參加工作后的我，肩負著家長的信任、擔(dān)負著媽媽的希冀，于是，我用汗水澆灌祖國的花朵，用愛心浸潤孩子的心田，用踏實的工作增長孩子們的能力，終于，小樹成材了，花朵盛開了，而我也在教育一線工作多年了，成為教育戰(zhàn)線上的老兵。雖然，別人說當(dāng)老師付出了太多的辛苦，而我卻感覺收獲了更多：社會給予我關(guān)懷，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)給予我認可、家長給予我信任、孩子給予我童心...我就是我，安于清貧、陽光生活的我；我就是我，投身教育、永不言悔的我；我就是我，世界上獨一無二的我！

我選擇·我幸福

尊敬的各位老師各位評委你們好！在這充滿朝氣的五月前夕，在這美麗迷人的柳岸水鄉(xiāng)，謝謝大家分享我的校園瑣事。我很平凡，沒有優(yōu)美的文采，沒有魅力的演講藝術(shù)，但我的宗旨是學(xué)習(xí)。我是XX中學(xué)的XXX，我演講的題目是《我選擇·我幸?！?/p>

彈指一揮間，五年的歲月就在紛飛的“雪花”中飄逝，就在埋頭批改作業(yè)的筆尖中流走，但我還清楚的記得高考志愿單上填寫的全是師范類院校，那時我的母親說當(dāng)教師坐辦公室是個舒服的工作，不被風(fēng)吹日曬雨淋，又不出一分的力氣。你看過年的時候還要拜天地君親師呢！于是我一直幻想著舒服的坐在辦公室里，每天動動嘴皮就結(jié)束了。后來我終于走上了教師這個神圣的崗位，它不是我想象的那樣不花一點力氣就可以做好的。

這幾年，我時時審視自己當(dāng)初的選擇，我無怨無悔。今天的我，當(dāng)個老師，是一種責(zé)任，一種使命，一種幸福了。

2007年我第一次站到了講臺上，還記得在進教室的前一天晚上，我輾轉(zhuǎn)反側(cè)，該怎么對付學(xué)生呢？我想啊想啊，終于想到了好辦法——給他們一個下馬威。第二天我威嚴的站到講臺上瞪大雙眼、拉起馬臉、拍著桌子，“你們不聽我的話我就·····”。我以為自己很厲害，可還沒把我昨天排練了幾百遍的臺詞說完，有個學(xué)生大聲的說：“你以為想給我們下馬威我們就怕你了嗎？切！”我聽了火冒三丈，叫他站起來，他得意洋洋的說：“我就是不站”，他斜了我一眼甩手就出去了，我在后面大喊著：“你給我回來！”我愣愣的站在教室里，眼淚就要出來了，我想立刻離開這里?？墒墙?jīng)過多少個夜闌人靜，天籟無聲的時刻，卸下沉重的面具，拆去心園的柵欄，真實地審視教師這個職業(yè)，在生命的深處，終于傾聽到一絲悠然的脆鳴。這是一首真誠的詩。像甘霖，像春風(fēng)，柔慢而雋永。慢慢的我明白了師生是一首優(yōu)美的和弦樂，是藍天和白云，是土壤和花朵~~~~后來那個調(diào)皮的男孩畢業(yè)了，沒有想到他見到我喊得那么勤快，還打電話問候我，一時間我真是百感交集，真的覺得好對不起他。于是我想每個孩子也許是我們生命里匆匆的過客，但是我們卻是他們生命里揮之不去的痕跡，我不能做那些“殘酷”的事情傷害他們，我覺得當(dāng)老師變得幸福了，沒有后悔當(dāng)初的選擇。

今年我上初三，還有一個多月學(xué)生就要中考了。面臨中考我比學(xué)生還要緊張，晚上躺在床上就在思考著怎么樣讓學(xué)生的成績提上來，我常給同學(xué)們開玩笑，皇帝不急太監(jiān)急。大部分同學(xué)還是非常的理解我，有時他們讓我下午來早點背書給我聽，有一次我匆匆的吃了一碗粉就來到教室里面，老遠就聽到李祥奎問：“老師來了沒有？”我笑著大聲說到：“來了，吃了碗粉就來了，不像你們那么懶。”有個學(xué)生不屑一顧的說：“你都得吃了的嘛，我還沒有吃呢”！這個時候朱

旺生氣質(zhì)問那個同學(xué)：“有營養(yǎng)沒有嘛？”很多同學(xué)都說“就是嘛”。那個時候我很欣慰，孩子們很調(diào)皮也很懂事，我喜歡他們，幸福的感覺溢滿心頭。我想我要為他們最后的沖刺做努力，用我們長堰中學(xué)老師的話來說就是“不求名利，但求不怕鬼敲門！”

我們老師一天不僅要為學(xué)生的成績操心，尤其我當(dāng)班主任每天查看出勤,追繳作業(yè),調(diào)節(jié)糾紛,明察暗訪，甚至“破案”……班主任可謂“兩眼一睜,忙到熄燈”.我們私下里編了個順口溜：一年當(dāng)媽，兩年當(dāng)奶，三年升天。你看你看周老師年紀(jì)輕輕白頭發(fā)都出來了，常常引得大家開懷大笑。當(dāng)老師苦啊，但是人生的滋味沒有了苦哪里來的甜呢？所以我們老師依然樂此不疲！只因為我們是老師！

因為我們是老師，我們生產(chǎn)著世界上獨一無二的產(chǎn)品，每一個靈魂的雕塑絕不是完全的復(fù)制，每當(dāng)上課，千百雙眼睛盯著我們的舉手投足，像是接受著世界上最嚴格的檢閱，教學(xué)上的玉中微瑕，都會使我們茶飯無思，徹夜無眠。

因為我們是老師，不求報恩，不事索取，卻偏偏贏得人們的信任和愛戴，我們從不敢涉足那旅游勝地的四星級賓館，更對那揮金如土“流星茶苑”望而卻步?？勺哌M書店面對教科資料時，不惜千金散盡、毫無怨悔。

因為我們是老師，我們愿把一滴一滴的血流入祖國的血脈，一釬一釬開鑿新一代閉鎖的礦床。我們，只知道開采那煤海的烏金給人以溫暖，只知道默默無聞地建造一座又一座知識金字塔。

最后我以人民教師的身份莊嚴宣誓，為全體學(xué)生美好未來，我愿奉獻全部智慧和力量！
