More than half of firms on the Chinese mainland are expected to take on staff this year, according to a recruitment survey released Thursday.據(jù)本周四發(fā)布的一份調(diào)查報告顯示,今年中國大陸預(yù)計超過一半的公司都會雇傭員工。The report by global recruiters, Michael Page, surveyed nearly 1,000 employers and found that 55 percent of domestic firms set to recruit more staff this year, compared to 41 percent of multinational corporations.這份報告由全球獵頭公司Michael Page發(fā)布,對近1000名雇主進(jìn)行了調(diào)查,發(fā)現(xiàn)今年55%的國內(nèi)企業(yè)將招聘更多員工,而跨國公司這一比例只有41%。
Peter Smith, managing director of Michael Page East China, said, “The reason for the gap is that domestic companies are more optimistic about the economic outlook while the multinational corporations are struggling to achieve a better performance and to reduce the labor costs in China.” Michael Page中國東部總經(jīng)理彼德·史密斯表示稱:“這兩者之間的差距是因為國內(nèi)企業(yè)對經(jīng)濟(jì)前景更為樂觀,而跨國公司正在努力實現(xiàn)更好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、并減少在中國的勞動成本。” According to the 2017 China Salary and Employment Outlook from Michael Page, 44 percent of local companies will be offering salary increases of six percent to ten percent.據(jù)Michael Page的《2017中國工資和就業(yè)前景》報告顯示,44%的中國企業(yè)將會漲工資6%到10%。
