殬I(yè)切換關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)處的原因，尤其要考察最近職業(yè)變動(dòng)的原因。

第五，考察被面試者是否聽明白了面試官的話以及時(shí)間的掌控能力。有時(shí)面試官給出的問題是“請(qǐng)您用3到5分鐘做一自我介紹”，被面試者有時(shí)一介紹就超過10分鐘，甚至20分鐘，逼得面試官不得不多次提醒引導(dǎo)。
