大家好,我是……很高興也很榮幸能夠在這里占用一些篇幅向大家介紹關(guān)于大學英語四級和計算機一級的一些感受,方法和體會.當初考慮過英語四級是因為了解到現(xiàn)在很多的用人單位把四級證書作為衡量一個大學生在學校學習情況的一個標準,沒有四級證書就直接被用人單位淘汰出局,那時覺得如果僅僅因為沒有一個英語四級證書而失去了自己渴望已久的工作的話,那多不值啊.所以英語四級怎么也得拿下.還有就是,在大學里過英語和計算機都要趨早,越往后越難過,這些都是一些學長學姐的深切感受,有句話叫”出名要趨早”.同樣的,過級也要趨早.希望大家早點定下通過英語四級的目標,并付諸于自己的實際行動,必定會有個滿意的結(jié)果.我當時準備四級時,基本步驟就是背單詞,做閱讀,聽聽力,背一些范文,最后階段做做真題.單詞方面我覺得最重要了,對此我有以下幾點建議: 1單詞要天天背, 不要用整段時間來背單詞

我看過很多人的每日計劃，什么幾點到幾點是背單詞時間。這個沒用，你花幾個小時光背單詞，記憶效率絕對很低，腦袋都木掉，合上書一個字也想不起來。我認識的幾個英語牛人就一個背單詞方法——小卡片。每天沒事就拿出來看一下，堅持不懈，效果絕對好。在遺忘臨界點復(fù)習

背單詞絕對不能沒有例句，中文的一個詞你可以對他有很多種解釋，英文也一樣，如果沒有例句幫你體會單詞用法，光背詞意在真正閱讀的時候一定會碰壁。有個中國英語教育界的權(quán)威專家曾經(jīng)說過：中國學生對單詞 just recognize, never know.所以一定要有例句。

聽力方面,我覺得最好每天都聽一會兒,二十分鐘就行了,可以買本聽力輔導資料,循序漸進,難度有梯度逐漸加大的那種就挺好的.要么就不聽,聽的話就要100%集中注意力,邊聽邊簡略地寫下聽到的內(nèi)容,聽的時候帶著給出的問題去聽,一般問題都會給出一些信息的.閱讀方面也要每天都練,剛開始如果做不下去,可以一天做兩篇,然后做三篇,最后一個月每天做四篇,做的時候要有時間概念,要和時間賽跑,四級考試對于很多第一次參加的人來說,時間都是很緊張的,沒有多少剩余的.我也一樣,所以在平時練習時一定要講究速度,當然準確率才是最最重要的,做題時一定要聯(lián)系上下文,千萬不要憑主觀猜測.還有,我建議先讀題目后看文章,帶著問題去讀文章會更有目的性,知道要看的重點在哪里.當然這要因人而宜了,先讀題目還是先讀文章根據(jù)自己的能力和興趣,習慣決定吧.作文方面一定要好好重視,我上次作文的分數(shù)很低,首先,因為時間緊張,字跡比較潦草,結(jié)構(gòu)也有些凌亂,低分也是理所當然的,在這里,我建議大家在平時的備考中常常動動筆,多做以前的作文題,限時完成,這樣在考試中會得心應(yīng)手些.除此,我也背些名言警句和一些寫得比較好的比較美的句子,所以我建議大家平時多看些范文,注意一些關(guān)聯(lián)詞和一些轉(zhuǎn)折詞,承上啟下的詞句,這些在試卷中出現(xiàn)的話都會成為亮點,當然肯定也會成為得分點了.總而言之,要想過四級,就得每天讓自己浸沒在英語的氛圍中,去感受英語,這樣就會讓自己的英語每天都有進步,progress day by day!至于計算機一級嘛,理論部分大家沒有必要去背教科書,在考試前把參加輔導時發(fā)的輔導資料從頭到尾背幾篇基本上就可以搞定了.操作部分就要常上機操作操作了,word ,powerpoint,frontpage比較簡單,會做幾套試題就夠了,因為這三部分的相關(guān)題目都是千篇一律,相差無幾的,搞熟幾套就行了.最難的就是EXCEL了,這部分要多花精力多上機操作操作了,但只要常上機練習練習,這部分的大部分分數(shù)還是可以拿到的,再者,前面三部分的大部分分數(shù)是非常好拿的,這樣一加,操作部分也是很好搞定的.總之,只要你想過計算機一級,花了足夠的時間和精力去練習,去準備了,計算機一級還是非常非常好過的.最后我向大家講述一下我對大學英語和計算機的認識,考級不是我們的最終目標,我們的最終目標是把它們掌握好,在將來利用它們更好地工作,英語可以讓我們和外企更好地交流(我個人覺得現(xiàn)在建筑業(yè)外企更受擇業(yè)者青睞),計算機在我們工作中的作用不言而喻,對它的操作能力直接影響到我們的工作效率,所以我們必須對英語和計算機要有一定的掌握能力,而考級便是檢測我們這種能力的一種手段,我們應(yīng)該以一顆平常心,很自然地對待它們,接受它們.

409各兄弟如唔：實在不好意思，本說是我在短時間內(nèi)和你們分享我的四級準備心得。但由于一些考試和班上事務(wù)交錯，有些力不從心。最主要的是試卷剛完成五套，自認為感情還不夠充沛，恐表述不能完全達我意，（羅東文學青年深知這一點）望諸位諒解。不再贅述，進入正題吧。

首當其沖的便是作文，從小學至現(xiàn)在，無論中英文考試，作文都是放在最后的，四級作文居然擺在最前面，令我十分詫異，詫異之余思考命題者何故如此，百思不得其解，唯一的解釋便是：怕大家把剛背的范文或框架忘了。呵呵（純粹玩笑）如果大家有興致，可去網(wǎng)上搜查或詢問一下資深老師。且不論其用意，我們見招拆招。作文，在我看來，素材是最重要的，簡單的說，多背一些東西。我認為要拿七成或七五成的分，背熟5篇范文即可，注意是徹底地弄熟。把框架理解透徹，三段式：開頭——理由陳述——結(jié)尾總結(jié)（相信大家也爛熟）。如想八成甚至九成的分數(shù)，那就得多背了，10-15篇，關(guān)鍵是要真正弄懂內(nèi)在聯(lián)系和其中巧妙的配合。例如：Firstly…，后面千萬別接second，而是相應(yīng)的secondly。雖說你沒錯，但閱卷老師覺得你掌握的不透徹，僅浮于表面。如三國孔明所說：“陣，不在術(shù)，而在道?！辈⒉辉谟谀阏莆樟硕嗌訇嚪?，而在于你對一個陣法的運用是否嫻熟。

接下來，是快速閱讀?？v觀全卷，此部分是最不用動腦筋的。如果你對它仍有一絲恐懼，待我指點一二助你。快速閱讀，顧名思義，重在快速。Skimming和scanning，你們查一下字典便知，“掃讀”之意，故不用把全文都完整地讀一遍。先看題目，再看文章。我發(fā)現(xiàn)，它題目的設(shè)置，是按照文章結(jié)構(gòu)從上到下而來的，所以我是看一道做一道，步步為贏。0.0 看題目時不可盲目，要有重點，重點便是主語。例：Television is an attractive advertising medium in that ____。主語便是Television。With the increase in the number of TV channels。主語便是the increase in the number of TV channels。一找到主語就立馬去文章找相應(yīng)的地方，我有一習慣就是找到之后在那一句或兩句下面畫上一線，一面回頭檢查時忘記在哪了。注意“一，幾套試卷下來，我發(fā)現(xiàn)填空的最后一題是總結(jié)性的（一般情況下），所以不要浪費時間在最后面甚至是在中間找，多花點時間在前面尤其是開頭一段。但也不能太絕對，大家要注意靈活性。二，可能，有些人不讀全文就感覺不踏實，心里沒底。其實我剛開始時就屬于這種，原因是專四閱讀題目的設(shè)置特點，答案是題目都具有極大的跳躍性，不通讀文章就不敢確定答案的正確與否，所以適應(yīng)快速閱讀我用了幾套題目才扭轉(zhuǎn)過來。我們要清楚，考試重要的是你的題目能否做出來，你知不知道文章甚至不知道它講什么也無妨，這樣想過之后你就會放寬許多。

聽力，可能對一些人是老大難。除了多聽沒什么捷徑可以走得。但，在考試時，一些準備是要做的。我這里想提一下看題目，因為很重要?？搭}目，section A的11題可以看一下，最重要的是后面的conversation、passage和section C。section A 看了第一題就足夠，其它的題目你有充足的時間在考的時候邊讀。萬一，你硬是時間不夠，你可以放棄section C 的閱讀，畢竟它聽力材料讀三遍，前面的切不可棄之不讀。四級的聽力也是頗有玩味的——無題目。剛開始，我犯了一錯誤，看選擇答案然后自己擬題目，雖大部分靠攏，但是總有那么三四個是有錯誤的。例如“2008年6月的23題，它問的是女主角第一份工作是什么，而我認為聽力材料講了許多女主角現(xiàn)在的工作，我不等它念題目就選了C，結(jié)果自然謬之千里。但也并不是完全不能猜題目，只是不能太得意忘形，太絕對。既然它沒有設(shè)置題目，自然考得就是你瞬間記憶能力，這種能力在后來大家考托福、雅思也是需要的。所以大家在平時要有意思地培養(yǎng)一下，比如，聽一段文章，停止后回憶一下它講了什么。Section C，單詞部分需要一是熟悉程度，越熟悉反應(yīng)就越快。二是光反應(yīng)快還不行，手寫也要快，眼疾手快。句子部分，大家要學會速記，一個單詞只寫前面幾個字母即可，但自己要記得、認識。我做這一

部分時也覺得有些頭痛，因為一句話實在是太長，專四的聽寫文章我倒沒覺得這么長，而我其他同學都覺得SO EASY，看來是我技術(shù)問題啊，呵呵，也可能是考完專四后我整個人都松散下來的緣故。

選詞填空，聽劉雅琦說是最難的部分，聽羅東說你們都放在最后面做。先后不是大問題，做法或方法才是最重要的。第一眼看到文章的時候要在短時間之內(nèi)了解文章里講的是什么，還有它的結(jié)構(gòu)。做到這兩點，宏觀上就基本懂了這篇文章，這樣對你選詞時就有莫大的幫助，就不會無方向感。具體到每一個空時，最最先要知道的是它這里要填的詞性，是動詞？名詞？還是副詞。如果你覺得有些困難的話，就要多看看英文文章培養(yǎng)語感了。第二個是里面還會有不少的固定搭配，所以在平時的備考中要有意識地背背固定短語還有一些詞組。我不知道星期天給你們補課的老師給你們講的什么，如果講的是?？几哳l詞匯和短語的話，你們就要記下來并且花心思去背、記了。

至于閱讀理解和完形填空，我倒是不用多說什么了。從初中到現(xiàn)在，你們做過無數(shù)，積累了不少經(jīng)驗，也形成了自己做題的一套方法，多說恐有擾亂軍心之嫌，呵呵。不過，我特別想說的一點是，要做真題！做完了也要多看，看了還要多思考出題者的意圖，自己犯的什么錯誤，是沒有理解文章或是忽略了細節(jié)還是自己以偏概全了。而我自己，就是一個很好的反面教材。我在備考專四時，認為真題不怎么難，多研究沒什么提高，便買了聽力、語法與詞匯、閱讀、完形填空各一本書，天天沉浸其中，而真題就做了一遍然后不管了。而買的參考書都是偏難的。結(jié)果考試時，雖覺得題目過于容易，但是把題目復(fù)雜化了，想得比出題者想得還多。我記得我是提前半個多小時就把答題卡填好了，就坐在那里傻等，英語檢查時檢查不出什么的（自己的體會）。后來，對答案時就傻眼了。因為我習慣了模擬題的方式，也將它用于正式考試上，自然也就不搭了。而我那些專研專四真題不知看了多少遍的同學說考了很多原題且感覺很好時，我心里的失落也就不用說了。前一陣子，我在群里問你們做了多少真題時，最多的好像是兩套，有的甚至一套都沒有做！真題的題目的難度也就是你參加四級考試的難度，做真題的狀況和感覺也就是你考試時的感覺，所以切不可輕視真題！

最后來到了翻譯。在我看來(個人理解)，這應(yīng)當叫做語法題。第一次接觸四級試題時，我奇怪為什么會沒有語法選擇題，語法在英語考試中向來是兵家必考之地。后來，做至卷末，我發(fā)現(xiàn)語法原來在這里！真是眾里尋他千百度，驀然回首它卻在燈火闌珊處。當然，不能說死了，就這里考語法，作文、完形甚至聽力都在考驗?zāi)愕恼Z法水平。只是在這里更為集中。弄明白這點后，大家就知道重點要準備的是語法，從我做的近幾年的試卷中，我沒看見什么太難的詞匯需要你翻譯，所以說還是重在語法。在做的時候有人會覺得很慌，怕翻譯得不準確，跟參考答案不一樣就會覺得很灰心。我認為大家不用過于苛責，只要翻得對，時態(tài)、主謂一致、名詞單復(fù)數(shù)形式?jīng)]有錯的話，即使不那么地道，甚至有點chiglish的話老師也會給你全分的。當然，這也是我主觀臆斷了，給分權(quán)畢竟在閱卷老師手中，不在我手中。不過，都是中國人，老師應(yīng)該在外語學習上松松手的，哈哈。還有，這里的固搭也考得特別多，說白了，固搭也就是語法中的一個部分。例：the more … the..，我在06年兩套試題中碰見兩次，雖然不是同一題型。由此看來，固搭大家要多多下功夫了。

急急地寫了一些，也不知道符不符合大家的口味，希望不會被我繞暈了，那我罪過就大了。真心希望能對大家備考有些幫助，哪怕是有點，我就心滿意足了，不枉費我一番苦心了。雖不敢說字字是血，但也句句是真，句句含情。希望大家能百忙之中花點時間瀏覽一遍。因為很多都是我個人的想法，所以并不是都適合大家，最好的是大家能我這些磚頭里面找到自己的玉，這也才是真正的王道。英語也沒什么，慢工細活，多費些時間就會有成效。說得這么好聽，其實自己也是比較懶的人，不太肯花時間，呵呵。

巧背四級詞匯

單詞記憶方法非常多，我們要早點找到適合自己的好方法。我們不要一次記單詞時間太長，多重復(fù)記憶，用零碎時間來記，在不同環(huán)境下記7次可以達到比較好的記憶效果。

比如我們可以把四級單詞制成vocabulary card，單詞卡上一面寫單詞，反面寫對應(yīng)的中文意思，有空閑的時間就拿出來看一看，比如坐公車的時候，下課的課間，晚上睡前，每次5到10分鐘時間就足夠了，當你把背單詞的時間拆開以后，就不會覺得背單詞是難以完成和堅持的任務(wù)了；

多把單詞跟自己的實際生活相聯(lián)系，用生活的場景來記憶單詞，如商品包裝上的單詞，街上店鋪名字的單詞如China Construction Bank建設(shè)銀行，生活中的縮寫如WTO（World Trade Organization）CIA（Central Intelligence Agency）都含有很多單詞。

還可以大聲朗讀含有四級?？紗卧~的四級真題句子，這樣即有助于背單詞，也可以幫助培養(yǎng)真題語感。

就是經(jīng)常保持語感，建議你多聽英文材料，建議聽LISTEN TO THIS這是一般大學英語專業(yè)的教材，里面有很多情景對話，口音也十分豐富，建議每天泛聽(不用每句都聽懂)。

提高寫作速度，多動筆練習是最好的方法。通過多動筆，可以提高布局謀篇的能力，還可以熟練運用一些典型表達方法。此外，考生也可多背誦一些經(jīng)典作文重點語句，比如《新東方四級寫作必背佳句》，并在寫作練習中有意識地運用，達到熟能生巧。

寫四級作文最重要的是不要有語法錯誤，如果語法不太好，建議先看看語法書。

聽力

你必須每天要聽，可以選取真題里的短文進行聽寫，然后結(jié)合適當?shù)姆郝?。聽力有三種題型，dialogue(十個對話)，passage(三個短文)，compound

dictation(復(fù)合式聽寫，也就是傳說中的段子題)，第一種每年必考，后兩種逐年交替，其中考passage的次數(shù)相對較多。

最容易得分的是dialogue和passage，只要記住一個超級技巧即可：對話所述事情總是向不好的方面發(fā)展。舉幾個例子：比如對話里問教授的講座lecture難不難，記住一定難，老師的作業(yè)assignment多不多，一定多，男士發(fā)出的邀請，女士會答應(yīng)嗎，永遠不會，永遠是一個傻哥們發(fā)出邀請，邀請的對象是Mary，問我們游泳好嗎，滑冰好嗎，跳舞好嗎，吃飯好嗎，Mary的回答永遠是，我非常的想去，but不去，四級考了十幾年了，Mary從來沒有去過，今年照樣不會。所以大家記住，只要是對話，必然會發(fā)生意外的事情，再舉個例子，兩個選項，A火車準時，B火車晚點如果你是出題老師，你怎么設(shè)置對話，當然是晚點了，準時有什么好說的，總不能兩個神經(jīng)病，或者是兩人剛談戀愛，來到車站，沒話找話，男的說，哇，火車準時了，女的說，咿！還真準時了耶！所以準時是不可能的，不好的事情一般都是最后的答案！對于compound dictation，上學期偶運氣好沒有考這個，但是偶覺得這種題確實比較難，只能豎直耳朵專心聽了，即使聽不懂，也要根據(jù)上下文瞎猜一個，空著肯定沒分，瞎猜說不定老師看錯了還會給你一分！

●考試前一周每天復(fù)習的詞匯少一點，對重點詞匯強化掌握；

考試中的心理偏差有兩種，一是過于放松，難以集中注意力，總是想起別的東西，無法抓住聽力內(nèi)容的關(guān)鍵詞；二是過于緊張，心跳加快，手心出汗，有頭暈的感覺。出現(xiàn)前一種情況的同學要加強訓練，找一個與考試環(huán)境相似的教室，模仿真實的考試場景，逐漸進入狀態(tài)；出現(xiàn)后一種情況的同學可能是對自己的能力估計不足，心中無數(shù)，有一種懼怕心理。這就要從自身做起，平時加強聽力訓練，做到有的放矢，彌補弱項。從而充滿自信，保持心理穩(wěn)定。在考前，把指令背熟，然后在放指令的錄音時，閱讀選擇項，并進行有關(guān)的預(yù)測，這時，緊張的心理自然消除了。另外，要做到順其自然，我們的意思是不要怕漏聽一些非關(guān)鍵部分，像介詞、連詞、冠詞等，總之不要去想一個沒聽到或一個不熟悉的單詞，否則，會漏聽更多內(nèi)容。關(guān)于心理準備。在開首，我們提出同學們在練習聽力以及正式的考試中都必須遵循的一條，就是放松心情，但要使聽覺系統(tǒng)緊張起來。只有放松心情，才能正常(甚至超水平)發(fā)揮聽力。
