1.Margins.Are your margins set at 1“ or 1.25”? Try 0.4“ top margin(above your header);0.5” bottom margin;and 0.8" left and right margins.2.Font Size.Try reducing your font size, even by 0.5pt.Acceptable font size depends on the font you are using.I recommend actually *printing* the resume to see how it looks on paper.Radical? 1、英文自薦信應(yīng)注意的格式問題

但在格式方面與中文自薦信還是有所區(qū)別的這主要表現(xiàn)在英文自薦信的主要內(nèi)容和中文自薦信基本一致。

2、信封的寫法

外企在華的分支機構(gòu)或分公司都會在招聘廣告中給出中文，絕大多數(shù)情況下。終究入鄉(xiāng)隨俗，也可以防止郵遞員因為看不懂外語而投遞只需按我國的習(xí)慣書寫信封就可以了只是人名方面須要注意。如果廣告上寫的聯(lián)系人是中文，困難。這種情況下。那么就直寫“先千萬不要擅自把它譯為中文，生收”女士收”好了但如果聯(lián)系人的名字是英文。哪怕這個名字看起來很普遍、很熟悉，如“James不要寫成“詹姆士”Smith不要寫成“史密斯”

如果外企給的英文地址，另外一種情況。那信封的寫法就應(yīng)遵循英美的習(xí)慣。一般的寫法是信封的左上角（中文信封郵政編碼的地方）

信封中間的地方寫的收件人的名字和地址。收發(fā)雙方的地址都要依照由小及大的順序排列，寫的發(fā)件人的名字和地址。依次是第一行

第二行寫市（縣）省名，寫房屋號、門牌號碼、街道或路名。第三行寫國家名稱。需要注意的寄往國外的自薦信都要加上“中國 ”字樣

而且一定是國名前。對于發(fā)件人來說，郵政編碼位于省或者直轄市那行的行尾。如果你留下的學(xué)校班級地址，則一般順序為：第一行寫

第二行寫系別，班級、專業(yè)。第三行寫學(xué)校（如果系和學(xué)校字數(shù)少，也可以寫在一行）第四行寫市（縣）省?？梢悦恳恍泻蠖技由隙禾?/p>
