三、頒發(fā)學(xué)士學(xué)位證書是一項(xiàng)嚴(yán)肅的工作，學(xué)位授予單位必須嚴(yán)格按照《中華人民共和國(guó)學(xué)位條例暫行實(shí)施辦法》的有關(guān)規(guī)定和國(guó)務(wù)院學(xué)位委員會(huì)、國(guó)家教育委員會(huì)的有關(guān)要求，嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行學(xué)士學(xué)位授予標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，頒發(fā)學(xué)士學(xué)位證書。

1.學(xué)士學(xué)位證書須由學(xué)位授予單位的學(xué)位評(píng)定委員會(huì)作出同意授予學(xué)士學(xué)位決定后，方能發(fā)給學(xué)士學(xué)位獲得者。

2.學(xué)士學(xué)位證書須由學(xué)位授予單位的學(xué)位評(píng)定委員會(huì)按不同的學(xué)士學(xué)位授予對(duì)象分別編號(hào)，并組織專人用毛筆或鋼筆，正楷填寫，加蓋學(xué)位授予單位的鋼印(個(gè)別單位沒(méi)有鋼印的可蓋紅色單位印章)，由學(xué)位評(píng)定委員會(huì)主席簽字后，方為有效。

3.學(xué)士學(xué)位證書是表明學(xué)位獲得者在學(xué)術(shù)上已達(dá)到學(xué)士學(xué)位水平的證件，不得作其他用途。如發(fā)現(xiàn)證書有涂改者，不再有效。

4.如發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)士學(xué)位獲得者有不符合條件的，由學(xué)位授予單位的學(xué)位評(píng)定委員會(huì)作出撤銷授予其學(xué)士學(xué)位的決定，并收回已發(fā)的學(xué)士學(xué)位證書。

5.學(xué)士學(xué)位一般不予補(bǔ)授，學(xué)士學(xué)位證書一般也不予補(bǔ)發(fā)。

四、各學(xué)位授予單位領(lǐng)取空白學(xué)士學(xué)位證書后，應(yīng)指定專人妥為保管，防止損壞和丟失。對(duì)發(fā)出的學(xué)士學(xué)位證書，應(yīng)有登記(包括證書編號(hào)，姓名，性別，出生年月，所在系和所學(xué)專業(yè)，就學(xué)時(shí)間和學(xué)制的年限，授予學(xué)位的學(xué)科門類、日期，發(fā)證日期，經(jīng)辦人等)。

五、授予來(lái)華留學(xué)本科畢業(yè)生學(xué)士學(xué)位對(duì)發(fā)給他們相應(yīng)的學(xué)士學(xué)位證書外，同時(shí)給英文或法文譯文副本。

六、關(guān)于學(xué)士學(xué)位證書訂購(gòu)工作。

學(xué)士學(xué)位證書由學(xué)位授予單位統(tǒng)一到國(guó)家教育委員會(huì)學(xué)位辦公室訂購(gòu)。由于時(shí)間等原因，此次僅辦理1992屆學(xué)士學(xué)位證書的訂購(gòu)工作。具體訂購(gòu)辦法是：

1.各學(xué)位授予單位按1992屆擬授予學(xué)士學(xué)位的不同對(duì)象的人數(shù)，填寫征訂單(附后)通過(guò)銀行將款匯到：工商銀行北京分行營(yíng)業(yè)部，收款單位：國(guó)家教育委員會(huì)機(jī)關(guān)服務(wù)公司，帳號(hào)：890647一57;或通過(guò)郵局將款匯到：國(guó)家教育委員會(huì)學(xué)位辦公室，地址：北京西單大木倉(cāng)胡同35號(hào)。匯款時(shí)請(qǐng)注明“訂購(gòu)學(xué)士證書”字樣。

2013年江西財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)自學(xué)考試本科畢業(yè)生申請(qǐng)學(xué)士學(xué)位須知

一、學(xué)士學(xué)位申請(qǐng)時(shí)間

根據(jù)有關(guān)規(guī)定，學(xué)位授予的對(duì)象必須是應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生。因此，自考本科畢業(yè)生在我校申請(qǐng)學(xué)士學(xué)位的時(shí)間是：上半年（6月份）畢業(yè)的應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生只能于當(dāng)年的9月12日至9月22日申請(qǐng)學(xué)士學(xué)位；下半年（12月份）畢業(yè)的應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生只能于次年的3月12日至3月22日申請(qǐng)學(xué)士學(xué)位。逾期不予受理。

二、學(xué)士學(xué)位申請(qǐng)資格

1、已取得高等教育自學(xué)考試本科畢業(yè)證書的應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生。

2、參加全省成人（自學(xué)考試）本科學(xué)生申請(qǐng)學(xué)士學(xué)位外語(yǔ)考試且成績(jī)合格（學(xué)位外語(yǔ)統(tǒng)考總分≥60分，其中非英語(yǔ)專業(yè)主觀題≥13分，英語(yǔ)專業(yè)主觀題≥16分）。

三、需提交的申請(qǐng)材料

1、身份證原件、復(fù)印件；

2、主干課程、學(xué)位外語(yǔ)、學(xué)位課程的成績(jī)單或合格證的原件、復(fù)印件；
