The Scent of a Woman is the kind of film that many would think belongs to a bygone era.While it is frank and contemporary without sugar coating it illustrates the value of character over glitz and how small acts can have long lasting consequences.The film pits two characters who are diametrical opposites.Al Pacino plays the world weary retired Army Lt.Colonel who through a stupid accident lost his sight and his way of life.Chris Donnelly is a young prep school kid on a scholarship whose way of life may be coming to an end owing to the acts of richer kids at the exclusive prep school who pull a stupid stunt.The blind Lt.Colonel needs an escort so that he can go to New York city and have a rip roaring time before he makes a fateful decision.The poor preppy needs to earn a few bucks to travel and is in desperate need of some advice on how to get through his crisis at school.The interplay between the two characters is mind boggling.It is more riveting than the best Grisham novel.Both characters are asked to make life and death decisions that call for them to reach deep into their inner core.The right decision is unhappily the tougher decision to make.Two terrific scenes that are not to be missed.The first is in the New York ballroom where the blind Lt.Colonel teaches the actress Miss Anwar to dance the tango.It is so smooth and dramatic that even a couch potato is tempted to reach for the Yellow Pages in search of dance lessons.The second and most profound is the speech that Al Pacino makes in defense of Chris Donnelly at the prep school disciplinary hearing.It has to go down as one of the great orations of all times.The Scent of a Woman is very satisfying on many levels.The character development is superb, dialogue terrific, glamorous locations and a story line that requires the characters to show themselves to be the people they really are.The film has a lot of funny lines and great drama.This movie make me feel the difficulties are just a little case, we should have a optimistic attitude to tackle it!And life is wonderful!

我有幸觀看了電影《聞香識(shí)女人》，接下來(lái)我將闡述我對(duì)這部電影的理解與看法。

初聞其名以為是部愛(ài)情影片，講的卻是男人之間的故事，女人在這里注定只能成為配角。一個(gè)影片，兩個(gè)故事。一個(gè)退伍的老軍人，失明、萬(wàn)念俱灰，曾經(jīng)的叱咤風(fēng)云身手矯捷身居要位任性胡為都加倍的造成了他的失落寂寞與徹底的自我否定。此時(shí)他最需要的只是知心人真誠(chéng)而簡(jiǎn)單的肯定。用全部的積蓄給自己安排了一個(gè)奢華的旅行，接著重新燃起了生活的希望；一個(gè)優(yōu)秀的高中生，正直、善良，在面對(duì)揭發(fā)與不揭發(fā)所謂“朋友”劣跡的艱難選擇中，終于找到了真實(shí)的自我。兩個(gè)男人所處的世界顯然截然不同，但卻同樣是孤寂的心情，迷惘中偶遇，離奇的情節(jié)中形成了父子感情，相互幫助，在搶奪自殺的槍和精彩的演講中，力挽狂瀾，拯救了對(duì)方的命運(yùn)，完成了各自人生十字路口上的關(guān)鍵抉擇。這本來(lái)就是描寫(xiě)人內(nèi)心世界的兩個(gè)故事，精彩的情節(jié)再交織在一起。可愛(ài)的退役中校，脾氣古怪，談吐犀利，喜歡說(shuō)臟話(huà)，有點(diǎn)小小的好色，有股子老頑童的勁，內(nèi)心卻是受過(guò)嚴(yán)重創(chuàng)傷，但是什么都改變不了他耿直的個(gè)性，純潔無(wú)瑕崇高的靈魂。單純的高中生，脾氣溫和，彬彬有禮，偶爾的笨拙也掩蓋不了聰明的天賦，雖然家庭貧困，但卻通過(guò)自己的努力獲得了保送哈佛大學(xué)的提名。

在電影的配樂(lè)方面，我認(rèn)為有其獨(dú)到之處，不管是影片剛開(kāi)始時(shí)不知是用什么樂(lè)器演奏的悠揚(yáng)又有點(diǎn)歡快的曲調(diào)，或是上校與女子共舞那段由小提琴演奏出的激情又不失優(yōu)雅的探戈舞曲，顯示出了上校在重新置身在美人，豪華酒店等熟悉的場(chǎng)景時(shí)身上所顯示出的的那種自信。兩種不同的音樂(lè)，表現(xiàn)的是這個(gè)國(guó)家人民的氣質(zhì)，在影片當(dāng)中雖起不到什么非常重要的作用，卻不失為點(diǎn)睛之筆。

最讓我印象深刻的是接近末尾那段上校的演講，直白而犀利，卻給人一種醍醐灌頂?shù)母杏X(jué)，時(shí)間不短卻句句經(jīng)典。

故事繞了一圈又回到原點(diǎn)，上校又回到了侄女的家，但的心境卻大有不同。聞香識(shí)女人，其實(shí)是對(duì)人生的期冀，是對(duì)人生生活的一種向往！這背后包含的在我看來(lái)，其實(shí)是一種生命的態(tài)度，生活是有挫折的，不可能一帆風(fēng)順，但是跌倒總要爬起，不管在什么時(shí)候，也要保持一種積極的人生態(tài)度，一種向上的精神！

片最吸引人的地方是它高雅而不熟套、樸實(shí)而不乏味，平緩而不拖沓，像一瓶剛打開(kāi)的成年紅酒，其中的色香味需要你的細(xì)心品味才能發(fā)現(xiàn)其魅力。給人以脫俗的感覺(jué)，就像沐浴在春日的陽(yáng)光下?；畛鲎约旱膫€(gè)性吧!像影片的男主人公一樣勇于正視自己的人生，好好享受生命綻放的燦爛！

我很喜歡看電影，雖然不是影視專(zhuān)業(yè)，但每當(dāng)看好電影之后，都喜歡看看豆瓣影評(píng)，在自己感悟一番。雖然如此，但我因?yàn)橛X(jué)得自己才疏學(xué)淺，縱然似乎有所感悟，卻終究不曾組織成語(yǔ)言過(guò)。今日得此機(jī)會(huì)，也好強(qiáng)制自己嘗試一下，并過(guò)把小隱。

影片中有兩個(gè)重要人物，各有風(fēng)騷。少年查理純的像清水，老中尉雖雙目失明脾氣暴躁但是通天曉地，幽默而有魅力，聞香能識(shí)女人。也許應(yīng)了這部電影的名字《聞香識(shí)女人》，老中尉才是最主的主角，電影里他那段伴著《只差一步》的腳步不知讓多少觀眾癡迷于探戈的魅力。但是也許是因?yàn)槲姨贻p，老中尉的痛苦與釋?xiě)盐覠o(wú)法深刻的體會(huì)，也許再過(guò)幾年重新看這部電影，我才會(huì)與老中尉產(chǎn)生共鳴吧。

查理的品質(zhì)讓我有點(diǎn)小嫉妒，我也是看了第二遍才看出來(lái)。電影字幕中把它翻譯成‘原則’我覺(jué)得并不適合，導(dǎo)致豆瓣上有寫(xiě)評(píng)論稱(chēng)這部電影內(nèi)容一般。歧義的中文翻譯使有些評(píng)友認(rèn)為的電影中表現(xiàn)的是少年不惜犧牲自己卻不出賣(mài)朋友，甚至那幾個(gè)朋友都沒(méi)把少年當(dāng)朋友。評(píng)友們覺(jué)得這個(gè)主題很膚淺而且滑稽，為了不是自己朋友的朋友而堅(jiān)持原則犧牲自己簡(jiǎn)直是愚蠢。從這一點(diǎn)讓我恰好更深刻的感受到了電影的正真的主題。

英文字幕里寫(xiě)的那句話(huà)是：“i stood up everything and everyone cause that make me feel important，but you do it cause you mean it”中文字幕是：“你卻是為了原則而反抗”，我覺(jué)得英文比中文來(lái)的更直觀，我覺(jué)得中文應(yīng)該翻譯成“你堅(jiān)持任何事都是源于你的內(nèi)心良知”。影片中的少年，從校長(zhǎng)或者大家的角度看來(lái)，面臨一個(gè)抉擇，姑且說(shuō)是一個(gè)二選一的選擇題：要么，堅(jiān)持講義氣不打小報(bào)告，維護(hù)那些還不算是自己朋友的那些同學(xué)，冤屈的承擔(dān)全部責(zé)任，可能被開(kāi)除，前途一片渺茫，要么聽(tīng)老師的告發(fā)一切，接受老師的報(bào)送哈佛的賄賂，從此基本上前途一片光明。自問(wèn)一下如果是自己會(huì)怎么選，我想幾乎全會(huì)選擇后者，不用解釋吧，“不然白吃一個(gè)處分”，沒(méi)得選。輪到少年選了，他說(shuō)：“I couldn't say.（我不能說(shuō)。）”看上去他選擇了前者（不說(shuō)）？你錯(cuò)了，他選的應(yīng)該說(shuō)是第三者。網(wǎng)上的歧義就在這里，少年沒(méi)有告發(fā)不良少年，他不是選擇守口如瓶，而是根本沒(méi)有去選擇，拒絕做那道選擇題，或者說(shuō)選擇了第三者。我注意到了老師憤怒的追問(wèn)他“couldn't, shouldn't, or mustn't.”這三個(gè)英文中的情態(tài)動(dòng)詞我就粗獷的翻譯為“不能說(shuō)還是不可以說(shuō)還是死也不說(shuō)”，其實(shí)老師是在追問(wèn)：別說(shuō)不能說(shuō)我看不懂，你是有難處（諸如類(lèi)似另一位目擊者說(shuō)的沒(méi)帶隱形眼鏡或受威脅等借口。），還是就是守口如瓶死也不說(shuō)。其實(shí)這三個(gè)情態(tài)動(dòng)詞還是在追問(wèn)前面的要么要么，可少年也認(rèn)真的思考過(guò)之后還是說(shuō)“I could't say.”他還是沒(méi)做那道選擇題。所以電影表現(xiàn)的并不像歧義的那么膚淺。那少年到底是如何想的？他貴在何處，讓老中尉最后能這么澎湃的為他說(shuō)話(huà)？重新來(lái)看原來(lái)的事情，喜歡拍上級(jí)馬屁還賣(mài)弄虛榮的校長(zhǎng)被不良學(xué)生捉弄，不良少年整蠱偽善校長(zhǎng)，其實(shí)這件事情處于平衡狀態(tài)，沒(méi)有孰是孰非。而少年面臨的，其實(shí)是，接受校長(zhǎng)的利益來(lái)打破這個(gè)平衡，頑皮少年陷入窘境，而校長(zhǎng)更加洋洋得意，還是犧牲自己的利益而維持這個(gè)平衡。顯然少年選擇的后者，他的可貴之處在于，在做決定時(shí)，并非同常人一樣優(yōu)先考慮自己的利益。而是把自己的利益放在一邊，完全以一個(gè)旁觀者的身份，公平公正的去處理遇到的事情，他有一個(gè)公正無(wú)私的內(nèi)心良知。而這分良知

又不像現(xiàn)在中國(guó)社會(huì)普遍存在的偽道德。我有必要解釋一下“偽道德”這個(gè)名詞。道德不像法律，沒(méi)有白紙黑字，更沒(méi)有明確的對(duì)錯(cuò)之分。而加以明確“該與不該”的道德就讓我粗略的定義為“偽道德”。如“范跑跑”事件，如大罵百事捐款才多少多少。這些都是因?yàn)樽晕乙庾R(shí)淺薄加上嚴(yán)重的盲目從眾心理和嚴(yán)重的虛榮心所形成的“偽道德”。當(dāng)然少年當(dāng)時(shí)沒(méi)想那么多，這份公證的良知完全來(lái)源于自己的內(nèi)心，甚至都不需要為什么。而現(xiàn)在的很多人在處理事情的時(shí)候，比如公交車(chē)讓座這件事情，廣播里放著“請(qǐng)給老弱病殘?jiān)凶屪保鎸?duì)一個(gè)身體健碩的老人，你曾經(jīng)有沒(méi)有這個(gè)疑惑，不讓感覺(jué)自己不對(duì)沒(méi)有道德，讓了感覺(jué)自己好像做了一件好事很有道德，心理斗爭(zhēng)激烈。這就不是真正的應(yīng)該源于自己內(nèi)心的道德，而是受外在別人眼中對(duì)錯(cuò)約束的偽道德。所以，少年是可貴的，在電影的結(jié)尾，當(dāng)你亢奮于老中尉澎湃的演講時(shí)，當(dāng)你為少年高興的送一口氣的時(shí)候，你是否同時(shí)感到了一絲慚愧，這才是最重要的。
