It is shown in the recent surveys that many college students copy papers from the Internet to save the trouble of doing their homework.In my opinion，this kind of academic dishonesty is very harmful to these students.First, copying papers from the Internet makes students lazy.Copying papers from the Internet seems easy and can save some time and trouble, therefore, students will do this more and more often and seldom work hard to complete their papers on their own.In other words, students will become lazier and lazier.Second.students can learn little from copying others’ work.Students cannot improve their abilities just by downloading papers from the Internet without their own thinking and working.What’s worse, once students get used to academic cheating, they may also cheat in other cases in the future, which will be very dangerous for them．

To prevent academic dishonesty on campus, some punishment by the school may be necessary.But the most important thing is that teachers should talk to those students, and make them aware of the fact that copying others’ work cannot bring them any knowledge and that only by working hard can they improve themselves.

各位評委，在座的各位觀眾，對方辯友大家好！

我方的觀點為學(xué)術(shù)誠信缺失是個人問題。根據(jù)美國學(xué)術(shù)誠信研究中心的表述，學(xué)術(shù)誠信是指為學(xué)者必須具備的基本道德操守。即使在研究逆境中也必須對五種基本價值觀做出的一種承諾，即誠實、信任、公平、尊重和責(zé)任。根據(jù)美國高校學(xué)生行政管理人員學(xué)會手冊的表述，學(xué)術(shù)誠信缺失是指“蓄意的欺詐行為。其中，研究人員未經(jīng)授權(quán)就企圖把別人的工作或努力說成是自己的工作或努力，或在任何學(xué)術(shù)練習(xí)中使用未經(jīng)授權(quán)的材料或捏造的信息?！崩绯u或剽竊他人研究成果；代人撰寫論文和請人代寫論文；招生工作中進行權(quán)錢交易，使學(xué)位失真，呈現(xiàn)真的“假文憑”現(xiàn)象等。

何為社會問題？學(xué)者陸學(xué)藝主編的《社會學(xué)》中，將社會問題定義為“凡是影響社會進步與發(fā)展，妨礙社會大部分成員的正常生活的公共問題。它是社會結(jié)構(gòu)本身的缺陷或社會變遷過程中社會結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)出現(xiàn)功能障礙、關(guān)系失調(diào)和整合錯位等原因造成的；它為社會上相當(dāng)多的人所共識，需要運用社會力量才能消除和解決?！睗M足以上所有條件的問題才能被稱作“社會問題”。而“個人性格方面的問題，源于個人心理、生理及個人技能等方面出現(xiàn)的不足或不當(dāng)，根本解決途徑需要通過個人自我素質(zhì)改善提高的一類問題，則稱之為個人問題。

基于上述定義，我方認為：學(xué)術(shù)誠信缺失是個人問題，而非社會問題。我方將從以下三個層次進行論述：

首先，當(dāng)今學(xué)術(shù)界的主流價值觀是以學(xué)術(shù)誠信為本的。大多數(shù)研究者們都秉持著“誠實、信任、公平、尊重和責(zé)任”的基本道德操守。我們承認當(dāng)今存在學(xué)術(shù)誠信缺失現(xiàn)象，且對于科研領(lǐng)域帶來了一定的危害性，是亟待解決的問題，也是我們要對其進行探討的原因，但總體而言，學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)域仍在穩(wěn)健的發(fā)展著，而并未出現(xiàn)社會問題所展現(xiàn)的，功能障礙、關(guān)系失調(diào)和整合錯位等特點。故我們認為學(xué)術(shù)誠信缺失只能稱作“社會中的問題”，而非社會問題。

進一步來說，學(xué)術(shù)誠信缺失產(chǎn)生的根源在于部分研究人員的學(xué)術(shù)行為意識不端。可以分為三點：第一，部分人對學(xué)術(shù)誠信的認識不足，知識產(chǎn)權(quán)法律意識不強，不清楚自身的一些做法已經(jīng)觸犯誠實守信的道德底線；第二，部分人隨對于學(xué)術(shù)誠信有所認識，但其道德修養(yǎng)欠缺，對科學(xué)研究懷著不負責(zé)任的態(tài)度，進而造假或抄襲；第三，其學(xué)術(shù)能力不足同時意志不堅，一定的科研壓力便使其丟失了道德原則；第四，當(dāng)前學(xué)術(shù)考察制度仍然存在一定的缺陷。相關(guān)制度的制定與實施仍有需要完善的地方。且部分學(xué)術(shù)監(jiān)管系統(tǒng)人員道德素養(yǎng)亦不夠高，在執(zhí)行學(xué)術(shù)規(guī)范問題時往往憑借權(quán)威和“關(guān)系”，催生了學(xué)術(shù)腐敗。而之前談到，社會學(xué)中個人問題是“源于個人心理、生理及個人技能等方面出現(xiàn)的不足或不當(dāng)”，這與學(xué)術(shù)誠信缺失的根源相符合，故從源頭上來說，學(xué)術(shù)誠信缺失是個人問題。

從另一個側(cè)面來說，由于當(dāng)今學(xué)術(shù)工作領(lǐng)域逐漸細致，研究者的學(xué)術(shù)自由度大大提高，所從事領(lǐng)域的特殊性也大大增強，領(lǐng)域以外的人幾乎都沒有對其進行細致評價的能力與標(biāo)準，在當(dāng)前的科技水平下，想要運用社會力量來評價所有領(lǐng)域的科研真實性問題，是不現(xiàn)實的，具體而言，無論怎樣的規(guī)章制度，或是科研團體審核，在當(dāng)今社會，均無法對領(lǐng)域內(nèi)的成果做出細致的核實。故解決誠信缺失的問題，其根本解決，只有通過個人素質(zhì)的改善和提高，這與社會學(xué)中個人問題的特點相符合，故從解決方式來看，學(xué)術(shù)誠信缺失是個人問題。

我們今天之所以要區(qū)分學(xué)術(shù)誠信缺失是社會問題還是個人問題，就是希望通過對于此問題的準確定性，能幫助我們，從科學(xué)的角度，找出合理的范式對其進行解釋，進而指導(dǎo)我們運用相應(yīng)的方法來解決此問題。

而通過以上的探討，我們認為學(xué)術(shù)誠信缺失，在社會學(xué)領(lǐng)域，屬于個人問題。我方并不否認解決學(xué)術(shù)誠信缺失，需要社會力量的幫助，但我們更希望在座的每一位科研工作者，能意識到學(xué)術(shù)誠信的維護，其根本在于作為科研主體的我們。只有我們不斷完善個人素質(zhì)，提高自身的道德自律水準和學(xué)術(shù)規(guī)范意識，克服投機取巧、心浮氣躁、急功近利等不良傾向，樹立崇高的學(xué)術(shù)理想和社會責(zé)任意識，才能從根本上杜絕學(xué)術(shù)誠信缺失的發(fā)生，使學(xué)術(shù)界更為健康茁壯的發(fā)展，成為社會各領(lǐng)域的榜樣。
