假如我是社區(qū)主任。。

社區(qū)工作涉及面廣、內(nèi)容豐富，社區(qū)工作做的好與不好直接關(guān)系到廣大居民群眾的切身利益。而居委會主任是社區(qū)群眾的主要領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者和組織者，在社區(qū)建設(shè)中承擔(dān)著特別重要的責(zé)任。假如我是社區(qū)居委會主任，我會把為社區(qū)居民服務(wù)作為整個社區(qū)工作的根本點(diǎn)、出發(fā)點(diǎn)、落腳點(diǎn)，把社區(qū)工作開展得扎實(shí)有效，提高到一個新水平。所以，我要從以下幾方面著手：

一是要在服務(wù)上下工夫。豐富服務(wù)內(nèi)涵，創(chuàng)新服務(wù)機(jī)制,提高服務(wù)質(zhì)量，把社區(qū)工作做到居民的心坎上。怎么才能把工作做到居民心坎上呢？這就要求社區(qū)干部要利用一切機(jī)會融入到居民中，了解民情民意。我將在社區(qū)制作“X社區(qū)居民聯(lián)系卡”，社區(qū)人員從主任到一般工作人員要帶著各自分工的職責(zé)入戶，與居民交流、溝通，盡快熟悉轄區(qū)居民家庭的基本情況。

三是要在功能上再拓展。社區(qū)在服務(wù)居民的同時，還要在提高居民素質(zhì)和文明意識中發(fā)揮更大作用。社區(qū)要在宣傳群眾、教育群眾、組織群眾，提高居民素質(zhì)上不斷創(chuàng)新，賦予新的內(nèi)容，取得新的成效;

要在推進(jìn)基層民主，建設(shè)政治文明方面積極探索，有所作為。

四是隨著社會快速發(fā)展，加之國企改革和政府機(jī)構(gòu)改革的逐步深入，社區(qū)黨員的組成成份更加多元化，黨員中下崗失業(yè)人員、外來流動人員、企業(yè)改制分流人員都匯集到社區(qū)，由“單位人”轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)椤白匀蝗恕?，本社區(qū)黨員隊(duì)伍日益壯大，由原來的幾人發(fā)展到現(xiàn)在的35人，下崗、外來人員的增加，思想覺悟出現(xiàn)差異，因此，日常管理要求更高、難度也更大，在黨員大會及黨課講座學(xué)習(xí)時要注重加強(qiáng)這方面的引導(dǎo)和教育。

五是要繼續(xù)保持和加強(qiáng)與轄區(qū)單位的交流和聯(lián)系，在不影響街道大共建的前提下，與轄區(qū)單位開展“小共建”，改變社區(qū)居委會人員一上門不是攤派老鼠藥、就是收衛(wèi)生費(fèi)的形象。當(dāng)然，最終目的還是為了能夠更好地完成上級下達(dá)的各項(xiàng)任務(wù)。

六是要集思廣益加強(qiáng)社區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)，提高社區(qū)居民的生活水平;尋找、引進(jìn)一些手工編織類合作加工項(xiàng)目為社區(qū)大齡就業(yè)困難者提供幫助。

七是關(guān)注社區(qū)弱勢群體，在社區(qū)居委會醒目位置建一勞動保障宣傳專欄，將辦事流程、下崗失業(yè)人員可享受的優(yōu)惠政策、職業(yè)介紹幫扶公示等上專欄，讓他們及時了解和掌握。

作為一名居委會主任，不僅要建設(shè)好社區(qū)、服務(wù)好居民，而且還要處理好以下三個關(guān)系：

1、處理好與基層人民政府及其派出機(jī)構(gòu)的關(guān)系。街道辦事處及其科室是基層人民政府的派出機(jī)構(gòu)，其與社區(qū)居委會是指導(dǎo)與協(xié)助的關(guān)系。作為一名居委會主任，應(yīng)虛心接受辦事處及其職能科室的指導(dǎo)，經(jīng)常向其匯報和反映本轄區(qū)居民的工作、生活和遇到的困難，爭取支持和幫助。

2、處理好居委會與黨組織的關(guān)系。社區(qū)居委會是在社區(qū)黨組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下開展工作的。作為一名居委會主任，首先應(yīng)該處理好與黨支部書記之間的關(guān)系。行政工作要勤向書記匯報，遇事多多與其商議，爭取支持與幫助,切忌獨(dú)斷專行。

3、處理好社區(qū)居委會與物業(yè)管理部門的關(guān)系。在社區(qū)管理工作當(dāng)中，物業(yè)與居委會是緊密聯(lián)系，相輔相成的，需要雙方積極配合。一旦發(fā)生問題，對物業(yè)管理部門要以協(xié)商的口吻，講清利害關(guān)系，耐心地予以監(jiān)督指導(dǎo)，能夠幫忙的盡量幫忙。解決問題時盡量避免發(fā)生正面沖突。

總之，千句萬句一句話：要全心全意為居民服務(wù)；千件萬件一件事：要把社區(qū)建成安居樂業(yè)的美好家園。
