今天第一次找工作面試，因?yàn)閷?dǎo)師不讓實(shí)習(xí)，所以以打醬油的狀態(tài)來(lái)到面試地點(diǎn)，本來(lái)預(yù)約是2點(diǎn)，我們1點(diǎn)多就到了，隨即領(lǐng)了排隊(duì)的號(hào)碼排隊(duì)，沒過多久就輪到我參加一面(經(jīng)驗(yàn)一、提早去排隊(duì))。

一面技術(shù)面，這方面華為還是很松的，輕松都能過關(guān)，基本上分為兩部分：語(yǔ)言，問的是c和c++的問題;項(xiàng)目。感覺自己語(yǔ)言方面還是比較扯淡，問到了c++的'static變量和非static的區(qū)別，然后給了一個(gè)程序題，找改錯(cuò)。確實(shí)蒙了，很長(zhǎng)時(shí)間找不到錯(cuò)，比較郁悶，心想必掛了，給的程序是一個(gè)字符串倒敘的算法，主要錯(cuò)誤有：字符串會(huì)有個(gè)'/o'所以在動(dòng)態(tài)分配內(nèi)存時(shí)，長(zhǎng)度要+1，動(dòng)態(tài)分配完后要判斷是否分配成功，程序結(jié)束后要free動(dòng)態(tài)分配的空間(這個(gè)很容易忘了)，倒轉(zhuǎn)字符串后要加上'/0'.5處錯(cuò)誤就找出2處，看來(lái)基礎(chǔ)還是不行，好的習(xí)慣沒養(yǎng)成。然后是問項(xiàng)目，這塊忽悠的還可以，所以被告知一面通過。

接下來(lái)是二面，群面。12人分兩組，先是自我介紹，說說優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)，愛好。優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)是主要的吧，面試官會(huì)即興提問，比如你說出一個(gè)缺點(diǎn)，他會(huì)說，舉個(gè)例子...然后是12人分兩組，6 vs 6辯論，我們的論題是愚公改移山還是搬家，然后討論，在討論的時(shí)候會(huì)有面試官在旁邊聽，一定要積極討論，再就是爭(zhēng)取第一個(gè)發(fā)言開題;第二個(gè)階段是辯論，這時(shí)候每個(gè)人只有一次發(fā)言機(jī)會(huì)，要注意聽別人和對(duì)方的觀點(diǎn)，做記錄，面試官可能會(huì)問你別人說了什么。第三個(gè)階段是面試官為難你了，他為難我讓我說出我方最有力的論點(diǎn)，以及給我方人馬按表現(xiàn)排序，這個(gè)比較郁悶。不過大膽的排序就是了,他還會(huì)問你的隊(duì)友對(duì)這個(gè)排序滿意否，以及會(huì)問被你排在后面的人有什么意見，之類，總之是各種為難人。

三面是性格測(cè)試，這個(gè)沒得準(zhǔn)備，一些題換著說法循環(huán)出現(xiàn)，讓你在3個(gè)問題里選一個(gè)最符合和最不符合。不少人過不了測(cè)試，華為這個(gè)比較扯。

1、商務(wù)英語(yǔ)專業(yè)

商務(wù)英語(yǔ)這個(gè)專業(yè)的名字聽起來(lái)很高大上，很多學(xué)生覺得自身英語(yǔ)能力還不錯(cuò)就會(huì)選擇這個(gè)專業(yè)，然而商務(wù)英語(yǔ)這個(gè)專業(yè)是相當(dāng)?shù)目拥?，很多就讀這個(gè)專業(yè)的學(xué)生畢業(yè)出來(lái)能找到的工作都是薪資待遇極差的，期間畢業(yè)就等同于失業(yè)，無(wú)奈之下這類專業(yè)學(xué)生都是選擇轉(zhuǎn)行。

2、工商管理專業(yè)

工商管理是一個(gè)著名的專業(yè)。很多學(xué)生在畢業(yè)初期看到這個(gè)專業(yè)的名字，以為畢業(yè)后可以管理一個(gè)企業(yè)或從事一些公司管理的工作。然而，現(xiàn)實(shí)是非常艱難的。無(wú)數(shù)本專業(yè)的學(xué)生畢業(yè)后找不到相應(yīng)的崗位，因?yàn)闆]有一家企業(yè)會(huì)把公司交給一個(gè)即將畢業(yè)的學(xué)生管理。即使找工作，也是一種端茶倒水的“雜工”。這種工作的薪水很低。

3、食品科學(xué)與工程專業(yè)

從20xx年起，中國(guó)食品工業(yè)增速?gòu)?0xx年的26%放緩至14%，隨后連續(xù)三年回落。然而，在大學(xué)里學(xué)了這樣一個(gè)專業(yè)之后很難找到工作。此外，食品類本科專業(yè)到食品企業(yè)就業(yè)時(shí)，只能從事質(zhì)量管理或市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷工作。這一時(shí)期，就業(yè)形勢(shì)不穩(wěn)定，工資水平不高。

This is really a great honor to have this opportunity, and I believe I can make good performance today. Now I will introduce myself briefly. I am 20 years old，born in Guangdong province, south of China, and I am a senior student at Guangdong **University. My major is English. And I will receive my bachelor degree after my graduation in June. In the past four years, I spent most of my time on study.

I passed CET4 and CET6 with a ease and acquired basic theoretical and practical knowledge of Language. Besides, I have attended several Speech competition held in Beijing, which really showed our professional advantages. I have taken a tour to some big factories and companies, through which I got a deep understanding of English for application. Compared to developed countries, unfortunately, although we have made extraordinary progress since , our packaging industry is still underdeveloped, messy and unstable, and the situation of employees in the field is awkward. I would like to tell you that this job is one of my lifelong goals. If I can work here,I will work hard. As to my character, I cannot describe it well, but I know I am optimistic and confident.
