      一、領(lǐng)導重視統(tǒng)一安排

      為了使畢業(yè)生在走出校門之前有一技之長,掌握一門實用技術(shù),學校領(lǐng)導非常重視,由校長主抓培訓工作,要求做到,有教材、有教室、有評估、有總結(jié)、有教師、有教案。

      二、保證授課時數(shù)

      學校安排初中畢業(yè)生參加培訓。

      為了保證授課時間,實行培訓點名制上課。

      三、保證質(zhì)量

      1、要求每個學生要做好學習筆記,按時交作業(yè)。

      2、對參加培訓的學員進行了考查。

      通過評估,參加培訓的畢業(yè)生成績?nèi)亢细瘛?/p>

      對于應屆畢業(yè)生的培訓我們已認識到了他的重要意義,要為學生的生存著想,為學生的今后發(fā)展著想。所以,今后我們要向培訓工作搞的好的學校虛心學習,力爭下年取得更優(yōu)異的成績。
