今年的帶年三十，鞭炮聲不斷，到處都霧蒙蒙得，幾步之外就看不太清楚，大過年的，怎么會這樣呢？我百思不得其解，只能上網(wǎng)去查。原來今年大年三十空氣質(zhì)量不好的原因主要還是因為去年提到最多的一個詞“霧霾”。它是霧和霾的組合詞。霧霾現(xiàn)象常見于城市。中國不少地區(qū)將“霾”并入“霧”一起作為災(zāi)害性天氣現(xiàn)象進行預(yù)警預(yù)報，統(tǒng)稱為“霧霾天氣”。近年來，由于空氣質(zhì)量惡化，霧霾現(xiàn)象出現(xiàn)增多且危害加重?；叵?0xx年，“霧霾”成為關(guān)鍵詞。這一年的`1月，4次霧霾過程籠罩30個省（區(qū)、市），在北京，僅有5天不是霧霾天。有報告顯示，中國最大的500個城市中，只有不到1%的城市達到世界衛(wèi)生組織推薦的空氣質(zhì)量標準，與此同時，世界上污染最嚴重的10個城市有7個在中國?？伸F霾在11月就走了呀，怎么又回來了？媽媽告訴我：“是因為，過年了，難免要放鞭炮，那鞭炮本來就會污染空氣，再加上去年污染嚴重，霧霾能不回來嗎？”“對哦，我怎么沒想到呢？謝謝媽媽！”我恍然大悟。

就在期末階段，我染上了氣管炎，吃了好多的藥，都沒有用去，仍然高燒不退，只好去醫(yī)院。醫(yī)院里人好多，似乎都是像我這種，死命的咳嗽!我晚上九點中去，十一點多才輪到我，從醫(yī)院配了幾種藥，結(jié)果任然沒用，又去醫(yī)院掛了兩天吊瓶，才慢慢好轉(zhuǎn)。在吊瓶時，我心想：都是霧霾害的!我們真該好好保護環(huán)境，否則，以后口罩都要成為我們的出門必備用品了。

媽媽告訴我：霧是空中細微的小水珠，它跟刮風、下雪是一樣的，屬于一種正常的自然現(xiàn)象，而霾是空中細小的顆粒，兩者合在一起就是霧霾，霧霾含有灰塵、硫酸、硝酸、有機碳氫化合物等微粒，并含有多種傳染性病菌，對人體非常有害，特別是對你們這些12歲以下的孩子來說，是影響很大的。所以，學(xué)校要停課是正確的'。

霧霾天氣嚴重影響了我們的日常生活和工作，給我們帶來了極大的不便，所以，我們在這樣的天氣要減少外出，外出要戴帽子、口罩，最好不出門，回家后還要做好清潔工作。

媽媽給我講過北京、河北的霧霾更嚴重，高速路很多都封起來了。哎！為什么它是中國首都呀？我覺得叫中國“霾都”還差不多。

霧霾是如何形成的呢？當PM2.5超過大氣循環(huán)能力和承載度，極易出現(xiàn)大范圍的霧霾。PM2.5又是什么呢？PM2.5是指大氣中直徑小于或等于2.5微米的顆粒物，它含有大量有毒有害物質(zhì)，對人體健康和大氣環(huán)境質(zhì)量有著嚴重的影響。

霧霾是如何侵入人體并破壞健康的呢？那就讓我細細說來。

PM2.5和它的“兄弟們”正進行著一項“闖關(guān)游戲”，而這項闖關(guān)游戲直接危害著人類的健康。

第一關(guān)：鼻孔。它們進入鼻孔以后，大約20微米以上的'“兄弟”都在這陣亡；第二關(guān)：咽喉。這一關(guān)只有大約10微米以上的才會“離世”，但PM2.5它們身體輕盈，卻很好通過。第三關(guān)：肺泡，它們一路和白細胞、淋巴細胞作戰(zhàn)，人類的肺泡有3億多個，它們一旦擋住肺泡，人類就喘不過氣來。

并且，注意了！它們有“高級小兵”——直徑小于0.5微米，可以直接進入血管，只要有更多“高級小兵”，就會讓血管變窄，血壓升高，引發(fā)血栓；而且會向人類“核心”發(fā)起進攻，因此引發(fā)心肌缺血、損傷，心律紊亂，引發(fā)心梗……霧霾的危害實在太可怕了！

其實，我們每口呼吸，霧霾都在“殺人”。

孫悟空又把附近的人們聚集在一起，對大家說：“地球只有一個，你們難道把它毀掉嗎？”人群里鴉雀無聲。孫悟空又說；"地球是唯一一個可以讓人類生存的星球，要是地球滅亡了，你們該怎么辦呢？”人們醒悟過來了，異口同聲地說：“孫大圣，我們知道錯了，我們再也不會讓霧霾來侵害地球了，我們會好好保護地球，不讓地球受一點傷害。”
