依據(jù)自我性質(zhì)組織開展一系列主題活動。學(xué)生會應(yīng)以重大活動為契機(jī)，不斷開拓創(chuàng)新，樹立學(xué)院品牌，創(chuàng)造新的奇跡。

三、學(xué)生干部培訓(xùn)常態(tài)化，強(qiáng)調(diào)人才交流、培養(yǎng)及延續(xù) 我們學(xué)生干部不是一定要有較強(qiáng)的工作能力，需要不斷地指導(dǎo)和培訓(xùn)。要把學(xué)生干部培訓(xùn)作為一種常態(tài)化機(jī)制來抓，要將學(xué)生會所有人都列入培訓(xùn)范圍；要切實(shí)開展包括學(xué)生會全體人員、部門人員、部長級人員等在內(nèi)的培訓(xùn)工作；培訓(xùn)的內(nèi)容和形式一定是創(chuàng)新的、有實(shí)際意義的，對學(xué)生干部的工作一定能夠起到積極作用的。

四、改變生活部的工作狀態(tài)

新學(xué)期里，我系的衛(wèi)生工作將面臨新的挑戰(zhàn)，在這一學(xué)期里，衛(wèi)生區(qū)域?qū)⒂兴鶖U(kuò)大，以上是我對學(xué)生會未來發(fā)展的簡要規(guī)劃，如果我能當(dāng)選，我將會努力付諸行動，將規(guī)劃變?yōu)槊篮玫默F(xiàn)實(shí)，也請各位老師和代表提出建議。

各位老師，各位代表，我認(rèn)為，今天，社會以奉獻(xiàn)為精神，時(shí)代以參與為光榮。只要我們共同參與，甘于奉獻(xiàn)，同心同德，銳意進(jìn)取，任何艱難險(xiǎn)阻都阻擋不了我們前進(jìn)的步伐。

我肯定不是社會活動水平最高的，但我可能是所有熱心學(xué)生會工作的同學(xué)中，最好的組織者或服務(wù)者。

我努力，只是也許會在學(xué)生會的活動中比較出色，但我的努力，卻肯定會讓我們的學(xué)生會非常優(yōu)秀,使學(xué)生會的凝聚力得到最好的展現(xiàn)。

成為優(yōu)秀的人，可能永遠(yuǎn)只是我的夢想，但我相信，讓全體同學(xué)在我的努力下，更加優(yōu)秀，這絕不是夢想！

我覺得，我不是在競爭一個(gè)職位，而是在爭取一個(gè)可以讓自己努力的機(jī)會，—個(gè)能為別人做點(diǎn)什么的平臺。

我承認(rèn)，我可能不是最好的人選，但我自信，我是愿做出最大努力的人選。

如果大家給我這個(gè)平臺，我會還給大家—份滿意。

如果這唯一的—個(gè)不是我，你們可以相信：我這一份努力的愿望會依然伴隨著我，直到成功。謝謝大家！我覺得，我已經(jīng)從很多人的目光中讀到了兩個(gè)字，就是：信任！再次謝謝！有了這種信任，我覺得，結(jié)果，已經(jīng)不重要了！

我在高中階段已經(jīng)擔(dān)任過一些班級職務(wù)，從工作中，我學(xué)到了化解矛盾的方法，為人處世的準(zhǔn)則，待人接物的態(tài)度，懂得“少說空話，多做實(shí)事”的重要性。雖然初升入大學(xué)的我，對學(xué)生會的競選還是初次嘗試，但我對學(xué)生會的工作向往已久。我愿意用我的付出為學(xué)生會分憂，用我的行動為同學(xué)們服務(wù)。

對于生活部部長的具體工作，我雖未涉及過，但我認(rèn)為任何事都

要經(jīng)歷“從無到有，不會到會”的階段，通過以上的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，我相信自己已經(jīng)具備了一定的能力。我知道，能否勝任這工作，主要是看個(gè)人如何去學(xué)習(xí)，去把握，去運(yùn)用，更要互相幫助，學(xué)會使用大家的力量。我相信自己可以做到，所以，我敢站在這個(gè)講臺上。

我們生活部最重要的是要在生活上給同學(xué)們以幫助，要體察同學(xué)們生活上的難處，要滿足同學(xué)們生活上的需要。如果我當(dāng)選了生活部部長，我會著手做以下工作：

嚴(yán)肅寢室紀(jì)律，組織部內(nèi)人員輪值檢查衛(wèi)生，紀(jì)律，就寢情況，適當(dāng)?shù)母銓嬍颐阑筚?，寢室?lián)誼活動，讓同學(xué)們都得到最好的生活環(huán)境；

聯(lián)合校勤工助學(xué)優(yōu)先安排困難同學(xué)的兼職工作，讓困難同學(xué)感受到“一方有難，八方支持”的溫暖；

聯(lián)合學(xué)習(xí)部組織過欠學(xué)分過多同學(xué)，幫助他們開展找原因，查過錯(cuò)，向前進(jìn)的活動；聯(lián)合體育部組織趣味體育活動，如踢毽子，跳繩，拔河等，特別要給那些不擅長體育的學(xué)生一個(gè)最好的參與機(jī)會；

參加這次競選無疑又是一次絕好的鍛煉機(jī)會，而加入學(xué)生會是一種榮譽(yù)，更是一種責(zé)任。我知道這條路上有許多挑戰(zhàn)，但我自信我有能力擔(dān)起這副擔(dān)子，因?yàn)槲业臒崆?，我的毅力，以及我?shí)事求是的工作態(tài)度。如果我有幸當(dāng)選，我將以良好的精神狀態(tài)，大膽地管理生活部事務(wù)，使校園生活更加多姿多彩，真正做好本屆學(xué)生會的工作。

如果我是生活部（副）部長，我會積極的協(xié)助校教務(wù)處、團(tuán)委搞好全校學(xué)生的管理工作，為同學(xué)們的學(xué)習(xí)創(chuàng)造一個(gè)良好的校園環(huán)境。中國石油大學(xué)提出“勤奮嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)求實(shí)創(chuàng)新”的學(xué)風(fēng)，并打出“以學(xué)習(xí)為中心，走全面發(fā)展之路”的號召，是希望我們能夠努力的用先進(jìn)的科學(xué)文化知識和德育體全面發(fā)展武裝自己。然而，達(dá)到這個(gè)目的，有一個(gè)良好的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境是必不可少的。我會利用我的優(yōu)勢，深入到同學(xué)們的生活中去，了解同學(xué)們生活中的問題，積極聽取同學(xué)們的意見和建議，并向?qū)W生會及學(xué)校的有關(guān)部門反映同學(xué)們的正當(dāng)意見和要求，為同學(xué)們排憂解難。

如果我是生活部（副）部長，我會協(xié)助院部搞好學(xué)生宿舍的管理工作，組織安排全院學(xué)生宿舍的清潔衛(wèi)生工作，并負(fù)責(zé)檢查評比，采取向全院公布評比結(jié)果的制度。時(shí)刻督促同學(xué)們保持好宿舍衛(wèi)生，使同學(xué)們有一個(gè)較好的休息環(huán)境，有更好的精力投入到學(xué)習(xí)中去。如果我是生活部（副）部長，我會完成院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、學(xué)生會主席交辦的各項(xiàng)工作，協(xié)助校學(xué)生會生活部工作，并指導(dǎo)班級生活委員工作，期末負(fù)責(zé)班機(jī)生活委員的工作考核。組織安排各項(xiàng)勞動及院部各大活動的后勤服務(wù)工作。認(rèn)真按時(shí)的制定本部計(jì)劃，并定期向主席團(tuán)匯報(bào)工作總結(jié)和工作計(jì)劃。

在新的學(xué)生會組織中，內(nèi)部建設(shè)以及與同學(xué)們交流將成為我們學(xué)生會生存及發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)，只有做好這兩方面的工作，我們才能夠保持先進(jìn)性，體現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新性。并把這種先進(jìn)性和創(chuàng)新性，集中貫徹到即將到來的本科評估工作中，讓每一位老師和同學(xué)都能感受到，并且切身體會到。

示自己。對我來說，既是一個(gè)考驗(yàn)，又是一次難得的機(jī)會。“青春無幾，時(shí)不我待”，我要抓住這次機(jī)會，通過競選，爭取成為校學(xué)生會生活衛(wèi)生部的一員。我先作一下自我介紹，我叫王振，我是07公管班的，現(xiàn)在班內(nèi)擔(dān)任學(xué)習(xí)委員。我來競選，是因?yàn)槲矣幸韵聨追矫娴膬?yōu)勢：

1）我熱心為大家服務(wù)。在中學(xué)的學(xué)習(xí)生活中，我一直是班委成員，熱心為同學(xué)們服務(wù)，認(rèn)真做班級工作，得到同學(xué)們的認(rèn)可。在大學(xué)，我還憑著一腔熱情和服務(wù)大家的心態(tài)，成功入選班委，為了能更好的服務(wù)同學(xué)，我才站這里去爭??！

2）勤懇。我不怕工作忙，就怕沒事做。既然是學(xué)生會的成員就應(yīng)該不愧對這個(gè)位子，碌碌無為不是我想要的?？傁Ｍ悬c(diǎn)事來做，讓自己充實(shí)起來，讓歲月不蹉跎。所以，如果我能當(dāng)選，我會勤勤懇懇的工作。

3）辦事有計(jì)劃、效率高。我的學(xué)習(xí)、生活、工作都按計(jì)劃進(jìn)行。每天早上，我都會花一點(diǎn)時(shí)間安排當(dāng)天要做的事。我做事不喜歡拖拖拉拉，總是在得到任務(wù)后，只要有時(shí)間，就立即處理。

以上是我的做事風(fēng)格：熱心、勤懇、高效、有計(jì)劃。

如果我能當(dāng)選，在以后的工作中，我將以我的處事風(fēng)格做好以下幾方面的工作：

1）協(xié)助老師，當(dāng)好助手。老師是做學(xué)生工作的主體，學(xué)生干部是輔助者。我們要利用身處學(xué)生群體之中，更了解同齡人的優(yōu)勢，協(xié)助老師做好學(xué)生工作。

2）抓好團(tuán)結(jié)互助，營造一種和諧的學(xué)校氛圍。學(xué)生會是一個(gè)大

團(tuán)體，只有搞好團(tuán)結(jié)，才能做好各項(xiàng)工作。在團(tuán)結(jié)的基礎(chǔ)上，充分發(fā)揮每個(gè)學(xué)生干部的工作積極性和創(chuàng)造性，為我院的學(xué)生工作貢獻(xiàn)自己的一分力量。

3）重點(diǎn)抓抓好宿舍衛(wèi)生。只有衛(wèi)生了，干凈了，同學(xué)們才有健康的體魄，旺盛的精力去學(xué)習(xí)去訓(xùn)練。

4）多傾聽同學(xué)們的心聲及時(shí)的反映問題。

以上是我暫時(shí)的工作構(gòu)想，在以后的實(shí)際工作中，遇到新的問題，隨機(jī)應(yīng)變，以切實(shí)可行的方法解決?？傊繕?biāo)只有一個(gè)：做好本職工作。

“金無足赤，人無完人“，我也有一些缺點(diǎn)和不足。在以后的工作中，歡迎老師和同學(xué)們幫我指出。我會虛心接受，努力改正。我在以后的學(xué)習(xí)生活中會積極的向師哥師姐學(xué)習(xí)。努力做好你們的助手！
