本次大賽報(bào)名面向我院所有英語(yǔ)愛(ài)好者，工作計(jì)劃《第四屆校園英語(yǔ)演講比賽策劃》。

本次演講比賽分為預(yù)賽、決賽兩個(gè)階段

（1）預(yù)賽：自由命題演講

1)選手自主命題，或講故事或發(fā)表評(píng)論，內(nèi)容不限，主題應(yīng)積極健康，能展示當(dāng)代大學(xué)生風(fēng)采，反映出學(xué)習(xí)生活思想觀念等真實(shí)狀態(tài)。

第一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)：選手簡(jiǎn)要作自我介紹，大約每人1分鐘，由評(píng)委打分（20分）。

第二個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)：演講總分80分。選手依次上臺(tái)演講，大約每人五分鐘。

第三個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)：演講結(jié)束后，由評(píng)委作總評(píng)。并依據(jù)比賽成績(jī)宣布各參賽選手成績(jī)。

評(píng)委明確給出每部分評(píng)分（評(píng)分為整數(shù)），由工作人員進(jìn)行最后加總，去掉最高分與最低分，取平均分為選手比賽成績(jī)，按成績(jī)排名分別獲一、二、三、優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)。

一、活動(dòng)背景

隨著時(shí)代的發(fā)展，社會(huì)各個(gè)職位對(duì)于英語(yǔ)技能的要求越來(lái)越高，并且現(xiàn)在對(duì)于英語(yǔ)的要求已經(jīng)不再只是針對(duì)書(shū)面英語(yǔ)，現(xiàn)在英語(yǔ)更多的要求是在口語(yǔ)方面，因此當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的目光放在英語(yǔ)的`聽(tīng)、說(shuō)上。其中，英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)更顯得尤為重要，并且我國(guó)早已將英語(yǔ)列為大學(xué)生們的必修課程之一。但是，許多人現(xiàn)今大學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)素質(zhì)的評(píng)價(jià)并不高，聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀、寫(xiě)、考能力中只具備“考”字。他們認(rèn)為許多大學(xué)生雖然考試能取得高分，卻聽(tīng)不懂，說(shuō)不清，讀不暢，寫(xiě)不出原汁原味的英語(yǔ)。究其原因，大學(xué)生們沒(méi)有一個(gè)很好的學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的環(huán)境，更沒(méi)有自信去大聲的說(shuō)英語(yǔ)……可見(jiàn)，英語(yǔ)的綜合運(yùn)用能力在當(dāng)今生活和學(xué)習(xí)中顯得越來(lái)越重要了。因此，本次舉辦的第七屆邢臺(tái)學(xué)院英語(yǔ)演講比賽，能很好的提高大學(xué)生們的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)水平，提供一個(gè)可以展現(xiàn)自我，激勵(lì)他人的舞臺(tái)，并且加強(qiáng)在校大學(xué)生的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)意識(shí)。同時(shí)可以與外界的一些英語(yǔ)愛(ài)好者共同交談，提高自己的英語(yǔ)素質(zhì)。

三、活動(dòng)目的本次舉辦的邢臺(tái)學(xué)院第七屆英語(yǔ)演講比賽，旨在提高大學(xué)生們的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)水平，提供一個(gè)可以展現(xiàn)自我，激勵(lì)他人的舞臺(tái)，并且加強(qiáng)在校大學(xué)生的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)意識(shí)。用以加強(qiáng)在社會(huì)上的工作能力。

比賽中

由主持人致開(kāi)幕詞，介紹嘉賓和評(píng)委，宣布開(kāi)始。

選手現(xiàn)場(chǎng)抽簽，決定上場(chǎng)順序，不得私自調(diào)換。

初賽、復(fù)賽：初賽中選手只參加命題演講的比賽，時(shí)間為5分鐘，從初賽選手中根據(jù)分?jǐn)?shù)選出前50名進(jìn)入復(fù)賽。復(fù)賽環(huán)節(jié)中除初賽中的命題演講外，還增設(shè)即興演講環(huán)節(jié)（題目有選手抽簽獲得）從復(fù)賽的選手中選出前20名進(jìn)入決賽。

決賽：1、所有工作人員在6：30之前必須趕到比賽現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行各部門(mén)的準(zhǔn)備工作，由紀(jì)檢部負(fù)責(zé)工作人員的簽到。

2、主持人致開(kāi)幕詞并且介紹到場(chǎng)的評(píng)委、嘉賓、參賽選手。

3、主持人介紹比賽的規(guī)則評(píng)分細(xì)則。

4、選手根據(jù)比賽前的抽簽順序進(jìn)行比賽。

5、在前五號(hào)選手參加完比賽之后，主持人第一次報(bào)分。

6、在前十號(hào)選手參加完比賽之后，中間邀請(qǐng)?jiān)u委講話，調(diào)節(jié)比賽氣氛。中間插一段英文話劇。

7、待所有的選手比賽完后，邀請(qǐng)嘉賓上臺(tái)發(fā)言，工作人員進(jìn)行統(tǒng)分。

8、嘉賓發(fā)言完后，主持人上臺(tái)宣布比賽結(jié)果（依次由優(yōu)勝獎(jiǎng)到一等獎(jiǎng)）

9、嘉賓上臺(tái)頒獎(jiǎng)。

10、主持人宣布比賽結(jié)束，全體工作人員、嘉賓、評(píng)委、選手合影留念。

可行性分析：

1、說(shuō)好英語(yǔ)是每一個(gè)英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)者的共同目標(biāo)和追求，舉行演講比賽在形式上能吸引到很多的英語(yǔ)愛(ài)好者。

2、此次活動(dòng)，可以很好的傳播校園文化，創(chuàng)造良好的學(xué)術(shù)氛圍。

3、絕大多數(shù)的在校同學(xué)都缺乏說(shuō)英語(yǔ)的勇氣和決心，而對(duì)于以后有著出國(guó)留學(xué)夢(mèng)想的同學(xué)英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)顯得更加重要。
