為了培養(yǎng)小學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語口語的興趣，提高學(xué)生英語口語能力，促使教師關(guān)注口語教學(xué)，根據(jù)本學(xué)期小學(xué)英語教研計劃，將在本學(xué)期末舉行2011年桐鄉(xiāng)市小學(xué)英語口語比賽?，F(xiàn)將方案公布如下，具體比賽通知日后再發(fā)。

一、比賽年級：五年級

二、參賽人員選拔

（1）校級選拔比賽由各校自行組織。

（2）市級比賽：根據(jù)年報數(shù)，班級數(shù)在5個以內(nèi)的，每校1位選手；超過5個班的，每校2位選手。

三、比賽方式：

（1）比賽分為2部分。選手先進(jìn)入第一賽場，參加第一部分競賽；然后進(jìn)入第二賽場，參加第二部分競賽。

（2）第一部分（50分。3分鐘。）篇章朗讀和造句。

朗讀：內(nèi)容源自五年級教材（上、下冊）中各單元的對話和閱讀材料。（partc和recycle的內(nèi)容除外。）約30秒內(nèi)可以完成。

造句：共需要造5個句子。每一小題給出2個詞匯。所造的句子必須包括這兩個詞匯，并且必須為句子給出理由（用because）。例如：

（3）第二部分（50分。3分鐘。）單詞朗讀和看圖說話。

單詞朗讀：朗讀10個單詞。所給單詞在教材中沒有出現(xiàn)過，但是可以根據(jù)學(xué)生已有的語音知識推測出發(fā)音的。

看圖說話：看一幅圖片，說出至少5個句子，或者形成一個小篇章。

四、評分項目

（1）篇章朗讀（20分）：語音正確、重音合理、朗讀流暢。綜合評分。

（2）造句（30分）：用到所給詞匯。because之前語法正確。because之后合理、豐富、有創(chuàng)造性等。分小題評分。

（3）單詞朗讀（20分）：能根據(jù)基本發(fā)音規(guī)律，正確朗讀單詞。分小題評分。

（4）看圖說話（30分）：語句數(shù)量，語句難度，邏輯合理，富有聯(lián)想，……。綜合評分。

五、獎項設(shè)置（1）參加市級比賽的選手中，40%為桐鄉(xiāng)市一等獎，60%為桐鄉(xiāng)市二等獎。

校級選拔比賽中，除參加桐鄉(xiāng)市級比賽的選手，另外上報2位學(xué)生，為桐鄉(xiāng)市三等獎。

六、其他事項

（1）每個部分的比賽中，只有開始和結(jié)束的提示音，中間無提示。需要選手自行把握進(jìn)程。
