高中英語教學工作總結(jié)

時間流逝，高一第二學期已然結(jié)束。在這一學期里，我在英語教學，備課，批改作業(yè)，以及輔導(dǎo)學生方面都做了一些新的學習和嘗試。同時自己也學習了許多先進的教學理+念，進一步深化了專業(yè)知識。對于新課程改革也有了更深一步的學習。新課程改革，是一次深刻的改革，新課改倡導(dǎo)全人教育，強調(diào)課程要促進每個學生身心健康的發(fā)展，培養(yǎng)學生良好的品質(zhì)和終身學習的能力，新課改倡導(dǎo)建設(shè)性學習，注重科學探究的學習，關(guān)注體驗性學習，提倡交流與合作、自主創(chuàng)新學習，課程改革的成敗關(guān)鍵在于教師，教師是課程改革的實施者，作為教師的我必須做好充分的準備，學習新課程改革理論，更新教學觀念，迎接新課改的挑戰(zhàn)。從上學期開始,在全國上下刮起了”杜郎口風”,在全國掀起了一場 ”杜郎口教學模式”改革，經(jīng)過研究和探索，我認為”杜郎口教學模式”之所以在全國推廣，有其特殊性和先進性，另外，我也清醒地認識到，任何一種先進的教學模式和先進經(jīng)驗都不能照搬，必須結(jié)合自己的實際情況，因此，為了將杜朗口先進經(jīng)驗和本校實際想結(jié)合，我進行了一系列探索。所以，下面簡單地回顧一下開學以來在這些方面所做的一些英語教學工作。

一、面向全體學生，為學生全面發(fā)展和終身發(fā)展奠定基礎(chǔ)。

1、創(chuàng)設(shè)各種情景，鼓勵學生大膽地使用英語，對他們在學習過程中的失誤和錯誤采取寬容的態(tài)度。

2、為學生提供自主學習和直接交流的機會，以及充分表現(xiàn)和 1

自我發(fā)展的一個空間。

3、鼓勵學生通過體驗、實踐、合作、探索等方式，發(fā)展聽、說、讀、寫的綜合能力。

4、創(chuàng)造條件讓學生能夠探究他們自己的一些問題，并自主解決問題。

二、關(guān)注學生情感，營造民主、和諧的教學氣氛。

學生只有對自己、對英語及其文化有積極的情態(tài)，才能保持英語學習的動力并取得成績，刻板的情態(tài)，不僅會影響到英語學習的效果，還會影響其它方面的發(fā)展，情態(tài)是學好英語的重要因素，因此我努力營造寬松、民主、和諧的教學空間，做到：

1、尊重每個學生，積極鼓勵他們在學習中的嘗試，保護他們的自尊心和積極性。

2、把英語教學與情態(tài)有機地結(jié)合起來，創(chuàng)造各種合作學習的活動，促進學生互相學習，互相幫助，體驗成就感，發(fā)展合作精神。

3、關(guān)注學習有困難的或性格內(nèi)向的學習，盡可能地為他們創(chuàng)造語言的機會。

4、建立融洽、民主的師生交流渠道，經(jīng)常和學生一起反思學習過程和學習效果，互相鼓勵和幫助，做到教學相輔。

三、加強對學生學習策略的指導(dǎo)，讓他們在學習和使用的過程中，逐步學會如何學習，做到：

1、積極創(chuàng)造條件，讓學生參與到階段性學習目標，以及給他們介紹實現(xiàn)目標的方法。

2、引導(dǎo)學生結(jié)合語境，采用推測、查閱和協(xié)調(diào)的方法進行學習。

3、引導(dǎo)學生在學習過程中，進行自我評價，并根據(jù)需要調(diào)整自己的學習目標和學習策略。

新課程改革不是紙上談兵，它必須要與實踐相結(jié)合，所以，我將繼續(xù)努力學習，積極進取，積極參與課程改革，在課改中不斷學習，不斷實踐，不斷反思，愿與新課程共同成長。
