奮斗精神的可貴之處在于，越是面對(duì)困難和矛盾，越能激發(fā)出意想不到的力量

一個(gè)13人的團(tuán)隊(duì)開(kāi)始創(chuàng)業(yè)，資本金接近于零，能干成什么？不久前，一部回顧中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨“創(chuàng)業(yè)史”的動(dòng)畫(huà)短片，在網(wǎng)絡(luò)熱傳。不懼艱險(xiǎn)，想盡一切辦法克服困難；不怕失敗，96年來(lái)一直奮斗不止??有網(wǎng)友在看過(guò)動(dòng)畫(huà)后留言：這么“拼”的團(tuán)隊(duì)、這么“燃”的奮斗，沒(méi)理由不成功！

2關(guān)于華西村，關(guān)于吳仁寶，隨著時(shí)代的變遷，外界的評(píng)論也在變化。譬如華西村的發(fā)展模式，是不是中國(guó)農(nóng)村發(fā)展的必由之路；華西村的若干“統(tǒng)一”，統(tǒng)一住房，統(tǒng)一福利，統(tǒng)一行動(dòng)，符不符合現(xiàn)代社會(huì)以人為本的理念；華西村搞“第一樓”，搞“金牛”是不是一種意識(shí)上的腐??；吳仁寶是不是搞家族統(tǒng)治，是不是把華西人的富裕建筑在剝削外來(lái)務(wù)工者所創(chuàng)造的剩余價(jià)值上？如此等等。

這些議論反映了對(duì)幾十年來(lái)曾紅極一時(shí)的華西村、吳仁寶，人們已從光是敬仰羨慕走向了嫉妒恨，走向了對(duì)社會(huì)變革的深層次思考，這是政治開(kāi)放、思想解放、社會(huì)進(jìn)步的一種表現(xiàn)。然而，和我們?cè)谖镔|(zhì)生活得到極大改善之后檢討今天的社會(huì)價(jià)值觀(guān)一樣，我們總不能滿(mǎn)足于“端起碗盞吃肉，丟下筷子罵娘”。古人尙云“茍富貴毋相忘”，今天衣食無(wú)憂(yōu)，且不說(shuō)“毋相忘”，對(duì)我們自己在社會(huì)變革過(guò)程中付出的，爭(zhēng)取的，自己首先不能忘。好日子是千千萬(wàn)萬(wàn)個(gè)你和我艱苦奮斗出來(lái)的，是若干個(gè)富有人格魅力的吳仁寶們帶領(lǐng)你和我干出來(lái)的。

改革開(kāi)放前的中國(guó)式貧困，現(xiàn)在的年輕人是無(wú)法想象的，正如電影中表現(xiàn)的那樣，新中國(guó)的江南水鄉(xiāng)，在無(wú)休止的政治運(yùn)動(dòng)中也成了窮山惡水，連一塊大磨盤(pán)都成了寶貝，農(nóng)民幾乎都是衣不蔽體食不果腹。而今天的華西村，家家住別墅開(kāi)汽車(chē)，擁有上千萬(wàn)的股資，反差之大令人乍舌。巨大反差的背后是華西人近四十年的拼搏奮斗，從平

山開(kāi)田、背石塊建磨坊到突擊辦廠(chǎng)，哪一步腳印里不浸滿(mǎn)了汗水和眼淚？

中國(guó)的政策是多變的，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的意志是不容抗拒的。當(dāng)大家都順著領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的意思做事，政策向東我向東，政策向西我向西的時(shí)候，吳仁寶別開(kāi)蹊徑，獨(dú)樹(shù)一幟，認(rèn)準(zhǔn)一個(gè)“讓大家過(guò)上好日子”的大方向，以他清醒的頭腦和智慧把舵，讓華西這條船在礁石林立的環(huán)境中駛向富裕的彼岸。對(duì)吳仁寶個(gè)人而言，這何尙不是一種奮斗？與人奮斗，其樂(lè)無(wú)窮，在吳仁寶的身上體現(xiàn)了真諦。

傳統(tǒng)文化決定了在中國(guó)要集體辦成一件事，沒(méi)有一個(gè)好的領(lǐng)頭人是不行的，過(guò)去如此，現(xiàn)在如此，將來(lái)還是如此。華西人是幸運(yùn)的，他們擁有一個(gè)吳仁寶。吳仁寶懂得，身先士卒，才能擁有跟著自己沖鋒陷陣的一支隊(duì)伍，吳仁寶懂得，將心比心，才能贏得信任和尊重。當(dāng)吳仁寶把這兩個(gè)“懂得”融入血液，化為行動(dòng)，自己沒(méi)日沒(méi)夜地苦干；不惜一切代價(jià)搶救鄉(xiāng)親的小孩；把自己的小兒子阿四送給別人，為別人養(yǎng)老送終的時(shí)候，華西村改天換地才可能成為歷史的必然。

看電影“吳仁寶”，好像回到了好多年前。電影“吳仁寶”給我們樹(shù)立了一個(gè)革命電影年代中常見(jiàn)的“高大全”的人物形象，似乎與現(xiàn)在的時(shí)代潮流不相吻合，現(xiàn)代的年輕人可能感到這部電影不合口味，不好玩。這種情況一點(diǎn)不奇怪。問(wèn)題在于，美國(guó)大片突出個(gè)人英雄主義，宣揚(yáng)他們的價(jià)值觀(guān)，好看又好玩。我們的國(guó)產(chǎn)影片為什么不下點(diǎn)功夫，讓主旋律的影片拍得更符合時(shí)代要求，讓吳仁寶和華西人當(dāng)年為改變自己命運(yùn)的那種奮斗精神深入人心，讓更多的年輕觀(guān)眾為之掬一把反思的眼淚。
