一、實習時間

2010年12月1日—2011年5月1日

二、實習單位：

北京朝批匯隆商貿(mào)有限公司，是北京朝批商貿(mào)有限公司的子公司，公司以批發(fā)、代理為主業(yè)，以物流為支撐，從事獨家代理、合作分銷、服務終端、商品分裝、倉儲配送、第三方物流等業(yè)務，是一家能夠提供綜合代理、優(yōu)質(zhì)服務的新型現(xiàn)代化商貿(mào)企業(yè)。

公司與北京工業(yè)大學計算機學院合作，結(jié)合行業(yè)特性及業(yè)務運營需求，研制開發(fā)了ERP電子商務管理系統(tǒng)。對公司業(yè)務流程進行優(yōu)化再造，使企業(yè)中商流、物流、資金流和信息流和諧高效地運轉(zhuǎn)。

三、實習內(nèi)容：

實習是每一個學生必須擁有的一段經(jīng)歷，它使我們在實踐中了解社會，讓我們學到了很多在課堂上根本就學不到的知識,也打開了視野，增長了見識，為我們以后在社會中的發(fā)展打下堅實的基礎(chǔ)。

2011年1月4日至2011年5月1日，我在朝批匯隆商貿(mào)有限公司進行了實習。這段時間，我在三個崗位進行了學習，第一是學習開票，第二是出納，第三是在兌付室的實習。

（一）開票流程

去公司之后，我學習的首先是開票，公司運用的是自己的管理系統(tǒng)，開票用的自然是其中之一—采購銷售系統(tǒng)。開票的流程是：訂單的錄入，審批，從訂貨單開出庫票，數(shù)據(jù)的收發(fā)，出庫票的打印。具體流程如下：

1.首先在接到客戶的電話，記下客戶所要訂的商品，這雖然看似簡單，但是這個環(huán)節(jié)很重要，如果訂單明細記錯了，之后的開票等一系列程序就都會是錯的，甚至會對物流，商品配送造成影響。一些白酒，訂貨人有的時候跟本不會說要的是高度酒還是低度酒，所以打電話的時候需要問對方，一些紅酒的名字有幾乎相同的名字，例如：“伊莎貝拉高級冰紅葡萄酒”，還有“伊莎貝拉高級冰白葡萄酒”，如果訂貨人說要的是伊莎貝拉，那就要問對方是冰紅的還是冰白的。像這種情況會經(jīng)常存在，這就對于接電話的人對于商品的熟悉程度要求較高了。還有一些沒有存貨的商品，需要在客戶訂貨的時候查客戶所需要的商品的庫存。

2.第二步就是訂單的錄入，包括客戶名稱，訂貨人，訂單號，備注，錄入人，商品編碼，批發(fā)單價，數(shù)量等。

客戶名稱，是一些老客戶在公司的系統(tǒng)里有自己的編碼，這就需要開票人熟練記住商品編碼，例如：順峰亞運村店的編碼為8683，順峰總店的編碼為8418，海天一色編碼為8591等，如果是個人購買商品，那開票的時候就開成編碼為“842300600”，即代表“個人”。

訂貨人如果沒有，則可以跳過空出。

訂單號是系統(tǒng)自動編制的，因此也可直接跳過。

備注，通常寫客戶的特殊要求，例如“下午四點前送貨”，“送貨聯(lián)系業(yè)務”等。

錄入人，系統(tǒng)默認顯示按照密碼進入系統(tǒng)的人員。

商品編碼，也是系統(tǒng)自帶的，例如：長城華夏T區(qū)三年干紅葡萄酒為84820005，長城華夏T區(qū)五年為84820006，商品編碼和客戶編碼一樣，也需要開票人熟練記住。輸入之后，該商品的批發(fā)單價會自動顯示，然后輸入該商品的數(shù)量。

然后保存成單據(jù)號。

3.第三步就是銷售訂貨單的審批，就是對第二步錄入的單據(jù)的核實。主要核實客戶，商品，單價，數(shù)量。然后單條確認，保存。

4.第四步，從訂貨單開出庫票，過濾沒有庫存的商品，核對價格，生成單據(jù)號，然后保存確認。

5.第五步就是數(shù)據(jù)的收發(fā)，數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)送，然后票務室接受數(shù)據(jù)，只后進行打印退庫單和全部單據(jù)，然后是蓋章，用大頭針把單子別好，最后是把一些特殊需要打印隨附單據(jù)的客戶而且訂單中有白酒和紅酒的挑出來，打印隨附單。

一張完整的訂單就開好了。之后就是進行備份。

（二）熟悉了開票流程，能獨立操作之后，我又進行了出納工作的學習。

1.首先是收支票和現(xiàn)金。這一步是上面開訂單的延續(xù)，即客戶收貨后的結(jié)賬。有的客戶是用支票結(jié)賬，有的是用現(xiàn)金。看似簡單，收現(xiàn)金一定要注意收到的錢的真假和數(shù)量，我都是用手數(shù)一遍，點鈔機數(shù)一遍，以防止有假幣或者是數(shù)錯錢。然后填寫現(xiàn)金送款簿，包括蓋抬頭章、銀行帳號、金額、。第二種結(jié)賬方式是支票，首先要注意支票的日期，看其是否過期或者是否是持期支票。然后填寫進賬單，日期，抬頭，銀行帳號，支票號，金額大小寫。這個過程也看似簡單，但是一旦有錯誤，就會被銀行退票。之后是支票的背書，蓋抬頭章，財務章，人名章。支票中對于蓋章的要求也很高，如果蓋的不清楚，就需要貼粘單，從新蓋，然后蓋接縫章。然后就是去銀行將當天的錢和支票入賬，第二天還要和總經(jīng)理報數(shù)。包括銀行賬上余額，可用資金等。

2.用友軟件的使用

我還負責處理一些簡單的帳務。所有的報銷單據(jù)和附件必須齊全，還要有總經(jīng)理簽字，我才能報銷。之后這些報銷單和附件就是我要做入賬中的，特殊情況是罰款不走帳。例如進貨入庫存，則分錄如下：

借：庫存商品-批零商品-17%庫存商品

待抵扣進項稅-分稅17%

貸：應付帳款-對外應付-商品采購-進貨

公司對于明細科目設(shè)置的非常細，能使我們減少錯誤的發(fā)生，同時對于每筆錢的來源去向都非常清楚。

3工資臺帳的制作

利用公式：工資=基礎(chǔ)工資+崗位工資+績效工資+加班費+餐費計算。

打印每位員工的工資臺帳，發(fā)給本人進行核對簽字。

（三）之后我又被調(diào)到兌付室進行實習。兌付室是對結(jié)算員拿回來的廠家的瓶蓋進行兌付，即報銷開瓶費。

1.首先學習的是開具開瓶費報銷單明細單，其中瓶蓋分為三類：廠家回收，貨補，自付。在開據(jù)開瓶費報銷明細單時都要分類。對于結(jié)算員送來的瓶蓋首先要過數(shù)，然后開具明開瓶費報銷明細單，主要包括客戶名，日期，品名，數(shù)量，單價，小計，核實人幾項內(nèi)容。

2.之后是在電腦中錄入當天開的所有報銷明細單，廠家退廠，和銷毀時也要輸入數(shù)據(jù)，這時輸入的數(shù)據(jù)必須是負數(shù)，這樣在求和數(shù)量的時候才能反映更清晰

準確的數(shù)據(jù)。然后就是月中和月底做表，月中和月底都要銷毀一次瓶蓋，因此要做兩次瓶蓋銷毀明細，同時要做開瓶費報銷申請表，這是兩張表都需要交給總經(jīng)理簽字。

3.最后是每月月底要做一張月末報表，包括：品牌，支付金額，應回收金額，回款金額，欠款，差額，摘要幾部分，這張月末報表也是要交給總經(jīng)理的，這張表直接反映本月各大產(chǎn)品的銷量，領(lǐng)導一目了然。

所以這個崗位的實習對于Excel的要求很高，在校期間我考取了計算機一級證書，這對于我現(xiàn)在的工作很有幫助，在做表格的時候利用的Excel的各項功能菜單等會被頻繁利用，例如一些常用函數(shù)、分類匯總等功能。

四、認識

（一）這些日子的實習給我的感觸太深了，仿佛一下子長大成人了，懂得了更多的做人與做事的道理，真正懂得學習的意義，時間的寶貴，和人生的真諦。讓我更清楚地感到了自己肩上的重任，看到了自己的位置，看清了自己的人生方向。這次的實習經(jīng)歷讓我受益匪淺。

1.首先我在開票工作中還需要多加練習，在實踐中不斷完善自己，提升自己。在接到客戶電話的時候，這個看似簡單，但是又很多外地人又口音，有時候很難聽清楚對方說的店名，還要他們說的“四箱”和“十箱”聽起來差不多，所以需要仔細聽，認真記下對方需要的產(chǎn)品，熟悉店名。在客戶編碼和商品編碼的熟悉上，需要牢記，而且必須準確。我對于一些商品編碼記得還不夠牢固，還要在多接電話，多開票中逐漸熟悉，熟能生巧。

開票時必須準確，包括單價，金額，數(shù)量，一旦開錯了，就會對物流配送等一系列環(huán)節(jié)造成不必要的麻煩。所以需要我們更加認真地對待每一個工作環(huán)節(jié)。我相信在開票的實習中，我也會變得更加踏實，認真，現(xiàn)在每周都會有一天晚班，就是一直到晚上十點等著一些客戶訂貨，而且晚上的訂單量很大，因此只有勤奮的學習和多開票，才能熟能生巧，才能游刃有余。

2.在出納工作實習中，我知道作為一名會計人員，嚴謹認真的工作態(tài)度是多么重要

這次實訓，真真切切的讓我了解了什么是會計工作，讓我對于會計最初的觀點也有了本質(zhì)性的改變！會計不僅僅是一份職業(yè)，更是一份責任。它提高了我們的實際應用水平.在會計實習過程中,從在用友軟件上做分錄，填制憑在實訓中我們學習到了很多東西，例如，對于一些公司經(jīng)常發(fā)生的業(yè)務，需要記得科目賬戶，以及明細更加熟悉了，還有支票的開具，在填寫過程中最重要的就是“仔細”，大小寫、日期、用途、收款人、金額、密碼都不能寫錯，否則就會被退票，為結(jié)算員帶來不必要的麻煩。

3.在兌付室的工作讓我知道工作中，讓我知道細心的重要性。

如果在開具開瓶費報銷明細單這個環(huán)節(jié)出現(xiàn)問題，那么會使企業(yè)遭受不必要的損失，因此每天開的單據(jù)要細致，保證不出問題，然后再錄入電腦時也同樣需要細心，同時是對已經(jīng)開出的單據(jù)的又一次審核，一旦出錯之后，就會影響月中月底報表的準確性，所以要細心的對待每一個工作環(huán)節(jié)，保證每一個環(huán)節(jié)都不出錯。

（二）其次是我在其他方面的收獲

1作為一個剛剛步入社會的新人，平和的心態(tài)很重要，做事不要太過急功近利，有吃苦的決心，平和的心態(tài)和不恥下問的精神。要對自己有一個明確的定位，不要好高騖遠，做好自己的本職工作就好了。

2工作中要多看，多觀察，多聽，多思考，少說話，不要說與工作無關(guān)的內(nèi)容，多學習別人的語言和辦事方法。

3工作時還有較強的責任心，要善于經(jīng)常做工作總結(jié)。每天堅持寫工作日記，每周做一次工作總結(jié)。主要是記錄，計劃，和總結(jié)錯誤。工作中堅決不犯同樣的錯誤，對于工作要未雨綢繆，努力做到更好。在兌付室里，我每天都會拿一個本記錄每天的錄入數(shù)量和金額的變化，還有一些特殊的需要提醒自己的事情。我想，做一個有心人對工作是沒有壞處的。

4善于把握機會。如果上級把一件超出自己能力范圍或工作范圍的事情交給自己做，一定不要抱怨，而是要努力完成，因為這也許是上級對自己的能力考驗或是一次展示自己工作能力的機會。我們公司實習生共九個人，但是現(xiàn)在只有我和另外一個女孩有了自己的職位，別人都還沒有定崗，我想這是領(lǐng)導給我的一次機會，因此我更要努力工作，盡職盡責，好好表現(xiàn)。

5要堅持學習。要有自己未來的計劃和目標，不管是為人處事還是工作中，我們都是剛邁入社會的新人，因此都要向一些老員工學習，踏踏實實的走自己的路，我認為有自己的目標就好了。

實習期間，我學到了很多東西，不管是在業(yè)務處理方面還是為人處事方面，都讓我受益匪淺，我也會在業(yè)余時間繼續(xù)學習，每個階段都給自己定下自己的目標，實際的，踏踏實實的一步一步的奮斗下去。

最后感謝老師在大學階段的栽培，讓我在學習能力和為人處事方面變得更加成熟，對我現(xiàn)在的工作也很有幫助。同時感謝朝批匯隆給我這次實習機會，我也會繼續(xù)努力工作，為匯隆貢獻自己的力量，創(chuàng)造效益，同時實現(xiàn)自己的人生價值!
