1、以有效備課為先導(dǎo)

三.教材簡要分析
《新課標(biāo)英語》八年級(下冊),全書共有十個單元。本教材各單元話題靈活,貼近生活實際。本冊書將學(xué)習(xí)的一些語法知識點有:一般將來時、過去進行時、現(xiàn)在完成時、間接引語、時間狀語從句、條件狀語從句、反意疑問句等。同時每個單元后都提供了一篇閱讀文章,用以訓(xùn)練學(xué)生的閱讀能力,擴大
學(xué)生的閱讀量。
四、學(xué)情簡要分析
初二年級共6個班,學(xué)生人數(shù)249名。通過初一年半的英語學(xué)習(xí),大多數(shù)學(xué)生已能聽懂有關(guān)熟悉話題的語段和簡短的故事。能與教師或同學(xué)就熟悉的話題交換信息。能讀懂短篇故事,能寫便條和簡單的書信。但由于各種因素的影響,學(xué)生發(fā)展參差不齊。有少數(shù)學(xué)生因為基礎(chǔ)不夠好,學(xué)習(xí)很吃力而自暴自棄,有的因此擾亂課堂次序,這給教學(xué)帶來不少困難。
五、提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量的可行措施及教改措施:
(一)、面向全體學(xué)生,注重素質(zhì)教育。
(二)、以學(xué)生為主體,尊重學(xué)生個體差異。
(三)、采用活動途徑,倡導(dǎo)體驗與參與。

(三)又是一年春來到,不過這個春天對于八年級學(xué)生來說,卻非常獨特。因為三個月后,同學(xué)們將迎來地理,生物兩門學(xué)科的中考。初中階段的角逐真正拉開了帷幕,好戲已開始上演。面對這樣的大形勢,該如何理順作為基礎(chǔ)學(xué)科的英語教學(xué)思路,也尤為重要。
一、形式分析:時間緊迫,任務(wù)繁重。

本冊共10個單元。聽力的內(nèi)容較
以前復(fù)雜,但更強調(diào)語境。2d 的對話篇幅和以前一樣,但內(nèi)容充實,語言點,短語較以前多。閱讀增加一篇。sectionA 3a 的閱讀篇幅不大,語言難度不大。section B 的閱讀文章有一定深度。
總之,八年級下的語言綜合運用能力要求更高。不過,值得高興的是,由于一年半的積累,大家已經(jīng)對英語中詞的分類有了認(rèn)識和掌握,對于簡單句的結(jié)構(gòu)已經(jīng)能掌握,對于基本的語法知識能夠做到了解。勇于開口說英語的意識,勇于閱讀的意識都在增強,許多同學(xué)能夠用英語表達(dá)思想。對于做題的思路有了一定的認(rèn)識和掌握。
3、課時安排:平均7天一個單元。期中考試前學(xué)習(xí)units1-5 期中考試后學(xué)習(xí)units6-10。期中考試前和期末考試前幾乎沒有時間復(fù)習(xí)。
二、學(xué)情分析:都有升學(xué)愿望,層次劃分卻更明確。
1,通過調(diào)查,班級45名同學(xué)的家長99%都有意愿讓孩子升入高中學(xué)習(xí)。
80%的學(xué)生升入高中的意愿明確。15%的孩子意愿強烈。剩下的學(xué)生還處于游離狀態(tài)。如果不在開學(xué)階段做好情緒鋪墊,這些孩子中會有一部分因為情緒緊張陷于焦灼狀態(tài),不利于學(xué)習(xí)。
2,不可否認(rèn),學(xué)生層次劃分更加明顯。100分以上的同學(xué)由于一年半的積累和扎根,形成良好的習(xí)慣和一定的能力,這便是他們在今后的學(xué)習(xí)中正能量,使得他們今后的學(xué)習(xí)比較輕松,步子越來越快。80-100分的學(xué)生會再次分化。不及格的同學(xué)在學(xué)習(xí)上會有更大的困難,在英語方面并不表現(xiàn)在接受能力上,而是由于落下太多基礎(chǔ)知識,造成了時間上的不足,完全無法利用課堂資源。加之本學(xué)期時間緊迫,課下時間資源有限,所以勢必形成惡性循環(huán)。
三、解決方案:找準(zhǔn)方向,充分利用課堂。讓勇氣,自信和拼搏為理想保駕護航。
1、理念
學(xué)生方面:
更新理念,變被動“學(xué)習(xí)”課本為主動“利用”課本。層次高的學(xué)生要發(fā)展自己的語言綜合運用能力。聽力要能在語境下聽,能盲聽跟讀??谡Z要能熟練運用主動利用課堂和學(xué)生資源。找好搭檔是個好方法。閱讀要充分利用課堂,積極思考,當(dāng)堂復(fù)述。要做好課前準(zhǔn)備,主要是一些思想方面的。課上是語言方面的。課下是語言和寫作方面的??傊岣咚季S能力和語言能力。層次不高的同學(xué),更應(yīng)利用好本冊課本,找回落下的單詞,短語和用法。那不是“努力”二字所能包含的。2d和3a要會背誦和默寫。聽力材料要熟讀。2b要熟讀,自選段落背誦。
教師方面:
多做思想動員,多做指導(dǎo),集體指導(dǎo)和個別指導(dǎo)相結(jié)合。利用小組合作,引進競爭機制。
