客人必須提供的真實(shí)資料：

1.因私護(hù)照原件，護(hù)照末頁(yè)要有本人簽名；有效期至少要持續(xù)到申請(qǐng)人計(jì)劃從加拿大離境

后的一個(gè)月；如有舊護(hù)照請(qǐng)一并提供。

2.四張最近六個(gè)月內(nèi)拍攝的護(hù)照相尺寸的照片并用清晰的印刷體拼音在每張照片后面注

明申請(qǐng)人姓名及出生日期（日/月/年）

3.清晰完整填寫(xiě)報(bào)名表（報(bào)名表、家屬表、教育及就業(yè)細(xì)節(jié)表，詳見(jiàn)后附3套表格）

4.公司營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照復(fù)印件和單位簡(jiǎn)介（成立時(shí)間、性質(zhì)、規(guī)模、產(chǎn)品、效益等）；工職人員

11.說(shuō)明訪問(wèn)理由的邀請(qǐng)信

12.附有邀請(qǐng)人家庭成員的清單

13.邀請(qǐng)人的收入及財(cái)政狀況證明，須為來(lái)自于加拿大的獨(dú)立第三方性質(zhì)的文件，可靠并且

易核實(shí)（例如但不僅限于：加拿大稅務(wù)總局出具的評(píng)估報(bào)告，顯示收入情況的雇傭證明信，繳款存根，銀行對(duì)賬單，執(zhí)業(yè)專業(yè)人士出具的T4 或財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表）。

如果邀請(qǐng)人在學(xué)，學(xué)校出具的錄取信及/或成績(jī)單。

14.與加拿大邀請(qǐng)人的關(guān)系證明（例如出生證/結(jié)婚證/通信證明的復(fù)印件）

15.如果退休，注明申請(qǐng)人退休金的退休證明

請(qǐng)注意，如果支付了多次入境簽證費(fèi)用、但是簽證官只考慮簽發(fā)了一個(gè)單次入境簽證，費(fèi)用差異不予退還。并且，任何撤銷或被拒簽的申請(qǐng)受理費(fèi)也不予退還。
