一．行文前

在寫MBA面試英文前對(duì)自己進(jìn)行三輪自我拷問(wèn)：

1．準(zhǔn)備好紙和筆，第一次拷問(wèn)自己：

我有哪些優(yōu)點(diǎn)和優(yōu)勢(shì)？

我有哪些背景和經(jīng)歷？

可以發(fā)動(dòng)朋友同事家人一起來(lái)想，所有可能想到的，一一寫在紙上。

2．總結(jié)完畢，再度拷問(wèn)自己：

在這些優(yōu)點(diǎn)和優(yōu)勢(shì)中，我最大的優(yōu)勢(shì)是什么？

在這些背景和經(jīng)歷中，我最與眾不同的地方是什么？

3．結(jié)合上述兩輪的答案，第三次拷問(wèn)自己：

我對(duì)（目標(biāo)院校）北大光華管理學(xué)院有什么利用價(jià)值？

把這個(gè)問(wèn)題的答案想明白后再開始行文。

二．行文中

行文中始終牢牢記住一個(gè)原則：時(shí)刻考慮面試官的需要。--------我為什么要錄取你，而不是其他的人??？

自我介紹行文中，只有一條主線：我有一個(gè)理想，我缺乏一個(gè)平臺(tái)。我用過(guò)去的經(jīng)歷和能力證明我有資格擠身于光華這個(gè)平臺(tái)，實(shí)現(xiàn)自己的理想。這條主線一定是非常清晰和可行的，中間缺的只是“給我一個(gè)平臺(tái)”這個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)。自我介紹的唯一任務(wù)就是要告訴面試官：你今天為什么一定要接收我！我們不是張君，你不接收我，老子一槍崩了你。我們要做的是打動(dòng)面試官。達(dá)到一個(gè)“你不接收我，你會(huì)后悔，會(huì)是你（北大）的遺憾，你看著辦吧”的效果。寫自我介紹的過(guò)程中，權(quán)衡行文主線中的兩個(gè)方面：目標(biāo)院校（北大）要錄取我，是我需要得到來(lái)目標(biāo)院校（北大）來(lái)深造？還是我也值得他們（北大）選擇我？

行文中幾個(gè)關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)：

1． 自信是整個(gè)自我介紹的基調(diào)。-----自己如果對(duì)自己沒(méi)信心，很難想象如何讓別人對(duì)自己有信心。但自信不是狂妄。把握好度！

2．一定要用英文思維，第一次就用英文寫作！-----人有一種天生的惰性和犯賤。要讀MBA一定能夠認(rèn)識(shí)到這一點(diǎn)。關(guān)鍵是怎么克服。很多學(xué)員希望別人為自己寫好介紹，自己背背就行，這樣惰性不可能不在面試過(guò)程表現(xiàn)出來(lái)。所有人也都知道惰性的流露無(wú)疑會(huì)讓自己走向面試的死胡同，但是還是要讓惰性控制自己。這就是犯賤。

3． 行文中不要浪費(fèi)一個(gè)字！------現(xiàn)代社會(huì)，每個(gè)人都很忙，不要讓你的垃圾信息浪費(fèi)我們的時(shí)間。再怎么漂亮恢弘的用詞，只要能刪，一定要毫不猶豫。

4． 不要試圖說(shuō)一個(gè)字的不真實(shí)之言！-----在面試官面前，你就是幼兒園的小孩，你有幾斤幾兩，自己掂量一下。任何不實(shí)之言，他們都能一眼看出。

5． 不要有一絲的猶豫不絕與模棱兩可。-----這點(diǎn)對(duì)于一個(gè)管理者來(lái)說(shuō)是個(gè)基本的素質(zhì)，不必多說(shuō)。

6． 展示個(gè)性！-----這是個(gè)個(gè)性化年代。不要跟我說(shuō)你讀了 6年中學(xué)4年大學(xué)，畢業(yè)3年升為科長(zhǎng)，5年做了處長(zhǎng)。誰(shuí)都可以做到。

三．行文后：

1.至少做三次以上修改----好的文章永遠(yuǎn)都是改出來(lái)的！三次是最低底線！

2.自我介紹要反復(fù)模擬練習(xí)，并找不同背景的人提出修改意見，在陳述時(shí)，不能讓人感覺在背稿紙，而應(yīng)該是與朋友交流，語(yǔ)氣中肯又不失激情。
