演講主題： Change and Challenge

目的：為激發(fā)學生學習英語的積極性，培養(yǎng)學生的競爭意識和創(chuàng)新精神，提高學生的英語口語水平及演講水平，迎接湖南省普通高等學校第十八屆大學生英語演講比賽，學校決定舉辦此次比賽。

比賽內容與形式：

1、命題演講：選手按照規(guī)定的題目進行3分鐘（正負15秒）命題演講。

2、即興演講：選手按照比賽當場抽取的題目進行2分鐘（正負15秒）即興演講。即興演講的題目在第一位選手登臺比賽前抽取。
