我演講的題目是：做環(huán)保志愿者，共圓美麗中國夢。

在黨的十八次全國代表大會上，胡錦濤爺爺在報告中莊嚴(yán)宣示，把生態(tài)文明建設(shè)放在突出地位，努力建設(shè)美麗中國，實現(xiàn)中華民族永續(xù)發(fā)展。這鏗鏘有力的聲音，描繪出一幅令人憧憬的“中國夢”!那就是天藍(lán)、地綠、水清的美好藍(lán)圖!這幅美麗的畫卷在我的眼前展開，映入我的心中。

我在全國五好小公民主題教育讀本上知道，我國正處于經(jīng)濟高速發(fā)展時期，加之人口眾多，因而面臨著比其他國家更大的資源和環(huán)境的壓力。因此，培育出一個全新的人與自然、人與人和諧的生態(tài)文明，是復(fù)興中華的有力保障。我想，美麗中國夢，就是復(fù)興中華的夢!

看祖國的發(fā)展，我相信美麗的中國夢一定會成為現(xiàn)實。過去10年，中國成為世界上投資清潔能源力度最大的國家;過去10年，中國累計完成造林面積8.63億畝，其中人工林面積達(dá)到6168萬公頃，居世界首位;過去10年，綠色GDP的政績考核、低碳發(fā)展、綠色經(jīng)濟在中國全面推進(jìn)、深入人心……

看前輩的事跡，我也相信美麗中國夢一定會實現(xiàn)。2012年感動中國人物楊善洲，退休后，他扎根大亮山，義務(wù)植樹造林，一干就是22個春秋，帶領(lǐng)大家植樹造林5.6萬畝。把昔日的荒山禿嶺變成了今朝生機勃勃的綠色天地，極大地改善了當(dāng)?shù)貝毫拥淖匀画h(huán)境?！爸灰惶觳凰?，我就要栽一天樹，把治沙進(jìn)行下去。”十八大代表、陜西省“治沙英雄”石光銀，在茫茫的毛烏素沙漠南緣治沙斗沙40年，筑造100公里長的“綠色長城”，他們的壯舉感天動地，也讓我們從他們身上看到了實現(xiàn)美麗中國夢的希望之光!

天下興亡，匹夫有責(zé)，作為中華少年，實現(xiàn)美麗中國夢，我們該做些什么呢?這又讓我想到了朱昌藏大哥哥的事跡，他的綠眼睛環(huán)保志愿者協(xié)會，開展環(huán)保講座、環(huán)保圖片展覽，保護(hù)救護(hù)野生動物，不懈堅持了9個年頭，他就是我們的榜樣!我也要做環(huán)保志愿者，為圓美麗中國夢貢獻(xiàn)一份力量!

做環(huán)保志愿者，從身邊小事做起。在學(xué)校，看到地上有紙屑，我會主動彎腰撿起;看到水龍頭滴水，我也要把它關(guān)緊;學(xué)校要求垃圾分類，我不僅自己嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行，看到有混放現(xiàn)象，我還主動把混放的東西，揀出來放進(jìn)該放的垃圾箱里;家里雖然有自己的車，但爸爸媽媽外出時，我常動員他們乘坐公交車。因為，我知道，空氣中的污染物更多地來自汽車排放的尾氣。春天來了，我拉著爸爸媽媽買樹苗，到附近山坡上植樹，因為我知道，綠化造林是大氣污染防治的一種經(jīng)濟有效的措施。植物有吸收各種有毒有害氣體和凈化空氣的功能。植物是空氣的天然過濾器。我還要宣傳環(huán)保知識，動員更多的人加入環(huán)保隊伍，時時想節(jié)能，處處為減排。告訴大家，不要一心想著掙錢，總想圖方便，要知道，環(huán)境破壞了，大氣污染加劇，誰也逃脫不了。地球是我們共同的家園，我們同呼吸，共命運，你可以買純凈水，但誰也買不來潔凈的空氣供自己呼吸。我一個人，一家人的力量是很微薄，但是如果全中國的孩子都能行動起來，每個中國家庭都行動起來，那就會匯成強大的環(huán)保能量!這是我的心愿，我的夢想!

My topic is Honesty. As a correspondent of the Qingdao Morning News, I visited Dr. James Gilman, the President of the International Committee for Marco Polo Studies in England. In this picture, this is James, and this is me and we are looking at a dragon’s tooth. This is a true story. chuzhongchusan 65 years ago, James lived in Qingdao. Then he was only 5 years old. He often visited the Aquarium and was fascinated by a creature on display there, which he thought was a dragon.

He was afraid of its sharp teeth and wanted one to keep as a treasure. In the late 1930s, when the Japanese occupied Qingdao, his family had to leave. On his last day in Qingdao, he ran to the Aquarium and pulled out one of the teeth from the dragon’s mouth. He kept the tooth for the next 65 years, but the feeling of guilt at having stolen it was there in the background all through his life. It was always on his conscience, and the feeling intensified as he became older.

Finally he decided to put right his childish error. In 20xx, he visited Qingdao and returned it to the Aquarium with his sincere apologies. He received a warm welcome. When James visited Qingdao, I accompanied him all the time and reported on his visit. I was deeply touched by his honesty. It has taught me a lot. I think to err is human. The important thing is to have the courage to admit and correct one’s error.

Honesty is a vital quality of human behaviour. So we should try to keep an honest mind in everything we say and do. I would like to say to all of my friends: Let’s be honest people of good moral character. Thank you.
