Good evening，ladies and gentlemen.It’s a great pleasure and honor to share my thoughts with all of you.Today my topic is “It’s the attitude that matters.”

Attitude matters, two thumbs up for it.There are so many excellent contestants in today’s speech contest.The chances of my standing out are very slim.If I attach great importance to the outcome, then I would just go away and wouldn’t like to make a fool of myself in front of crowds.But now, I stand on the stage and speak to all of you simply for the idea that attitude matters.Do you still remember the college basketball finals last Saturday night? Our department and the department of public finance were competing for the championship.The exciting game was really a feast to our eyes.As is known to us, the basketball is the strengths of the public finance and both the boys and girls teams got the first place last year.Although we all know it, we never gave up and just did our best to play in the game.If the outcome matters, it’s useless to work so hard.Then why do we still hold on to it?

As to the topic attitude, I want to introduce a great man to all of you, his name is Nick Vujicis.Nick was born without limbs, which really made his parents disgusting at first.But fortunately, his parents didn’t abandon him.On the contrary they expected him to live as normal as common people.Nick lived up to his parents’ expectation.He spared no efforts to change his life.Apart from mastering brushing teeth, swimming, playing golf and some other basic skills, he also got the accounting and financial planning double bachelor’s degrees.From no limbs to no limits, he creates a lifePositive attitude is just like the lighthouse, which shows us the road to success, while negative attitude is like the drug, which takes you the road to perdition.Whether rich or poor, whether you are somebody or nobody, please keep an active attitude towards life.Remember, it’s the attitude that counts.Ok, it’s time to say goodbye.Thank you for listening, my dear friends.Attitude matters.It takes effect not only in our daily life but also in the business world.Canon, the world's leading optical company, sendsthe sentence to those who are interested in working for it.Attitude decides everything, said deputy-director of the Human Resource Department of Canon in China.“

這次講授的教學(xué)專題依然是演講，受眾還是針對青年職工來講，這次依然選取演講作為專題是因為經(jīng)過調(diào)查，認為這門課對青年職工來說有需求有基礎(chǔ)。今年有幸承擔(dān)了為函授學(xué)員講授《應(yīng)用文寫作》的教學(xué)任務(wù)，其中涉及演講稿的寫作知識，在經(jīng)過一共五次的講授有所體會，并以這近二百的學(xué)員為調(diào)查對象，得出青年職工對演講知識是有需求有基礎(chǔ)的。有需求就是各基層站段都舉辦過本單位的演講比賽，還有學(xué)員還參加過團委、工會等路局舉辦的演講比賽，青年職工作為參加演講比賽的主力軍，對演講的技巧與方法有需求。其次，是有基礎(chǔ)，在講授過程中和課間交流時，深深體會到我們的一線職工，我們的青年職工對演講這種偏于抒情議論的表達方式有著比較普遍的喜好基礎(chǔ)，愿意聽、愿意學(xué)、甚至是喜歡寫，可以說是有需求有基礎(chǔ)，因此今天依就選取這個專題與大家進行分享交流。

有人說，一個人的演講能力是與生俱來的，但是口才大師卡耐基說：“想要舌底生花，芬芳勝人，在你準(zhǔn)備張口時，一定要記住中國人的一句話——有備無患”。演講作為一門藝術(shù)，只有掌握一定的演講技巧與方法，才能作好準(zhǔn)備，有備無患。演講需要準(zhǔn)備什么呢？所有的演講都是由三部分構(gòu)成：演說者、演講稿、聽眾。今天只講一個內(nèi)容，在演講當(dāng)中怎樣條理清楚的表達自己的觀點，再用生動 的語言把它具體化，這就是演講稿。所以我今天講授專題的名稱是演講的技巧與方法——演講稿篇。什么是演講稿？

先要回顧一下什么是演講。明確了演講的目的才能有針對性地指導(dǎo)撰寫演講稿，并達到演講的效果。

演講又叫講演或演說，是指在公眾場所，以有聲語言為主要手段，以體態(tài)語言為輔助手段，針對某個具體問題，鮮明、完整地發(fā)表自己的見解和主張，說明事理或抒發(fā)情感，是進行宣傳鼓動的一種語言交際活動。那么什么是演講稿呢，演講稿又叫講演稿或演講詞、講話稿，就是演講者在演講前擬定的書面文稿。無論是講話稿還是演講稿，都是為了達到演講目的而服務(wù)，而寫一篇好的演講稿不僅僅是演講成功的基礎(chǔ)，更是一名演講者應(yīng)該具備的技能。

如何寫一篇好的演講稿？我想從三方面和大家進行交流，一端正寫作態(tài)度；二明確寫作要求；三提升寫作水平。

一、端正寫作態(tài)度

一篇好的演講詞必須是生動的，有一定的知識性，并且有時代感和創(chuàng)新意識。有了生動性，說出的話才能使人愛聽，有吸引力；有知識性，才能讓聽眾有所收獲，在演講中潛移默化地把觀念傳輸給聽眾；說話有時代感，才能讓語言充滿生機和活力；有創(chuàng)新意識，才能給聽眾留下深刻印象。這需要平時的積累學(xué)習(xí)思考，反復(fù)練習(xí)揣摩，合理恰當(dāng)使用語言文字表達觀點，抒發(fā)情感。這首先涉及寫作態(tài)度的問題。你對寫作是什么態(tài)度呢？或者你是怎么看待寫作的呢？ 有人說“你會說還不會寫？”我認為會說真不等于會寫。從語言到文字的過程應(yīng)該是一種升華，一種理性的沉淀。北京國際漢字研究會副會長李敏生認為“漢字高于語言之處，就在于它不是停留在記錄語言這一階段，而是向著思想本身的至高處邁進。”

1954年，海明威在諾貝爾文學(xué)獎頒獎儀式上的演講中這樣說道：寫作，在最好的狀態(tài)下，是一種孤獨的生活。

你是怎樣看待寫作的呢？

每個人對寫作都抱有不同的態(tài)度，沒有固定的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)答案，我想首先要愛文字才能使用好文字，才有可能把寫作當(dāng)成一種樂趣。和大家交流一些我個人對文字，對寫作的想法，我起了一個標(biāo)題，叫《說文解字》，第一位聽眾是主任，不知道聽后的感覺和主任一樣不一樣，在這里和大家分享交流一下。

《說 文 解 字》

寫作是一份流年的感悟，把平淡的歲月寫成一份嫣然或清淺，文字的律動是心與自然的律動。用文字捕捉情感的細微觸動，心梗上便開出了最美的花顏。用文字渲染歡喜，用文字流瀉悲憤，用文字歡娛文字，奔涌也好，娓娓也罷，都是自己反復(fù)打磨，精雕細琢出的瑰寶。

有一種文字披著華麗的外衣，可是怎么讀都感覺距離自己很遙遠，心無感應(yīng)。有一種文字淳樸的仿佛嘮家常，卻忽然讓你嗅到了一種親切可心的味道。真情發(fā)自真心，實感源于事實。寫作，并不一定要具有優(yōu)越的天賦，很高的造詣，只是因為你擁有一顆跳動的內(nèi)心。

一份心靈的從容，和對雕琢孜孜不倦地瘋狂，使人生與文字散發(fā)出不一樣的清馨與美感。每一朵文字潛藏著情感的暗香，那是智慧的 味道，那是成熟的味道，那是你走過的心路歷程里遺留下的最貼心的味道??

每當(dāng)寫出美好的文字，內(nèi)心就會有孩童般的笑，甜甜地，久久地，忽然整個世界都亮了，感覺到人生是如此的美好，陽光是如此的動人。人生之美，美在知心，我很慶幸遇到了知我懂我的文字。

享譽世界的哈佛大學(xué)校長曾說“一位淑女或者紳士的養(yǎng)成教育在我看來只有一種必需的心理技能，那便是準(zhǔn)確且文雅地使用他（她）的母語?！边@是一句富有深意的告誡，值得我們沉思。

古人說：“感人心者莫先乎情。”情感豐富，富有激情的文字才可以給聽眾帶來畫圖感，把聽眾帶到你演講的那個情景世界中。這種激情的培養(yǎng)或者是情感的捕捉需要你平時就喜歡使用文字捕捉情感的細微觸動。為什么一定要用文字捕捉呢，如果只是一想罷了，那么你的情感之花也會曇花一現(xiàn)，而只有上升到用流暢的文字，完整地表達出來，才能不斷挖掘潛能，深刻認識、體味自己的情感，而這個過程，你對文字的理解不僅僅限于詞句，而是連同語句的聲音、強度、變化、速度一并表達出來，此時的文字承載著演講者的情感，化身為情感的代言人。古人云：“因字而生句，積句而成篇?！闭Z言文字就是這樣構(gòu)成了文章。所以，只有培養(yǎng)對文字的親切感，從內(nèi)心不拒絕動筆、不抵觸使用文字、不怵寫作，才能愿意去用文字表達思想。只有提升對文字的親切感，才能寫出富有激情的文字。有了這樣的寫作態(tài)度，才能將文字多變的情感注入到演講中去，不止演講者樂在其中，還會把聽眾也帶到演講內(nèi)容的奇妙世界里。

Listening and Speaking Course Your attitude determines how high you fly Ladies and gentlemen: We've all heard the saying “your attitude determines your altitude”.It means that it is our Attitude, or the orientation of our minds, that determines just how high we can fly!An attitude is any strong belief or feeling towards people or a situation.We can't always choose the situation but we can choose our attitude and how we respond to each situation.Great leaders will choose the positive attitude.They are usually overheard saying:“That sounds great...” “Let's do it...” “We can...” and so on.They look at what is right about a situation rather than finding what is wrong or who is at fault.They look for a solution rather than complain about the problem.They are as enthusiastic about new challenges as they are about the routine.We all know that Helen's positive attitude changes the disaster into a pair of wings which determines how high she flies.Ladies and gentlemen, it's never too late to be the person you want to be.Life is like a TV with many channels.All you have to do is hold the remote control firmly in your own hand and you'll get the best shows.Don't let your empty wallet stop you from taking the trip of a lifetime.Just remember: with the right attitude, the best things in life can come pretty cheap.Choose to be positive, and you will be successful.Thank you for your listening.
