      轉(zhuǎn)眼間我已經(jīng)進(jìn)入了大三,在二年多的學(xué)習(xí)生活中,有酸甜苦辣,有歡笑和淚水,有成功和挫折,大家一起歡笑過,一起努力過,一起奮斗過,一起追求自己的夢想,一起享受青春帶給我們的喜悅。有人總結(jié),在任何一個(gè)學(xué)校,平庸的大學(xué)生是相似的,不平庸的大學(xué)生各有各的輝煌,我們不能滿足于平庸,應(yīng)該以更好的方式開始新一天, 而不是千篇一律的在每個(gè)上午醒來。大學(xué),是我們由幼稚走向成熟的地方,在此,我們應(yīng)認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)專業(yè)知識(shí),拓展自己的知識(shí)面,培養(yǎng)自己的能力。

      在學(xué)習(xí)上:學(xué)習(xí)是學(xué)生的基本,我知道一個(gè)受社會(huì)肯定的優(yōu)秀大學(xué)生,除了有個(gè)性有特長外,最起碼的就是要有知識(shí)文化的功底,所以,我至始至終都把學(xué)習(xí)擺在第一位這個(gè)學(xué)期開的課不多,正因?yàn)檫@樣,只有珍惜每一節(jié)文化課,堅(jiān)決不遲到不早退不曠課,才對得住自己的大學(xué)生涯。我覺得很重要的就是學(xué)習(xí)計(jì)劃,不管做什么事都應(yīng)該有一個(gè)計(jì)劃,大到自己的學(xué)習(xí)生涯規(guī)劃,小到自己的一天什么時(shí)刻該做什么,這樣你才能做到有的放矢。學(xué)習(xí)計(jì)劃可以寫在紙上也可以記在心里,我經(jīng)常會(huì)把自己的計(jì)劃寫出來貼在寢室里墻壁上,比如說要考試,我經(jīng)常會(huì)把哪一天復(fù)習(xí)什么書和規(guī)定什么時(shí)間完成寫在紙上,然后根據(jù)計(jì)劃完成任務(wù),有的時(shí)候計(jì)劃時(shí)間是一個(gè)月,有的時(shí)候是一周或幾天。

      生活上:我基本上都可以和同學(xué)們友好相處,和睦共處,互幫互愛,自己的事情自己做,形成獨(dú)立自理自立的良好品德。宿舍是一個(gè)大集體,四個(gè)人生活在同一個(gè)空間里面,但是各自的生活習(xí)性都不相,這就需要大家互相理解和遷就,只有這樣才能和平相處,為我們的學(xué)習(xí)創(chuàng)造一個(gè)良好的學(xué)習(xí)和休息環(huán)境。

      其他方面:擔(dān)任了班上的宣傳委員,為同學(xué)們服務(wù),能感受到自身的價(jià)值也在提高。在生科院心協(xié)擔(dān)任了一年部長之后學(xué)習(xí)到了很多,能夠良好的承擔(dān)起自己的責(zé)任。

      對接下來的兩年,我希望可以保持自己對學(xué)習(xí)認(rèn)真的態(tài)度,繼續(xù)能夠做到不遲到,不早退,不曠課,這樣才能對得起父母師長對我這么多年的栽培。

      【駕駛行為】

      我是慢車,通過去parking場所、lay-by,hard-shoulder幫助別人超我。開車要帶的證件:certificate Part I,driving license 實(shí)習(xí)期,在STOP標(biāo)志下沒有停,被罰要參加 advanced seminar,Central Register of Road Traffic Offenders。多次違反交規(guī)不參加seminar 會(huì)被吊銷駕照。

      2010支部工作總結(jié)

      2010年在歷史一頁中已經(jīng)過去了,迎來了2011年。過去的一年來,支部各項(xiàng)工作在街道黨工委、辦事處及有關(guān)職能部門幫助指導(dǎo)下,在全體黨員及廣大代表的理解支持下,緊緊依靠全體班子人員,克難攻堅(jiān),精心謀劃,較好地完成上級(jí)交辦的各項(xiàng)工作,為龍王沙社區(qū)的發(fā)展與穩(wěn)定和推進(jìn)之江新城建設(shè)做出了一定貢獻(xiàn)。下面受支部委托簡要從五個(gè)方面總結(jié):

      一、組織建設(shè)

      年初根據(jù)黨的十七大及十七屆四中五中全會(huì)及街道提出奮戰(zhàn)100天,激情創(chuàng)新業(yè),奮戰(zhàn)300天之江換新顏的目標(biāo)要求,全面推進(jìn)創(chuàng)先爭優(yōu)活動(dòng),充分發(fā)揮基層組織戰(zhàn)斗保

      作用,和黨員先鋒模范作用,在街道黨工委領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,以科學(xué)發(fā)展觀為統(tǒng)領(lǐng),圍繞生態(tài)優(yōu)美,產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)新,生活優(yōu)裕,之江優(yōu)秀,管理優(yōu)質(zhì),全區(qū)最具有魅力街道這一總目標(biāo)。結(jié)合本社區(qū)實(shí)現(xiàn)各項(xiàng)工作有序展開。

      1、今年是換屆之年,支部及居委會(huì)敏感之年,在街道黨工委支持下,在班子人員和廣大黨員及代表共同努力下,參選率和得票率都創(chuàng)近年來龍王沙的高票90%以上,充分得到上級(jí)黨委認(rèn)可和廣大黨員的支持。換屆后,根據(jù)街道黨工委統(tǒng)一部署,積極開展黨員網(wǎng)格化管理,組團(tuán)式服務(wù),片組戶聯(lián)系活動(dòng),加強(qiáng)了黨員與群眾溝通平臺(tái),積極開展?fàn)幭葎?chuàng)優(yōu),爭創(chuàng)西湖先鋒活動(dòng);一點(diǎn)通開展建黨89周年活動(dòng)。換屆后加強(qiáng)支部班子建設(shè),提高班子執(zhí)政水平和駕馭能力,為此提出班子人員必須加強(qiáng)學(xué)習(xí),提倡學(xué)習(xí)型班子,不斷提高自身業(yè)務(wù)水平和服務(wù)本領(lǐng)。積極開展班子民主生活會(huì),提出班子人員顧大體識(shí)大局,加強(qiáng)溝通理解,增強(qiáng)凝聚力、向心力。實(shí)踐證明只有班子高度統(tǒng)一才有社區(qū)和諧和穩(wěn)定。盡管今年“二會(huì)”期間、世博會(huì)敏感時(shí)期,工作得到上級(jí)充分肯定,龍王沙今非昔比。今年綜治工作被評為先進(jìn)單位,12345進(jìn)社區(qū)被區(qū)人民政府評為先進(jìn)集體。實(shí)踐證明,和諧是穩(wěn)定推進(jìn)社區(qū)各項(xiàng)工作的有力保障。

      2、強(qiáng)化組織建設(shè)和黨員隊(duì)伍建設(shè),社區(qū)現(xiàn)有在冊黨員68名(十二月底)預(yù)備3名,今年發(fā)展1名,預(yù)備轉(zhuǎn)正2名,發(fā)展對象2名,積極分子黨校培訓(xùn)3名。今年先后有5名同志申請加入中國共產(chǎn)黨,根據(jù)黨工委統(tǒng)一布置,公開選拔后備干部1名(主任助理),根據(jù)龍王沙發(fā)展需要,六月份擬組建社區(qū)黨委,十一月份已經(jīng)得到區(qū)委組織批準(zhǔn),目前社區(qū)黨委等街道黨工委再批復(fù)及授牌。

      二、經(jīng)濟(jì)工作

      10%留用地跨出實(shí)質(zhì)性進(jìn)程。在廣大黨員代表支持理解下,完成從談判、框架協(xié)議:六月中旬組織代表去合作單位實(shí)地項(xiàng)目福州考察城市綜合體,6月17日成功簽約。簽約后對部分代表提出建議意見個(gè)別條款進(jìn)行補(bǔ)充,聘請專職法律顧問并與7月18日簽訂資金監(jiān)管協(xié)議,招商工作前期基本結(jié)束。簽約后,根據(jù)留用地項(xiàng)目推進(jìn)程序,并兩條腿走路,第一抓區(qū)域范圍的拆遷及地面物補(bǔ)償;第二

      立項(xiàng),選址論證,建議容積率調(diào)整等方案。在拆遷過程中得到管委會(huì)街道大力支持,對區(qū)域范圍內(nèi)45戶地面附屬物進(jìn)行逐個(gè)補(bǔ)償,在區(qū)域拆遷中得到廣大黨員代表支持。能顧大局識(shí)大體,支持留用地開發(fā),配合簽約騰房,為實(shí)施三通一平圍墻工程,奠定扎實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。

      (2)一年末利用交地時(shí)機(jī)得到上級(jí)有關(guān)部門支持、交涉、游說、肯談。今年新增補(bǔ)償三個(gè)區(qū)塊,其中R21-02
