去年我在深圳某某飾品有限公司工作，在公司里我負責和市場部其他同事公司產(chǎn)品從事地面推廣，每月都順利完成了公司制定的每月2萬元銷售目標，一年多的地面推廣使我對市場營銷這個崗位有了更深的認識。要做好市場營銷不但需要不怕苦，不怕累，更要善于學習。

1. 清晰的表述

首先要自信并且淡定，面試面試，為什么要見面，就是面試官要看見你的整體，不單單是聽你的表述，還要感受你的狀態(tài)以及精神面貌。所以面試說話的時候談吐自然，自信，不慌張是基本。我遇見很多朋友，他們說中文的時候語速很正常，但是在說英語的時候不知道為什么語速特別快，可能是因為緊張，也可能是因為不自信，當然還有一種可能是英語太流利。但是要知道語速快并不代表英語好，你說話最基本的是要保證對方能夠聽清楚，并且聽得懂。所以第一重要是表述要清晰，不要慌張，有話好好說。

2.克服緊張

如果你一說英語就緊張，那么你就要多練習，找機會和和比你英語好的人練習，記住一定要找比你英語好的人練習，只有當對方英語比你好，你才會暴露你的緊張，從而學習克服緊張，也只有對方英語比你好才會發(fā)現(xiàn)你的錯誤。然后我悄悄地告訴你，HR的英語或許還沒有你好，他們并不是X東方的口語老師也不是雅思考官，所以你放心，只要你稍微花點心思，HR英語面試這關是可以戰(zhàn)略性搞定的。不過你只可以在心理上輕視，不可以在準備過程中輕視。

3.自我介紹網(wǎng)上那些經(jīng)典范文，千萬別背了，你能搜到，hr就能搜到，其他候選人也能搜到，但是可以借鑒。那么怎么提前準備一段好的自我介紹呢，這個自我介紹不是演講，不是脫口秀，更加不是才藝大比拼，它是面試，面試的本質(zhì)是傳遞信息并且獲得有效的交流。所以你的自我介紹不要有廢話，要在你這一分鐘或者兩分鐘內(nèi)給到面試官足夠的信息點。圍繞你的簡歷，讓對方在最短的時間里了解你的教育背景，實習經(jīng)歷，工作經(jīng)驗，興趣愛好，職業(yè)規(guī)劃，性格特征，以及你的優(yōu)勢等等，確保每句話都有信息點而不是曬英語。

4.準確表述如果上面基本的幾點你都能夠做到，那么接下來如何讓對方覺得你的英語還不錯呢？注意英語表述中的細節(jié)詞匯。我舉個例子，everyone和every single one，single在這里強調(diào)每一個，這個詞你認識吧，但是大多數(shù)人只會用every， each，而不會用every single。而這個就是英語表述中的細節(jié)，這個詞并沒有多么高大上吧。我再舉個例子，我思想開放，我們通暢會說 My mind is open,但是如果用I'm open minded 感覺是不是更佳好?？偠灾?，華麗的辭藻固然高大上，但是簡單而又準確的用詞更容易讓人理解，也更顯的平易近人，同時也能讓HR聽得懂并獲得信息，和你形成交流。

5. 英語發(fā)音

和中國人面試發(fā)音好聽甚至可以彌補詞匯量的匱乏，如果你發(fā)音很準確，瞬間給人留下深刻印象，至少對我來說是這樣。但是發(fā)音好不好聽，這個還因人而異，所以每個人的喜好不一樣這個很難把握，就拿我個人來說，我喜歡英式英語，我有個朋友也喜歡英式英語，于是苦練英腔，其實并不建議，刻意的腔調(diào)很容易讓人聽出來，不過也可能能糊弄過去一些不太懂英語的人，這個因人而異。我更佳喜歡有自己說話腔調(diào)然后捎帶英式的口音，當然這一條對于很多想要快速搞定英語面試的人可能并不適合。但至少保證你的英語不要說出你的家鄉(xiāng)味就好。
