英國有一句諺語說“誠為上策”。它說明了誠的重要性。

如果我們的身體不強壯，我們做事的精神一定會十分遲鈍。而且同時，我們也缺少足夠的精力來讀書。疾病只為侵擊體弱的人而不是強壯的人。
