青島理工大學(xué)新生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金評(píng)選細(xì)則

第一章 總則

第一條 為吸引優(yōu)秀生源報(bào)考我校，提高我校的社會(huì)知名度，鼓勵(lì)優(yōu)秀學(xué)生奮發(fā)成才，扶持優(yōu)秀困難學(xué)生順利完成學(xué)業(yè)，根據(jù)《青島理工大學(xué)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金管理辦法》，經(jīng)研究決定設(shè)立青島理工大學(xué)新生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金。

第二條 青島理工大學(xué)新生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金是學(xué)校設(shè)立的針對(duì)入學(xué)新生的最高獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金。

第二章 獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)設(shè)定及評(píng)選范圍

第三條 新生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金發(fā)放金額為每學(xué)年50萬(wàn)元。

第四條 新生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金根據(jù)當(dāng)年具體報(bào)考情況評(píng)選，分兩部分：

一、全額獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金，大致相當(dāng)于大學(xué)本科階段的學(xué)費(fèi)，15000元/人；

二、半額獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金，大致相當(dāng)于大學(xué)本科階段的學(xué)費(fèi)的一半，7000元/人。

第五條 評(píng)選范圍：當(dāng)年考入我校的本科新生。

第三章 評(píng)選條件

第六條 評(píng)選基本條件如下：

1、第一志愿報(bào)考我校；

2、高考成績(jī)特別優(yōu)秀，至少高于所在省、市、自治區(qū)我校分批次最低錄取分?jǐn)?shù)線40分以上（若我校在該省份有多批次錄取，則只針對(duì)最高錄取批次）；

3、高考成績(jī)優(yōu)秀，至少高于所在省、市、自治區(qū)我校分批次最低錄取分?jǐn)?shù)線20分以上，且家庭條件特別困難或遭遇重大天災(zāi)人禍（須有當(dāng)?shù)乜h級(jí)或以上民政部門(mén)蓋章的證明材料）；

4、高中期間曾獲得高層次獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)，如：全國(guó)中學(xué)生學(xué)科奧林匹克競(jìng)賽省賽區(qū)（競(jìng)賽范圍以教育部2009年普通高等學(xué)校招收保送生辦法中公布的競(jìng)賽名稱為準(zhǔn)）一等獎(jiǎng)以及全國(guó)決賽一、二、三等獎(jiǎng)獲得者；全國(guó)青少年科技創(chuàng)新大賽（含全國(guó)青少年生物和環(huán)境科學(xué)實(shí)踐活動(dòng)）或“明天小小科學(xué)家”獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)活動(dòng)或全國(guó)中小學(xué)電腦制作活動(dòng)一、二等獎(jiǎng)獲得者；在國(guó)際科學(xué)與工程大獎(jiǎng)賽或國(guó)際環(huán)境科研項(xiàng)目奧林匹克競(jìng)賽中獲獎(jiǎng)?wù)叩取?/p>

以上四條中第1條為必要條件，第2、3、4條中只須滿足一條即可申報(bào)。

第四章 評(píng)審及頒獎(jiǎng)

第七條

1、新生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金實(shí)行申報(bào)制，由考生本人直接向?qū)W校提出申請(qǐng)，并填寫(xiě)申請(qǐng)書(shū)。申請(qǐng)分三個(gè)階段，第一階段：從高考成績(jī)公布后到報(bào)志愿結(jié)束前；第二階段：志愿報(bào)考結(jié)束后到本科錄取結(jié)束前；第三階段：若仍有余額，新生報(bào)到后可繼續(xù)申請(qǐng)。

2、由學(xué)生工作處會(huì)同招生就業(yè)委員會(huì)辦公室提出建議名單報(bào)校獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金管理委員會(huì)主任審批。

3、招生就業(yè)委員會(huì)辦公室負(fù)責(zé)將學(xué)生獲獎(jiǎng)通知隨新生錄取通知書(shū)一起發(fā)放，獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金在學(xué)生報(bào)到后集中發(fā)放。

第八條 校獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金管理委員會(huì)主任有權(quán)直接提名新生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金獲獎(jiǎng)人選。

第九條 對(duì)未報(bào)到的獲獎(jiǎng)新生取消獲獎(jiǎng)資格，對(duì)弄虛作假的獲獎(jiǎng)新生取消獲獎(jiǎng)資格并追究責(zé)任。

第五章 附 則

第十條 本章程自公布之日起實(shí)施，由學(xué)生工作處負(fù)責(zé)解釋。
