Now I am a Teacher

When I was a student, I was always wondering, if one day I was a teacher, how could I treat my students.Today my dream finally come true and I am an English teacher now.Standing on the platform, looking at those pairs of pure and curious eyes, I can't help feeling the burden from my shoulders, and I can't help recalling my childhood.As for me, an English major student, learning English is an interesting thing, because I was interested in that at that time.Meanwhile, when I was a primary student, I came across an excellent English teacher who opened the door of learning this magical language.From this point of view, teachers are so important for the language learning, especially for the basic period.As the saying goes, teachers are just like candles in the dark, and the lighthouse in the ocean, which can show the way for the lost and lead them to success.Today, it's my great honor to be a member of this great team.Although I'm not experienced enough, I believe that after a few years I can change myself into an successful teacher because of my youth and my enthusiasm.Young teachers are easier to get close to students, to communicate with them, and to make friends with them.The teacher-student relationship means not only the separate role of teachers and students but also friends, even elder sister and brothers.We, adult, cannot only think by our perspective.We should try to understand the way they think and be interested in what they are talking about.Don’t think they are childish, hi, we used to be just like them, aren’t we？

One of my teacher once told me some useful words which I will remember for my whole life.She said that your personality is as important as your scholarship.You must be enthusiastic.You must never teach anything you are not interested in.You should be an actor when you are standing on the platform.And you should not be afraid to express your feelings and express your likes and dislikes.You must like your students and respect them.And on the other side you must also respect yourself and take pride in your work.Otherwise, you won't win respect from them.A successful teacher should be kind, encouraging, and helpful and she should motivate her students to seek knowledge, she should see her students as individuals and acknowledge their differences, and meanwhile she grows, learns, and improves herself along with her students.There is still a long way for me to go, a new teacher.The students are my motivation to improve myself.Ladies and gentlemen, I want to become excellent, and I hope even more that, please give more care to our students, because they are the younger us!

如今我是一名教師

當(dāng)我還是學(xué)生的時(shí)候，我常常會(huì)想，如果有一天成為老師，我會(huì)怎樣對(duì)待我的學(xué)生呢？如今我的夢(mèng)想成真，現(xiàn)在的我成為一名新教師，英語(yǔ)教師。

站在三尺講臺(tái)，望著臺(tái)下一雙雙純凈又充滿好奇渴求知識(shí)的眼睛時(shí)，不由得感到肩負(fù)的重任，不禁回想起我的童年，我的學(xué)生時(shí)代。對(duì)于我這樣一個(gè)學(xué)英語(yǔ)專業(yè)的學(xué)生，學(xué)英語(yǔ)是樂(lè)事，正是出于對(duì)這門語(yǔ)言的星期與喜愛(ài)。當(dāng)我還是一個(gè)小學(xué)生的時(shí)候，我遇到了一位出色的英語(yǔ)老師，她是我的啟蒙老師，她為我打開了學(xué)習(xí)這門神奇語(yǔ)言的大門。由此可見(jiàn)，教師對(duì)于語(yǔ)言學(xué)習(xí)的重要性，尤其是基礎(chǔ)階段。

教師是黑夜里的燭光，是海洋里的燈塔，他為那些迷路的人指明方向，帶領(lǐng)他們走向成功。如今，很榮幸我能成為這個(gè)偉大隊(duì)伍中的一員。盡管現(xiàn)在的我還是那么的經(jīng)驗(yàn)不足，我相信幾年之后我也能跟成為一名優(yōu)秀的教師，因?yàn)槲业哪贻p我的熱情。

年輕教師更容易走近學(xué)生，去和他們交流，和他們交朋友。師生關(guān)系不僅僅是教師與學(xué)生的各自身份，還有姐姐與弟弟妹妹之間的親密關(guān)系。我們成年人不能只從自己的角度看問(wèn)題，二是試著去理解他們所想，讓自己感興趣于他們的話題。不要認(rèn)為他們稚氣，嗨，我們?cè)?jīng)也想他們一樣，不是嗎？

一位老師曾經(jīng)告訴了我一些能夠受益終身的真理。她說(shuō)，作為教師，你的人格魅力和你的學(xué)識(shí)一樣重要。你必須滿懷熱情。當(dāng)你站上講臺(tái)，你就是一個(gè)演員，盡情的表達(dá)你的想法。你必須熱愛(ài)且尊重你的學(xué)生，同時(shí)尊重自己，為你的職業(yè)感到自豪，否則，就不能從學(xué)生那兒獲得尊重。

一位成功的教師是親切，鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生，幫助每個(gè)學(xué)生，啟發(fā)學(xué)生去探尋知識(shí)。她把每個(gè)學(xué)生看做不同的個(gè)體，正確看待學(xué)生的差異，同時(shí)她和學(xué)生一同學(xué)習(xí)，一同學(xué)習(xí)，一同進(jìn)步。

對(duì)于我這樣一個(gè)新人，仍然有一段漫長(zhǎng)且艱難的路要走。學(xué)生就是我前進(jìn)的動(dòng)力，努力讓自己變得更優(yōu)秀的動(dòng)力。我希望變得出色，更希望我們教師都能夠給孩子更多的關(guān)愛(ài)，因?yàn)樗麄兙褪悄暧椎奈覀儯?/p>
