施工單位對主體結(jié)構(gòu)工程的施工總結(jié)

一、工程概況

洪崖洞工程位于嘉濱橋旁，滄白路下，建筑面積49955㎡，10+1層/地下一層，框架結(jié)構(gòu)，總長200米，建筑總高55.4米，由于地形特點，整個建筑成臺階狀布置?！?.000相當(dāng)于海拔絕對高程186.700米。

本工程位于重慶市核心商圈解放碑滄白路，長江、嘉陵江兩江交匯地帶，由于其得天獨厚的地理條件，仿明清建筑風(fēng)格，故被列為本亞太市長峰會獻(xiàn)禮工程。

二、施工過程質(zhì)量控制情況：

（一）執(zhí)行國家強(qiáng)標(biāo)，貫徹質(zhì)量管理體系情況匯報：

推行國家14項新驗收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以來，在本項目的施工過程中，工作均圍繞著新規(guī)范、強(qiáng)制性條文實施項目的技術(shù)、質(zhì)量管理，并且嚴(yán)格按照法定工作程序展開工作。洪崖洞項目部根據(jù)設(shè)計要求及具體情況，基礎(chǔ)施工執(zhí)行國家規(guī)范情況如下：GB50300-2001、GB50204-2002、GB50202-2002、JGJ94-94、JGJ18-2003等。

項目部編制的方案有：《施工組織設(shè)計》、《基礎(chǔ)施工方案》、《安全文明施工方案》、《臨時施工用電方案》、《主體施工方案》、《砌體施工方案》、《外防護(hù)架施工方案》、《沉降觀測施工方案》等。由以上情況可知：本工程施工組織設(shè)計、方案編制較齊全，指導(dǎo)、針對性較強(qiáng)；同時，項目部對施工班組進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的技術(shù)交底，使方案的各項措施均能貫徹實施于施工過程中。

我司是通過ISO-9000族2000版標(biāo)準(zhǔn)質(zhì)量認(rèn)證體系認(rèn)證企業(yè)，同時于2004年12月通過了環(huán)境管理、職業(yè)健康安全管理體系正式認(rèn)證。項目部的管理活動既滿足了國家規(guī)范、行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)程序的要求，也符合國家2000版質(zhì)量管理體系標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定。但在質(zhì)量體系的運行中，項目部仍然存在一些不足之處，仍然需要加大持續(xù)改進(jìn)的力度，因此，項目部決心以后的施工中狠抓關(guān)鍵工序、特殊過程的控制，嚴(yán)格實施工序管理中的“三檢制”，進(jìn)一步完善質(zhì)量體系的運行，提高工程質(zhì)量。在環(huán)境管理及職業(yè)健康、安全管理體系的運行方面積極推行公司的程序化管理文件所要求的工作和管理活動，切實實現(xiàn)本公司、本項目對本工程的業(yè)主、顧客在職業(yè)健康、安全管理體系、環(huán)境管理方面的承諾。

（二）主要原材料抽檢情況、主要工序施工情況及報驗情況：

1、鋼筋全部采用重鋼、達(dá)鋼、水鋼、威鋼、邯鋼等大鋼廠的產(chǎn)品，進(jìn) 場鋼材均按規(guī)范要求見證抽檢；各結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件的鋼筋規(guī)格、數(shù)量、位置、保護(hù)層、搭接、錨固長度、加密區(qū)、焊接質(zhì)量等均符合設(shè)計及規(guī)范要求；柱、墻鋼筋保護(hù)層墊塊均采用硬質(zhì)塑料環(huán)形卡，板及梁鋼筋保護(hù)層采用花崗石，有效地保證了施工質(zhì)量?，F(xiàn)澆樓板采用了板凳鐵，間隔1m成梅花型布置，有效地控制了樓板的厚度，保證了樓板設(shè)計厚度。

2、為保證施工質(zhì)量，本工程全部采用新鋼模及高強(qiáng)腹膜板，組合鋼模施工工藝合理，支撐牢固，尺寸準(zhǔn)確，口、角、線順直。

3、混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)砼采用三建混凝土攪拌站生產(chǎn)的商品砼，砌體構(gòu)造柱、抗震帶、過梁混凝土采用現(xiàn)場拌制，現(xiàn)場派專人對每盤進(jìn)行計量，混凝土的澆灌、振搗、養(yǎng)護(hù)施工質(zhì)量控制較好；砼試件均按規(guī)范規(guī)定要求見證取樣標(biāo)養(yǎng)和同條件養(yǎng)護(hù)，到期試件見證送檢，砼試件檢測報告強(qiáng)度按GBJ107-87質(zhì)量評定為合格，達(dá)到設(shè)計要求。

4、本工程所有原材料的進(jìn)場和復(fù)檢是嚴(yán)格按相關(guān)規(guī)定和監(jiān)理要求進(jìn)行報驗和見證取樣，回來的檢測報告報驗給監(jiān)理審核簽字后并及時整理歸檔。

（三）相關(guān)的強(qiáng)制性標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（條文）執(zhí)行情況：

1、混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)工程主體12條，12條均符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

2、砌體結(jié)構(gòu)工程共12條，12條均符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

本工程所有的施工工序均按規(guī)范進(jìn)行，嚴(yán)格實行三檢制，上不清，下不接，在自檢合格后填報驗單，與監(jiān)理，業(yè)主一道進(jìn)行工序驗收，驗收合格后方可進(jìn)入下一道工序施工，整個施工過程質(zhì)量控制符合監(jiān)理規(guī)劃程序及相關(guān)規(guī)定的要求。

四、施工質(zhì)量驗收自評情況

（一）本工程的質(zhì)量保證書及檢測報告全部合格，技術(shù)檔案資料完整、真實、正確與工程進(jìn)度同步，簽字手續(xù)齊全；字跡清楚，整理有序。

（二）分部分項工程質(zhì)量評定情況：

主體分部工程質(zhì)量評定情況：共5個分項工程，共279個檢驗批，全部驗收合格。

（三）、主要分項工程質(zhì)量抽查情況：

1、模板分項工程：

模板安裝工程檢驗批中的隔離劑涂刷、模板接縫、起拱等主控項目全部合格，一般項目滿足規(guī)范要求，其中軸線位置檢查50個點，最大偏差值為3㎜，柱、墻、梁截面內(nèi)部尺寸檢查50個點，最大偏差值為±3㎜，底模上表面標(biāo)高檢查50個點，最大偏差值為+4，-3㎜。

模板拆除工程檢驗批中的砼強(qiáng)度、拆除順序主控項目全部合格，一般項目中的拆除后砼表面及棱角，模板的堆放均滿足規(guī)范要求。

2、鋼筋分項工程： 鋼筋加工工程檢驗批中的原材及復(fù)檢試驗等主控項目全部合格，一般項目滿足規(guī)范要求。

鋼筋連接工程檢驗批中的焊接力學(xué)試驗、接頭等全部合格，一般項目均滿足規(guī)范要求。

3、混凝土分項工程：

砼原材及配合比設(shè)計檢驗批，本工程主體砼使用的是三建攪拌站生產(chǎn)的商品砼，經(jīng)過實地檢查全部合格，滿足規(guī)范要求。

砼施工檢驗批中的砼試件留設(shè)、計量、運輸、澆筑及間歇全部時間等主控項目全部合格，一般項目均滿足規(guī)范要求。

砼外觀工程檢驗批主控項目全部合格，一般項目均滿足規(guī)范要求，其中軸線位置檢查50個點，最大偏差5㎜，標(biāo)高檢查50個點，最大偏差5㎜，截面尺寸檢查50個點，最大偏差±5。

4、砌體分項工程：

其填充墻砌體工程中的磚及砂漿的強(qiáng)度等主控項目全部合格，一般項目滿足規(guī)范要求，其中軸線位置檢查50個點，最大偏差8㎜，垂直度檢查50個點，最大偏差3㎜，平直度檢查50個點，最大偏差5㎜，灰縫厚度最大偏差5㎜，門窗洞口高度檢查50個點，最大偏差±4㎜。

五、安全文明施工情況：

1、安全施工情況：基本按JGJ59-99《建筑施工安全檢查標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》、JGJ46-88《施工現(xiàn)場臨時用電安全技術(shù)規(guī)范》以及施工項目編制的《安全文明施工方案》、《主體安全防護(hù)方案》組織施工，施工期間，未發(fā)生任何安全事故，實現(xiàn)了《施工組織設(shè)計》中明確的安全生產(chǎn)預(yù)控目標(biāo)。

2、文明施工情況：按《重慶市建筑工地文明施工標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》落實責(zé)任，定期檢查，制定并實施了獎懲制度，施工期間貫徹落實良好，施工場地及平面管理較好，按《重慶市建筑工地文明施工標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》中十八條規(guī)定，從開工以來始終處于受控狀態(tài)。

六、結(jié)構(gòu)工程質(zhì)量自評結(jié)論：

以上質(zhì)量評定經(jīng)公司質(zhì)檢處檢查復(fù)核，根據(jù)《建筑工程施工質(zhì)量驗收統(tǒng)一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》GB50300—2001，工程檔案技術(shù)資料與工程進(jìn)度同步，經(jīng)檢查施工現(xiàn)場實際工程情況，認(rèn)為本工程施工質(zhì)量能滿足規(guī)范及設(shè)計要求，本工程自評合格。

-----軍工科技人才

昨有劉鼎--軍工奠基人

劉鼎，四川南溪人，1920年考入浙江省立高等工業(yè)學(xué)校電機(jī)科學(xué)習(xí)，1924年赴德國勤工儉學(xué)，并在德國加入中國共產(chǎn)黨。1926年轉(zhuǎn)赴蘇聯(lián)莫斯科東方大學(xué)和空軍機(jī)械學(xué)校學(xué)習(xí)，并兼任教官。1929年奉調(diào)回國，在上海中共中央機(jī)關(guān)工作。

1933年在閩浙贛蘇區(qū)任軍區(qū)組織部長兼任紅軍第五分校政委，后應(yīng)方志敏要求，出任洋源兵工廠政委，在極其艱難困苦的條件下，組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)老工人制造35毫米小迫擊炮3門和迫擊炮彈，用以攻擊敵人碉堡。

1937年回延安，任抗日軍政大學(xué)特科大隊隊長，負(fù)責(zé)培訓(xùn)八路軍的通訊技術(shù)人才。1940年5月調(diào)晉東南任八路軍總部軍工部部長。他到軍工部后，經(jīng)過調(diào)查研究，把在國外學(xué)到的科學(xué)技術(shù)知識，與根據(jù)地的實際情況相結(jié)合，統(tǒng)一武器的規(guī)格和質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，提高生產(chǎn)水平。他親自設(shè)計步槍、擲彈筒、炮彈草圖，并組織技術(shù)人員和老工人反復(fù)進(jìn)行研制，在太行山上開創(chuàng)了八一式步馬槍、單響短槍、五零擲彈筒、炮彈、槍彈發(fā)射藥和烈性炸藥的批量生產(chǎn)，保證了部隊作戰(zhàn)的需要.抗戰(zhàn)勝利后，奉命帶領(lǐng)大批人員前往東北，途經(jīng)熱河受阻，即留在晉察冀解放區(qū)，任軍工局副局長。在晉察冀負(fù)責(zé)接收張家口、宣化地區(qū)重工業(yè)，并在宣化機(jī)器廠建立生產(chǎn)線，大批量生產(chǎn)82毫米迫擊炮彈，支援前線。張家口撤退后，又在河北靈邱縣上寨建立新的兵工生產(chǎn)基地，大批量生產(chǎn)槍彈、炮彈、手榴彈，并創(chuàng)制了炸藥包拋射機(jī)和迫擊炮長彈，用以攻擊敵人碉堡和城墻。

1950年10月，抗美援朝戰(zhàn)爭爆發(fā)，當(dāng)?shù)弥熬€急需反坦克武器時，劉鼎立即組織有關(guān)工廠研制生產(chǎn)了57毫米無座力炮和炮彈，90火箭筒和火箭彈，以及反坦克手榴彈和反坦克地雷等新型武器彈藥，送往朝鮮前線，有力地挫敗了美軍的攻勢，深受志愿軍指戰(zhàn)員的歡迎。在抗美援朝戰(zhàn)爭中，劉鼎領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的十萬兵工大軍建立了特殊功勛。

抗美援朝戰(zhàn)爭結(jié)束后，劉鼎隨同以徐向前總參謀長為首的中國兵工代表團(tuán)赴蘇談判援助我國兵工建設(shè)問題。歷時半年，幾經(jīng)周折，蘇聯(lián)政府終于同意交付第一批援助我國武器裝備的圖紙和工藝資料。回國后，他立即組織兵工總局制訂了兵工文件，上報中央軍委。1952年5月，中央軍委兵工委員會作出《關(guān)于兵工問題的決定》，確定了我國第一批18種制式武器型制(其中15種為仿蘇武器)以及配套的彈藥、光學(xué)儀器等;1953年大規(guī)模展開的我國國防兵工的制式化武器彈藥的試制生產(chǎn)、老廠的調(diào)整與改擴(kuò)建，以及新廠建設(shè)的籌備工作，基本上是在中央這一決定的基礎(chǔ)上建設(shè)發(fā)展的。中國人民兵工創(chuàng)業(yè)者之一的劉鼎構(gòu)思了新中國兵工建設(shè)的第一批“藍(lán)圖”。

在“文化大革命”中，劉鼎慘遭迫害，倍受磨難。他被林彪、“四人幫”誣陷為“大叛徒”、“大特務(wù)”，關(guān)押進(jìn)監(jiān)獄達(dá)7年之久，身心受到嚴(yán)重摧殘。但他雖身陷囹圄，并未磨滅革命意志;相反，他時時刻刻沒有忘記軍工建設(shè)與發(fā)展。他在無辜被關(guān)押期間，利用各種紙張，憑著驚人的記憶力，寫出10多萬字的技術(shù)總結(jié)與建議，其中大部分是有關(guān)兵工的新技術(shù)、新工藝、新材料、新刀具等。令人敬佩的是手稿中竟無一字一句涉及到個人的遭遇和是非榮辱，充分體現(xiàn)出他胸懷博大，對祖國、對人民忠貞不逾的高尚情操。

劉鼎投身中國革命60多年，他始終對人民兵工事業(yè)信心十足，忍辱負(fù)重，從無怨言。他一生虛心好學(xué)，摯著地鉆研技術(shù)知識，善于吸收世界各國新興的科學(xué)技術(shù)，結(jié)合我國工業(yè)發(fā)展的實際，加以推廣應(yīng)用。他對兵工的許多貢獻(xiàn)都是在最困難、最簡陋的條件下做出來的，體現(xiàn)了我國兵工“自力更生、艱苦奮斗”的優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)。劉鼎同志的一生，大部分時間從事兵工工作，為我國的人民兵工事業(yè)做出了卓越的貢獻(xiàn)。1986年，劉鼎因病去世時，《人民日報》曾如此評價：“劉鼎同志是我國軍工事業(yè)的創(chuàng)始者和主要奠基人，在軍事工業(yè)和機(jī)械工業(yè)界享有很高的威望。他的功績將永遠(yuǎn)載入我黨我軍的光榮史冊。”

今有宋文驄--民族的脊梁

宋文驄出生于昆明。蒼山洱海賦予了他智慧和靈氣，舊中國家鄉(xiāng)的貧瘠和落后也給他留下了深刻的印象。1954年8月20日，宋文驄跨進(jìn)哈軍工的大門，從此與飛機(jī)設(shè)計結(jié)下不解之緣。哈軍工的生活給他留下難忘的記憶：領(lǐng)導(dǎo)是身經(jīng)百戰(zhàn)的將校，老師是調(diào)自各大名校的最好的老師,再加上蘇聯(lián)專家。無與倫比的教學(xué)條件，造就了一代又紅又專的哈軍工人。1960年，宋文驄30歲時終于走上了飛機(jī)設(shè)計的崗位。

1984年，由中國成都飛機(jī)設(shè)計研究所設(shè)計、成都飛機(jī)工業(yè)公司研制的殲-7C殲擊機(jī)首飛成功?？傇O(shè)計師宋文驄由此從幕后走向臺前，而更大的輝煌等著他去開啟。80年代中后期，上級發(fā)文提出要研制一種適合中國空軍2000年以后作戰(zhàn)環(huán)境的殲擊機(jī)，并列為國家重大專項，代號為“十號工程”。當(dāng)年56歲的宋文驄，被國防科工委正式任命為殲-10飛機(jī)總設(shè)計師。

上世紀(jì)60年代初，宋文驄就和同志們一同首創(chuàng)了中國飛機(jī)設(shè)計第一個氣動布局專業(yè)組并擔(dān)任組長，開始了對飛機(jī)新式氣動布局的深入研究。先進(jìn)的氣動布局是自主發(fā)展先進(jìn)戰(zhàn)斗機(jī)的基礎(chǔ)。殲-10飛機(jī)研制初期，宋文驄就清醒地意識到，新機(jī)研制必須充分應(yīng)用當(dāng)前國際航空領(lǐng)域的先進(jìn)技術(shù)。他提出必須攻克一系列重大關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。他帶領(lǐng)氣動專業(yè)的設(shè)計人員投入模型生產(chǎn)、風(fēng)洞試驗、數(shù)據(jù)分析、布局改進(jìn)等繁重的設(shè)計試驗，轉(zhuǎn)戰(zhàn)南北，進(jìn)行了上萬次試驗，采集并處理上百萬個氣動數(shù)據(jù)。

但是，數(shù)字式綜合航空電子系統(tǒng)設(shè)計與綜合在我國是一項全新技術(shù)，數(shù)字式電傳飛控設(shè)計技術(shù)在我國航空領(lǐng)域更是空白。要實現(xiàn)研制突破，最關(guān)鍵的是缺乏掌握高技術(shù)的人才，我國的研制體制和部分專業(yè)設(shè)置也不健全。自力更生，填補空白。1985年，宋文驄主持組建起了我國第一個航空電子系統(tǒng)研究室。一邊組建，一邊學(xué)習(xí)，逐漸形成了航空電子系統(tǒng)組、航空電子系統(tǒng)動態(tài)模擬仿真組、機(jī)載OFP軟件開發(fā)組等多個核心專業(yè)組。新一代航電系統(tǒng)、飛控系統(tǒng)設(shè)計研制有了新的戰(zhàn)場，為殲-10飛機(jī)研制開辟了更廣闊的天地。

少年傷痛，心懷救國壯志；中年發(fā)奮，澎湃強(qiáng)國雄心。如今，他的血液已流進(jìn)鋼鐵雄鷹。青驥奮蹄向云端，老馬信步小眾山。他懷著千里夢想，他仍在路上。幾十年來，為了國家的最高利益，他長期隱遁幕后，甘于寂寞、默默奉獻(xiàn)，將全部精力投入到祖國航空工業(yè)騰飛的偉大事業(yè)之中。他的嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)求實，他的創(chuàng)新精神，他的技術(shù)造詣和強(qiáng)烈的愛國情懷，激勵著一代又一代航空人。后有我們--國家的未來

由古至今，誰不崇拜英雄？誰不敬仰英雄？誰不希望自己就是英雄。但是，什么樣的人才算是英雄呢？在參觀了黃崖洞學(xué)習(xí)了劉鼎宋文驄同志的先進(jìn)事跡后，我對英雄這個詞語有了新的認(rèn)識。在新的歷史時期，向宋文驄同志這樣，將自己的心血和智慧融入到祖國軍工事業(yè)的發(fā)展和騰飛之中的優(yōu)秀科技工作者就是我心中的英雄。

通過此次學(xué)習(xí)，我認(rèn)識到，人生的價值是用奉獻(xiàn)來計算的。一個人只有把人生的意義定位在付出和給予上，他的人生才是崇高的、偉大的。因為奉獻(xiàn)，掏糞工人時傳祥受到國家主席的嘉勉；因為奉獻(xiàn)，“導(dǎo)彈司令”楊業(yè)功被群眾稱為民族的脊梁；因為奉獻(xiàn)，孔繁森、任長霞、牛玉儒、鄭培民等人精神不滅，永遠(yuǎn)活在人民的心中。有了無私奉獻(xiàn)精神的指引，我們就始終能保持正確的人生航向，在急難險危的緊要關(guān)頭，就有敢于擔(dān)當(dāng)?shù)挠⑿酆罋?；在?fù)雜多變的考驗面前，就能具有頂天立地的浩然正氣。劉鼎宋文驄同志的事跡，是黨的理論武裝哺育的結(jié)果，是時代精神呼喚造就的結(jié)果，是中華優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)熏陶滋養(yǎng)的結(jié)果。他們的事跡，充分反映了一名科技工作者堅定的政治信仰和崇高的人生追求，集中展示了領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部敬業(yè)奉獻(xiàn)、銳意進(jìn)取的良好精神風(fēng)貌。在思考中，我問自己：“我距劉鼎宋文驄有多遠(yuǎn)？”作為新時期的大學(xué)生，我的學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)是什么？要做出什么樣的成績來向祖國匯報？看到了宋文驄同志的事跡，我感到在學(xué)習(xí)和生活中使我學(xué)有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，趕有目標(biāo)了。

作為新時期的大學(xué)生，我們身上肩負(fù)著重大的歷史使命，我們既是建設(shè)社會主義偉大事業(yè)的生力軍，又是科技興國戰(zhàn)略的先鋒隊，這都使我增強(qiáng)了緊迫感，感到要利用一切可以利用的時間，多學(xué)習(xí)科技知識，積累學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)驗，把報效祖國的目標(biāo)放在學(xué)習(xí)的首位。

認(rèn)識到這些后，我對自己也有了新的要求，我將把參觀黃崖洞的感受和學(xué)習(xí)宋文驄劉鼎同志事跡煥發(fā)的熱情轉(zhuǎn)化為履行使命的強(qiáng)大動力，認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)科技文化知識，務(wù)實進(jìn)取，銳意創(chuàng)新，堅持理論與實際相結(jié)合，不斷提高學(xué)習(xí)能力。

此外，我要求自己一是要循序漸進(jìn)，持之以恒，不能“三天打魚兩天曬網(wǎng)”。二是要統(tǒng)籌兼顧，科學(xué)安排。處理好學(xué)習(xí)與生活的關(guān)系，做到學(xué)習(xí)與生活有機(jī)統(tǒng)一，努力使學(xué)習(xí)生活化，生活學(xué)習(xí)化。三是要融會貫通，學(xué)以致用。通過不斷學(xué)習(xí)科技知識來提高知識水平，通過不斷實踐來豐富學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)驗，把知識和經(jīng)驗的積累升華。通過學(xué)習(xí)，有效解決在存在的問題，真正使思想有明顯提高，成績有明顯進(jìn)步。四是要學(xué)習(xí)和實踐相結(jié)合。用學(xué)習(xí)來提高實踐能力，用實踐來驗證學(xué)習(xí)效果。
