出國旅游必備小知識

出國旅游因為所去的目的地不同需要注意的東西不盡相同，此處提醒一些共性常識

1、注射疫苗不可少。為避免各種傳染疾病，旅游前可參考旅游地點的環(huán)境，于出發(fā)前施打必要的預(yù)防針，如：流感疫苗、A型及B型肝炎疫苗、破傷風(fēng)、白喉等疫苗，以及服用防瘧藥物等，以避免傳染疾病。

2、做好充足的準(zhǔn)備工作。了解目的地的貨幣、語言、天氣，當(dāng)?shù)氐幕厩闆r是必須掌握的。旅客可以通過上網(wǎng)查詢，一定要掌握當(dāng)?shù)氐沫h(huán)境衛(wèi)生和疫情資料，備好充足的物品以備不時之需。

3、了解當(dāng)?shù)仫L(fēng)俗。畢竟不同種族不同文化，了解尊重別人的風(fēng)俗是必須的，一不小心犯了別人的禁忌會遭遇無法預(yù)料的尷尬。像泰國小孩的頭摸不得，印度的小孩您抱不得。在新加坡街頭隨地吐痰、亂扔廢物，高額的罰款會讓你大吃一驚。

4、到達目的地后，如有時差，多曬曬太陽可緩解一下時差。

5、到飯店拿張卡片。到一個陌生的地方難免會遇到語言不同、道路不熟的尷尬。如果迷路而又語言不同時有一張飯店的卡片你就萬事ok了。

6、身上帶錢要適量。在國外單獨上街，身上不要帶太多現(xiàn)金，商場購物可以刷卡。

7、隨身攜帶護照。在國外護照就像是你的身份證，只要行動

一定要帶證件在身上，一來備警察的抽查，二來在一些場合需要你出示身份證明。

前段時間，一則事件始終占據(jù)著驢友間聊天的話題：一個叫魏茵的女孩獨自行走川藏，在滇川交界處失蹤兩個多月，最終證實在云南迪慶（準(zhǔn)確是從中甸到稻城的路途中）遭劫殺。當(dāng)消息傳來，微博上許多女性網(wǎng)友表示痛心的同時，對自己獨自出游的計劃也開始猶豫起來很多女生向往一個人獨自旅行，對旅行充滿了期待，但是在真的下定決心去的時候，是否考慮過獨自旅行時自己的安危。這些是作為獨自旅行必須要考慮的（我建議女孩還是不要獨自旅行的好）。所以女孩們在選擇獨自旅行時一定要慎重。至少必要的安全知識以及對目的地的了解要做到很好的把握。當(dāng)然，也有一些女孩并不在意這些。也有很多人說，與其逃避不如把它當(dāng)成是一次安全上的反思。學(xué)會如何在遇到危機時運用所學(xué)的知識解救自己。

驢友錦囊獨行女孩旅途謹(jǐn)記“七不要”：

第一、不建議“不走尋常路，只愛陌生人”

曾經(jīng)，這句動人的標(biāo)語，讓我們熱血沸騰。仔細審視下，它不太對頭。與不尋常的人生感受，超常規(guī)體驗更珍貴相比，我們每次遠行都能平安歸來更重要。面對大自然美麗的**，生命更重要。必須在足夠安全下，再去探索未知。不要輕涉險境，把自己

陷入孤立無援的境地。

對于陌生人，我們除了愛與關(guān)懷，更要時刻戒備，保持適當(dāng)警覺性。好人壞人，并不是永遠的。我覺得壞人多數(shù)情況不是壞人，只是在犯罪環(huán)境成熟的前提下，被**的好人。

所以，作為獨行的女生，一定要足夠理性，先把所有人當(dāng)壞人對待，可能更安全。舉個例子，一個人在陌生地方遇到驢友，可以適當(dāng)交流，但對于自己更多的信息，務(wù)必保留。驢友也有好壞，曾經(jīng)看到有常年漂在路上的驢，對驢友下手，偷錢騙財。

第二、不要在旅途中輕易露財

要確保安全，最主要的一點就是財不外露。川藏線自行車車友，一般都會口口相傳，在某些地方，會遭遇搶劫。我曾聽人說過，某游客帶著上萬元的相機獨自拍照，遇上劫匪，被搶一空。所以，獨自旅行的女生，把自己打扮得越接近當(dāng)?shù)厝松钏疁?zhǔn)，越安全；而端著長槍短炮，掏出最新款蘋果手機，背著電腦，衣服又艷又貴，很可能成為壞人眼中的肥羊。

別人炫富，我就裝窮。裝窮在路上才不會讓人得紅眼病，傷害自己。比如，在加德滿都住旅館，寄存時服務(wù)員每天都要打聽我筆記本電腦的價格。當(dāng)時我的購買價是1.6萬元，我告訴他，也就二三千人民幣，并且現(xiàn)在連這個價都不值，也就１０００來元吧。服務(wù)員聽了，指著他們的電腦說，這個都比你的貴。

如果我發(fā)現(xiàn)誰關(guān)注我的行李，都會簡單不引注意地與對方聊會兒，然后像自嘲般地說，自己是僅能溫飽的旅游者。所以，我的背包用了多年，登山鞋被狗啃過多次也都一直穿著。我會夸對方比我富有，“瞧我，多寒酸。”讓別人開心，就是減少他們害你的心。曾經(jīng)遇到有人問我一天花費多少。如果是青年旅社同房間的驢友，我多數(shù)會詳細如實匯報。但如果僅是在火車或汽車上的同路人相問，我就會虛報，撿最便宜的說。另外，如果對方說我用的東西好，我會說，買時貴，但電子?xùn)|西就是買時貴，拿到手上就折價，現(xiàn)在你去買，300塊錢買的比我這個還好。這不是忽悠人，而是自保。

在戶外，如果獨身一個人，建議不要背單反，最簡單的機型是避免傷害的一個小措施。有攝友說，拍美麗風(fēng)景是人生追求之一，必要拿單反。我也覺得矛盾，我一個人時，是將單反放到背包里的，不厭其煩地掏出來，放進去，再掏出來，放進去。我擔(dān)心要是不放在背包里，只有我一人時容易成為別人下手的對象。曾經(jīng)在瀘沽湖徒步，早上8點，一人從里格往大嘴村走，山路上空寂，只有鳥鳴，半個多小時才會有一輛摩托車經(jīng)過。每當(dāng)聽到摩托車響，我都會把單反收起來，或藏在黑外套里面，背靠著山體，看著來車方向，目送他們走遠。直到中午，人多起來，我才掛著單反走路。

第三、不要暴露自己是一個人旅行

我覺得魏茵小妹妹有好多次可以自救的機會，都讓她錯失了。比如加油站旁，可以和工作人員多聊一聊，問問目的地情況，多說話多留下自己的線索。比如讓更多人知道，你與摩托車駕駛員

是陌生人，不是熟人；讓更多人知道你的身份，這樣可能就會震懾兇手，讓他明白，你不是無人知道的空氣。他要想想犯罪后警方來調(diào)查，順著這條線索輕易能找到他。

我經(jīng)常會在汽車停車時與遇上的人攀談。如果有人問我，你是一個人嗎？我都會肯定說，不，好幾個人，只是有人先到某處等我。或者說，我男朋友在客棧等我，他懶，不愛動。你要讓探聽你消息的人顧忌，你不是孤立無援的，不遠處就有人等著你，你一旦失去消息，馬上就有人知道并開始尋找你。

比如，我在印度旅瓦拉納西，誰問我是否一個人時，我都會說：“一個人怎么敢出來玩？我膽小，好幾個人，他們在前面等我?！痹诎㈧雇邮?，深山雕塑群里，我就是這樣告訴緊隨其后的人。如果覺得有危險，就裝做與看著是游客的人是一起的，說幾句話，這樣就會讓跟隨的人摸不清狀況。

第四、不要輕易食用別人給的水和食物

其實這點我不是那么看重，不過最好還是吃自己帶的東西，尤其是水，尤其是在酒吧里，雖然我沒遇見過但是還是經(jīng)常聽說。只有你確認環(huán)境安全，人安全，才可以放心飲用。

第五、不要穿的性感扎眼

其實真要獨自旅行的女生，不可能穿的多漂亮。反正我每次首先考慮怎么帶衣服最實用最精簡，T恤加外套，牛仔褲，腳上是笨重破舊的登山鞋，背兩個臟兮兮的大包，一副流浪漢的樣子，別人也許會對你感興趣，但是基本都不會覺得你很有錢。

說起來我在亞丁的時候遇到一個騙子，當(dāng)然我是事后才知道的，相處了幾天。四個女生中一個有男友，剩下三個單身女生，當(dāng)時我最丑，最窮，最后他將另一個女孩騙下山了，騙了五萬塊。那個女生太單純太沒有心機。我出山的時候還說與他們匯合，但是這個男的計劃一改再改，我覺得不靠譜，就按著自己計劃走，也就沒有再見到他們了。

在外面穿的保守點，丑點，窮點，真沒關(guān)系，這樣騙子很難盯上你。等到安全的環(huán)境你再漂亮性感都不遲。

第六、不要反抗，危險面前生命最重要

這一點估計會很有爭議，而且前提是你覺得命比什么都重要。我的觀點是，如果真的是遇到劫財劫色的，那你就乖乖的把所有的錢交出來，裝可憐然后保證你不報警等等，也許還能有一條生路。我不贊成反抗，女生在體力上完全不是男人的對手，你的反抗只能刺激別人。曾經(jīng)我踢過一個男生的下體，發(fā)現(xiàn)其實那里也遠沒有我想象的脆弱，而同樣的錯誤別人不會犯第二次。至于帶刀什么的，作為女生，除非你能保證你有機會一刀就讓對方失去侵犯你的能力，否則也許那把刀回頭就會扎在你自己身上。第七、不要輕易把自己置于非搭車不可的境地

說起搭車旅行的安全問題。小采有過幾次搭車經(jīng)歷，一次是拉薩到阿里環(huán)線，另一次是滇藏線的其中一段?！按钴嚭猛妗⒋碳?，還省錢，能遇到感人的事情，如今開始在中國背包客群體中流行起來。但安全問題真的是最大的隱患?！?/p>

文明旅游承諾書

為了維護旅游文明，樹立良好旅游形象。我承諾：

在旅游過程中，自覺遵守《中國公民國內(nèi)旅游文明行為公約》、《中國公民出國（境）旅游文明行為指南》和《中華人民共和國旅游法》有關(guān)規(guī)定。

一、遵守當(dāng)?shù)胤ㄒ?guī)，維護環(huán)境衛(wèi)生。不隨地吐痰和口香糖，不亂扔廢棄物，不在禁煙場所吸煙。

二、從自身做起，恪守公德，禮讓老幼病殘，禮讓女士，不講粗話。
