時間對我們每個人都很重要，時間不會為誰停留。當(dāng)你早晨洗臉、刷牙的時候，時間從水盆里溜走了；

我還記得這樣幾句名言：把你的痛苦與人分享，你的痛苦將會減少一半;把你的快樂與人分享，你的快樂將增加一倍。是啊，分享快樂不會使自己損失什么，卻能讓這個世界充滿溫情。相反，有了快樂，一個人獨樂，最終也不會快樂。

為了這個演講，我傾注了很多的心血。記得在一個星期以前，我就已經(jīng)選好了題材，并且把內(nèi)容背得滾瓜爛熟，為的就是這個課前三分鐘。因為我知道“一份耕耘，一份收獲”，所以我這一次很成功。現(xiàn)在想起當(dāng)天的情景，心里還是會沾沾自喜。

一直以來，我都是很重視課前三分鐘的演講的。因為我覺得課前三分鐘可以幫我們積累知識和寫作素材。因為平日里我們肯定不會太注重閱讀，就算是讀了也印象不深刻，但是課前三分鐘可以做到兩全其美，既可以聽故事，又可以用聆聽的方式去積累知識，并且加深印象。

今天國旗下演講的題目是“健康飲食讓我們更健康”。

為了使學(xué)生營養(yǎng)宣傳工作更加廣泛、深入和持久，促進學(xué)生營養(yǎng)宣傳工作的制度化，決定將每年的5月20日定為“中國學(xué)生營養(yǎng)日”。

我們都知道小學(xué)是成長發(fā)育的關(guān)鍵階段，但是很多學(xué)生都有挑食、偏食、暴食的壞習(xí)慣。許多學(xué)生不知道如何珍惜自己的健康，為自己的健康負責(zé)。從今天開始，我希望所有的'學(xué)生都能開始注意他們的壞習(xí)慣。

1、首先要養(yǎng)成不挑食不偏食的習(xí)慣。日常生活中吃各種糧食、水果、蔬菜、魚、蛋、奶等。一旦有了偏食挑食的習(xí)慣，就很容易造成營養(yǎng)不良，抗病能力低下，身體發(fā)育不良，影響我們的健康。比如多糖吃多了容易引起胃病和皮膚?。怀蕴嗳馊菀讓?dǎo)致動脈粥樣硬化和冠心??；吃太咸容易血壓升高等等。

根據(jù)調(diào)查，許多學(xué)生在吃飯時只選擇他們喜歡的東西。有的同學(xué)吃完了肉，結(jié)束了飯；有些學(xué)生只吃蔬菜。這些都是不正確的，都是挑食和偏食的陋習(xí)，容易引發(fā)各種疾??！從今天開始，希望大家慢慢改善這個問題！

2、第二，吃飯的時候慢慢咀嚼。不要吃得太快，尤其是小孩子。咀嚼食物要更仔細，因為咀嚼多了有利于提高食物的消化率，保護腸胃。

3、營養(yǎng)飲食的另一個要點是不要吃不干凈的食物。

每天放學(xué)后，許多學(xué)生去學(xué)校外面的露天小販那里買食物。要知道很多食物成分非常復(fù)雜，暴露在陽光下、光化學(xué)、熱分解后會引起內(nèi)部變化和變質(zhì)。尤其是夏天，學(xué)生吃露天賣的食物，更容易吃到一些變質(zhì)的食物。

事實上，所有的學(xué)生都處于發(fā)展階段，容易挨餓。然后這個時候，我們可以選擇從自己家里帶一些面包或者餅干來吃。

近年來，學(xué)校開展了書香校園、書香班級、書香家庭的創(chuàng)建活動，同學(xué)們在老師和家長的引領(lǐng)下在書海中盡情遨游，在閱讀中提高素養(yǎng)?？墒侨杂胁簧偻瑢W(xué)也許會犯愁:學(xué)語文，寫作文。唉，作文難，作文難，一見作文心就煩。提起筆來，冥思苦想，搜腸刮肚，半天過去了，仍是白紙一張。其實老師告訴你們寫作文并不難，學(xué)語文也沒有什么高深莫測的訣竅，只要你記住了并做到了這么簡簡單單、樸樸素素、實實在在的四個字，那就是——多讀多寫。

那么，怎樣讀，怎樣寫呢?我建議大家做到以下幾點:

1.閱讀要廣泛俗話說，開卷有益。古今中外，凡是有成就者無一不是從閱讀中獲得了廣博的知識和驚世的睿智與韜略。我國古代詩仙李白讀書時孜孜不倦;“下筆如有神”的詩圣杜甫也是“讀書破萬卷”;文壇巨匠魯迅直至生命最后一刻還要讀書。試想，如果他們不是從幼年即勤奮地閱讀，在他們的筆下會流淌出酣暢淋漓、膾炙人口的千古佳作嗎?我們不光要熟讀每學(xué)期老師分發(fā)給我們的語文書，還要誦讀唐詩宋詞，品讀中外名著，略讀報刊雜志等等。像我們二、四兩個年級的同學(xué)參加了語文主題學(xué)習(xí)實驗，除了學(xué)好教材中的課文，每學(xué)期還閱讀了兩本(四本)主題閱讀叢書，實驗證明，他們從課內(nèi)外的海量閱讀中豐富了知識，增加了積累，提高了口語交際能力和書面習(xí)作水平。

2.讀書要靜得下心、持之以恒。現(xiàn)在的社會，科學(xué)技術(shù)突飛猛進，電視、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)，十分便捷，更富有趣味性，往往比書籍更吸引人。所以要自覺讀書、安下心來、靜下心來讀書，那是不容易做到的，而做到了的學(xué)生一定是個了不起的人。課外閱讀也要防止一曝十寒，兩天打魚，三天曬網(wǎng)，最好能制訂個讀書計劃，每天堅持閱讀半個小時，四十分鐘;或者一星期讀三、四次，每次閱讀半個小時，四十分鐘。當(dāng)你一旦被書籍深深吸引了，入迷了，你自己也會發(fā)現(xiàn)，你的知識，你的作文能力，竟在不知不覺中有了明顯的提高。這就是持之以恒閱讀的好處。

3.要勤動筆墨，讀寫結(jié)合腹有詩書氣自華。當(dāng)你腹有錦繡的時候，寫作時好詞佳句會自然在筆下流淌，寫一篇優(yōu)秀的作文的目標(biāo)就成為了現(xiàn)實。在讀書的過程中，我們還應(yīng)養(yǎng)成寫的習(xí)慣。優(yōu)美詞語、重點句子、精彩片斷，我們不光要圈圈點點，還應(yīng)隨時打開摘抄本記錄下來。正所謂，好記性不如爛筆頭。閑暇之余，在日記本上，寫下感人的一幕，開心的一刻，精彩的瞬間，成功的`喜悅，失敗的教訓(xùn)，意外的發(fā)現(xiàn)，美好的回憶……意為筆先，筆隨心運，言為心聲，沒有了媽媽道不完的嘮叨，也沒有了老師提不完的要求，無拘無束，盡情揮灑學(xué)習(xí)生活中的笑與淚，歡與呼，蹦與跳，憂與愁，愛與恨。不知不覺中心結(jié)打開了，煩惱消失了，性格開朗了，信心增強了，這就是學(xué)習(xí)語文的最高境界，這就是學(xué)習(xí)語文的無窮樂趣。咱們何樂而不為呢?日記，我們忠實的伙伴，知心的朋友，我們怎能沒有它呢?

今天距離夏令營開營的日子已經(jīng)有整整20天，可那七日的一點一滴卻在我腦海，揮之不去?，F(xiàn)在的你們在做什么？你們在想我們嗎？我想，這七日的情，可能我要用一生回憶。

“中國臺灣朋友要到寧夏？”當(dāng)時聽到這個消息，欣喜不已。中國臺灣，聽起來是那么遙遠，模糊的記憶里除了歷史課本上零星的介紹，別無更多了解。而現(xiàn)在可以和他們?nèi)绱私嚯x接觸，我開始暗自慶幸。開心之余便是無盡的遐想。

終于，8月2日，“寧臺高中生夏令營”正式開營。還清晰記得那天的場景，第一次見到我的學(xué)伴，她臉上燦爛的笑容一下子消除了我的所有顧慮，在開往水洞溝的班車上我們聊得開心極了，從學(xué)校課程聊到家庭生活，無不談及，車上的其他學(xué)友們也都聊得愉快，整個旅程輕松快活，笑聲無處不在。第一天的水洞溝我和學(xué)伴是拉著手參觀完的，第一天我們就對彼此留下了深刻的印象。不過，最讓我記憶深刻的就是第一天的晚餐，那是我們第一桌在一起共進的晚餐，可能是因為彼此還不很了解，氣氛尤其尷尬，整個吃飯過程竟然清晰地可以聽到碗筷相碰的聲音。然而，從第二天的午餐開始，這種尷尬氣氛就被解除，我們漸漸開始了解彼此，在飯桌上玩著各種游戲，記得那天到了回飯店的時間我們還依依不舍，想要把游戲做完。從那天起我們便開始盼望著一起吃飯。之后那幾天，我們分別游覽了西夏王陵、中華回鄉(xiāng)文化園、萬畝枸杞園、沙坡頭風(fēng)景區(qū)、高廟、沙湖、西部影視城等寧夏風(fēng)景名勝。七天時間，我們在游玩中走進彼此，了解彼此，欣賞彼此，發(fā)生了許多有意思的事情。在沙坡頭，我們玩“飛越黃河”的飛索時，在空中大叫著彼此的姓名；在乘坐羊皮筏黃河漂流時，我們兩手相牽，用手觸碰河面；在沙湖，我們騎著駱駝，拜著各種Pose；在飯桌上，我們共同舉杯，暢飲可樂；在賓館，我們“走門串房”，玩通宵撲克，開心地忘記了睡覺?？傊?，有那么多數(shù)不勝數(shù)的美好回憶，留在我們彼此的心中。時間飛快，七天很快過去，終于日子跌倒了夏令營的最后一天。8月8日，到九中參加閉營儀式，剛下車，天空突然下起大雨，似乎老天也在為我們的離別渲染氣氛。才藝表演有序的進行，直到最后，康橋高中的同學(xué)共同帶上《垃圾車》這首歌時，縱使歌曲怎樣歡愉，看著站在臺上的他們一張張熟悉的面孔，想起這幾天我們經(jīng)歷的一切的一切，我再怎么也忍不住了，我是一個愛哭的女孩，眼淚偷偷滑下。歌曲結(jié)束，她們看到我哭的樣子，本想安慰我，可自己最后也哭地一塌糊涂。就這樣，所有人幾乎都哭紅的了眼睛，我們彼此相擁，為對方擦拭著眼淚，我說：我會去中國臺灣看你，一言為定！那天的場景，現(xiàn)在仍歷歷在目。就這樣，七天的時間，我們度過了最難忘的七天。

七天，僅一周的時間，卻因為我們的相遇，變成了帶給我最美回憶的七天。謝謝中國臺灣的你們。我也會信守自己的承諾，長大后，有一天，到中國臺灣看你們！

這七日的情誼，我們會用一生回憶，細細地回憶。

按照我們班的慣例，本身并不是我今天在課前三分鐘的時間里面演講，但是因為我前面的那位同學(xué)臨時請假，所以就順理成章的到我演講了，其實站在講臺上的時候，我也很緊張，因為我也在上臺前都沒有想到是輪到我演講了，但是既然到我了，我也只能盡力的去做好了，希望在演講的過程當(dāng)中，與任何的缺乏和缺陷還請見諒。

既然是課前的演講，那我就與同學(xué)們來說說學(xué)習(xí)的一些心得和體會吧，對自己的之前多年的學(xué)習(xí)當(dāng)中所感受到的一些道理和你們的好好的講講，希望我講完之后可以給你們帶來或多或少的感受，我們也可以一起攜手努力去做好一名初中生的事情，為我們的班級和學(xué)校爭光，為我們的自己的未來去付出自己的力量和心思。我們現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)初中了，小學(xué)六年，初中x年，我們已經(jīng)學(xué)習(xí)了x年的時間，在學(xué)習(xí)上自己也曾遇到很大的難題，也收獲了一定的成就，我知道自己現(xiàn)在所做出的努力是遠遠不夠的，所以以后我也會更加的努力和上進的。

在學(xué)習(xí)上，我覺得自己最重要的就是態(tài)度，做一件事情的態(tài)度也將間接的決定這件事情的成功與失敗，所以不管是做什么，首先最先要做好的就是端正自己的態(tài)度，有一個良好的態(tài)度才能更好去完成這件事，所以在學(xué)習(xí)上也是一樣的，要保持自己良好的學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度，才能更好的去完成自己的學(xué)習(xí)，同時也要提高自己對于學(xué)習(xí)的熱愛與積極性，做到足夠自主的去學(xué)習(xí)，主動的融入到學(xué)習(xí)的過程當(dāng)中，其次還需要有很好的.自控能力，在學(xué)習(xí)的時間里，就應(yīng)該全身心的將自己的所有心思都用在學(xué)習(xí)上，而不是輕易的就可以被外界的各種因素所打攪到，要做到一種完全無視外界的干擾的境界，未來還有很長時間的學(xué)習(xí)，還有很多的知識在等著我們?nèi)W(xué)習(xí)，所以就算自己做的有任何的不好，我們現(xiàn)在也還有時間和時機去改正和完善，學(xué)習(xí)是一個漫長的過程，成長也是，我們也不要急于求成，細水長流終究會取得最后的勝利，會得到自己所期望的東西。

同學(xué)們，讓我們從現(xiàn)在開始，更好的去認知自己，對自己的身上和學(xué)習(xí)上的很多的缺乏和缺陷都及時的去改正，去更好的完善自己，完善自己的學(xué)習(xí)方式，通過自己的努力找到一個適合自己的方式，也更好的去完成自己的學(xué)習(xí)，相信我們班的所有的學(xué)生都是足夠優(yōu)秀和出色的。

大家好!

前不久，我讀了一則童話故事，它是英國作家王爾德寫的《巨人的花園》。故事講的是一個巨人看到孩子們在自己的花園里玩耍，很生氣，他在花園周圍筑起了高墻，將孩子們拒于墻外。從此以后，園里花不開，鳥不語，一片荒涼，春夏秋都不肯光臨，只有冬天永遠留在這里。一天，孩子們從墻洞爬進來，春天也就跟著孩子們來了，園里立刻變得生機勃勃。當(dāng)他把孩子們再次趕出花園之后，花園又被冰雪覆蓋了。后來，在小男孩的啟發(fā)下，巨人醒悟了，隨即拆除了圍墻，花園成了孩子們的樂園，巨人生活在漂亮的花園和孩子們中間，感到無比地幸?！?/p>

王爾德的這個快樂故事，讓我的心久久不能平靜，那個巨人，他兩次的自私與冷酷給花園帶來了冰雪寒冬，讓孩子們失去歡樂的同時，他自己也同樣孤單寂寞，更享受不到花園里明媚的景色!我們常說：贈人玫瑰，手有余香。其實，快樂也一樣，給別人快樂，自己也快樂。

我還記得這樣幾句名言：把你的痛苦與人分享，你的'痛苦將會減少一半;把你的快樂與人分享，你的快樂將增加一倍。是啊，分享快樂不會使自己損失什么，卻能讓這個世界充滿溫情。相反，有了快樂，一個人獨樂，最終也不會快樂。

與別人一起分享快樂是一種美德，因為快樂能夠傳染。其實很多時候，與別人分享快樂，既是給了別人一個機會，也是給了自己一個機會;既給了別人一個好心情，自己也留下了一份好心情。既然這樣，那么請打開你的心靈，真誠地與別人分享吧——自己是一團火，就要想法把別人點亮;自己是一盆水，就要想法把別人洗凈;自己是一粒米，就要想法長出更大的稻穗;自己是一彎月，就要想法給夜行人送去清輝……與人共享快樂，你也會更加快樂!

居里夫人的美名家喻戶曉。她是近代科學(xué)史上的一個奇跡，猶如一顆光芒四射、璀璨耀眼的巨星照亮科學(xué)的星空，留下永久的光耀?？墒?，在她還不到十七歲時，就因為父親的工資微薄不得不去做家教謀生。在那段時光里，她不論風(fēng)天雨天，都得在城市走很遠的路。她的學(xué)生們要么不聽話，要么懶于學(xué)習(xí)，學(xué)生的家長也不怎么尊重她。但為了獲得那可憐的報酬，她只能做下去。而后來，為了供姐姐上學(xué)，十七歲的她甚至單獨一人來到鄉(xiāng)下的一戶人家里當(dāng)家庭教師，生活清苦。

貧困是筆財富，因為它激勵了人們奮發(fā)向上的精神，而這種精神是被成功所青睞的。所以，生活在貧困中的人們不必自怨自哀，努力奮斗或許成功已向你走來。
