煙臺(tái)大學(xué)外語(yǔ)學(xué)院英語(yǔ)專業(yè)本科畢業(yè)論文寫作規(guī)范

根據(jù)煙臺(tái)大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)論文寫作規(guī)范，結(jié)合英語(yǔ)專業(yè)特點(diǎn)，特制定我院英語(yǔ)專業(yè)本科畢業(yè)論文寫作規(guī)范，具體如下：

1、字?jǐn)?shù)：一般在4000詞至5000英文詞之間；

2、論文應(yīng)該依次包括封面、扉頁(yè)、致謝、摘要（中英文摘要及其對(duì)應(yīng)關(guān)鍵詞）、目錄、正文、參考文獻(xiàn)（先英文，后中文，以作者的姓氏按字母或拼音順序排列）。

畢業(yè)論文裝訂順序：封面，扉頁(yè)，任務(wù)書(shū)，致謝，英文摘要、關(guān)鍵詞，中文摘要、關(guān)鍵詞，目錄，正文，參考文獻(xiàn)，指導(dǎo)教師評(píng)審表，評(píng)閱人評(píng)審表，答辯評(píng)審表，封底

3、論文須包括引言(Introduction)，正文，結(jié)語(yǔ)(Conclusion)。

論文題目一般不超過(guò)20字，太長(zhǎng)時(shí)，應(yīng)該縮短，可加副標(biāo)題。

4、版式：A4紙張（21x 29.7cm）

邊距： 上下邊距各3cm

左邊距：2.5cm；右邊距2cm

頁(yè)眉（3號(hào)字，隸書(shū)）：加“煙臺(tái)大學(xué)畢業(yè)論文”字樣，居中，從acknowledgements開(kāi)始到bibliography

漢語(yǔ)字體：宋體

英語(yǔ)字體：Times New Roman

一級(jí)標(biāo)題：三號(hào)字體（沿版面左側(cè)邊線頂格安排，與下文空一行）

二級(jí)標(biāo)題：小三號(hào)字體（同上）

三級(jí)標(biāo)題：四號(hào)字體（沿版面左側(cè)邊線頂格安排，與下文不空行）

四級(jí)標(biāo)題：小四號(hào)字體（同上）

三級(jí)標(biāo)題以上（不含三級(jí)標(biāo)題）的內(nèi)容與下一標(biāo)題間空一行。

英文標(biāo)題一律用粗體（Boldface）中文標(biāo)題一律用黑體。

每一段開(kāi)頭縮進(jìn)四個(gè)英文字符的位置，段與段之間不空行。

6、參考文獻(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)行時(shí)第二行需空格：英文空4個(gè)字符；漢語(yǔ)空兩個(gè)漢字。

7.頁(yè)碼的標(biāo)注：內(nèi)封、致謝不標(biāo)頁(yè)碼；摘要、目錄標(biāo)頁(yè)碼，用小羅馬字，居中；其余部分

用阿拉伯?dāng)?shù)字標(biāo)注，居中。（參見(jiàn)目錄部分）

內(nèi)容空一行；內(nèi)容小四字，行間距：1.5。關(guān)鍵詞臺(tái)頭與摘要內(nèi)容空一行，小四號(hào)字(Times New Roman)，加黑，關(guān)鍵詞（3-5個(gè)）之間用逗號(hào)隔開(kāi)；內(nèi)容小四號(hào)字。

12、中文摘要：另起一頁(yè)。臺(tái)頭三號(hào)字，黑體，居中，與內(nèi)容空一行；內(nèi)容字體：宋體；

字號(hào)：小四；行間距：1.5。中文關(guān)鍵詞與英文關(guān)鍵詞要對(duì)應(yīng)，其間用分號(hào)隔開(kāi)。

13、目錄：另起一頁(yè)。臺(tái)頭三號(hào)字，(Times New Roman)、加黑且居中，與內(nèi)容空一行；內(nèi)

容小四字，行間距：1.5。致謝、摘要、每章一級(jí)標(biāo)題、參考文獻(xiàn)都要加黑。

14、參考文獻(xiàn)總體要求：

1）英文文獻(xiàn)排列在前，中文文獻(xiàn)排列在后。

2）英文文獻(xiàn)按第一作者姓氏的英文字母順序排列。

3）中文文獻(xiàn)按第一作者姓名的漢語(yǔ)拼音順序排列。

4）文中所有的引文和所引用的數(shù)據(jù)都要有出處，出處用夾注的方式注明，如（Chomsky,1992:82），所有的出處信息都要落實(shí)到參考文獻(xiàn)中。
