為激發(fā)大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣和熱情，營造校園英語學(xué)習(xí)的濃厚氛圍，提高英語口語技能，我院2009年“CCTV杯”英語演講比賽院級初賽圓滿結(jié)束了，下面讓我們到現(xiàn)場去看看同學(xué)們的精彩的表現(xiàn)。

為了調(diào)動同學(xué)們的英語學(xué)習(xí)的積極性，我院外國語學(xué)院于10月16日晚上在第一階梯教室舉辦了“CCTV杯”英語演講比賽院級初賽。外國語分院副院長鄧肖麗老師、學(xué)院院務(wù)委員覃升堂老師以及各分院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)出席了本次比賽，各分院英語老師擔(dān)任了本次比賽的評委。

本次比賽共分兩個環(huán)節(jié)：英語演講，即興回答問題。本次比賽共有來自我院的21名選手參賽，選手們經(jīng)過悉心準備，比賽進行得非常激烈。在緊張激烈的比賽氣氛中，選手們表現(xiàn)可圈可點，口語標(biāo)準流利，語調(diào)抑揚頓挫，自信而有激情，展現(xiàn)出了良好的精神風(fēng)貌和個人風(fēng)采。在評委提問環(huán)節(jié)，選手們沉著冷靜地回答了評委提出的問題。贏得了臺下同學(xué)們的陣陣掌聲。

賽后，外國語分院副院長鄧肖麗老師在本次英語比賽中講話（同期聲）

經(jīng)過激烈的競爭與精彩的表現(xiàn)，07商務(wù)英語1班的韋潔和黃丹丹兩位同學(xué)脫穎而出獲得了本次比賽的一等獎。其次，二等獎3名，三等獎4名，優(yōu)秀獎6名。

一：做我們報紙的收獲

1鍛煉自己，提高個人能力；

2多交朋友，提升自己人脈；

3積累經(jīng)驗，增加求職籌碼;

4為協(xié)會貢獻力量，讓協(xié)會更有名氣和實力。

5獲得大型贊助資金，為進軍甲級社團提供物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)。

二： 開場白

不要一進去就說我們負責(zé)學(xué)院的英語報刊推廣銷售，我們學(xué)校是工科類院校，有很多同

學(xué)英語很菜，高考五六十分的多了去，提到英語就頭痛，還有的人甚至反感根本不想聽。所以我們作為學(xué)長學(xué)姐應(yīng)多關(guān)心地詢問他們家鄉(xiāng)、行程、入學(xué)心情及目前需要的幫助（邊發(fā)傳單，每宿舍兩張）。同時介紹一些進入大學(xué)后會碰到的問題，要讓遠道求學(xué)的新生感受到來之本協(xié)會關(guān)懷和問候?；蛘卟扇∑渌姆绞剑喝缥竦南蛐律榻BA,B級等級考試沒過的麻煩，讓他們在有壓力的同時又能提高英語學(xué)習(xí)的自覺性，為學(xué)校等級考試通過率的提高出一份力，為協(xié)會升級甲級社團添上重重的籌碼）。

再推薦英語輔導(dǎo)周刊，以學(xué)長學(xué)姐的身份向新生介紹本校英語等級考試（第一次英語A，B級考試很多班級全班掛一半稍出頭，學(xué)院也有貼出來，通過率具體百分幾我忘記了，但是很多同學(xué)應(yīng)該都有看到，通過率高不高大家心里雪亮雪亮的。掛了第一學(xué)期獎學(xué)金沒了，一切個人榮譽沒了，入黨積極分子沒了下學(xué)期從頭開始。每學(xué)期補考一次40元，補考三次以上的大有人在。最后畢業(yè)發(fā)的是結(jié)業(yè)證書而不是畢業(yè)證書。

要做一個受人歡迎的推銷員，保持微笑，適當(dāng)熱情，善于觀察，懂得投其所好?；叵胍幌律虉隼锏挠行﹥?yōu)秀推銷員的行為，是否有值得借鑒的地方。推銷自己是貫穿營銷始末的。哪怕是遭到拒絕，也請微笑面對，他可以不認同你的工作，但是一定要認同你的素質(zhì)！

三：介紹報紙

a、主要告訴他們英語A,B級，四級的在報刊中比例相當(dāng)（成績差的同學(xué)我們要讓他明白這份報刊A,B級的分量很重，成績好的我們要讓他們不會誤以為這份很簡單，不利他們考四級。

4）征訂技巧：

a聊聊新生家鄉(xiāng)，問哪里人，及其他新生關(guān)心的話題（不許謊報自己是他同鄉(xiāng)）。

b幫助新生提行李，教他們?nèi)绾握泶蹭伒鹊龋ㄗ詈迷谛ｉT口，或宿舍附近，不可提倡全程接送，除非很有把握。

c以一個朋友的身份向新生講授大學(xué)生活趣事，留下自己的聯(lián)系方法，讓新生在以后的生活學(xué)習(xí)過程中遇到問題和困難，向你請教。

d談?wù)劥髮W(xué)的生活、學(xué)習(xí)，提到學(xué)習(xí)的時候，著重強調(diào)英語學(xué)習(xí)的重要性（大學(xué)英語A,B級的重要性）。讓他們知道《英語輔導(dǎo)周刊》是輔導(dǎo)英語A,B級并向四級沖刺的權(quán)威性報紙，這份報刊得到老師的大力支持推薦。

e隊友之間在休息期間應(yīng)相互交流發(fā)行經(jīng)驗和遇到的問題，并解決問題提高自己的發(fā)行能力。f現(xiàn)身說法，已經(jīng)考過四級的，可以帶上自己的四級考試成績單，向他們展示一下。

五：工作中注意事項；

2)領(lǐng)取相關(guān)材料，工作結(jié)束后交回，避免丟失。給訂閱者開據(jù)學(xué)習(xí)報專用收據(jù)，詳細登訂閱者的資料（姓名、宿舍號），發(fā)行員自行保管好收據(jù)，票據(jù)要妥善管理，如果發(fā)票開錯，不要撕掉，寫上作廢即可。

3）發(fā)行員必須在所分配的區(qū)域內(nèi)工作，收款時請仔細鑒別人民幣，一定要避免假

幣，要記住五十一百等人民幣是誰給的（如用鉛筆做記號）。

4）宣傳發(fā)行期間請佩帶協(xié)會證件，并攜帶學(xué)生證以備證明自己的身份。在指定時間

到達工作區(qū)域

5）帶上自己的包或不透明的塑料帶，不要把我們的材料直接拿在手上，這樣如果遇

到頑固的生管，會造成不必要的麻煩，還要叫。

6）工作過程中遇到一些困難，及時與主管聯(lián)系，不要輕易放棄。

7）報紙發(fā)行的最佳工作時間，新生剛到宿舍、中午、傍晚。

六：和其他報紙的比較：《21century》是很不錯，銷量也不錯，但大都數(shù)是由于

零售的。還有就是它的大學(xué)版難度太大了，適合考研和六級以上水平的讀者；英

語周報事實已經(jīng)證明不適合我們學(xué)校。很多其他的報紙雜志雜志都沒有質(zhì)量和售

后保障。

七：工作時的心態(tài)：要有自信，我們的報紙是最好的，如果我們的報紙都賣不好的，其他的報紙在我們學(xué)校更賣不出去，遇到挫折的時候要堅持，回來時找學(xué)姐

學(xué)長尋求解決方法。遇到一些宿舍出現(xiàn)比較特殊的情況，多和會員分享交流，共

同進步。

答：了解清楚什么原因，可以幫他忙一忙，順便講講《學(xué)習(xí)報》的一些情況。隔壁都訂了，你們不訂就回

落伍的。還有就是問問家是哪的、學(xué)的什么專業(yè)等，利用這個先拉近距離。

2)當(dāng)學(xué)生提出“我們的課本還沒有發(fā)下來，等發(fā)下來再說吧”怎么辦？

答：我們學(xué)校因為開學(xué)比較晚，而我們英語輔導(dǎo)材料是把九月份作為第一期，所以我們要盡快統(tǒng)計好訂

閱數(shù)目。然后報到上面去。況且現(xiàn)在的大學(xué)生最基本的素質(zhì)是英語，英語是必不可少的；我們的征訂時間

就在這幾天，等課本發(fā)下來已經(jīng)不一定訂得到了，所以要抓緊時間定；

3）當(dāng)學(xué)生提出“宿舍其他人還沒到，一起來了商量一下再說”

答：大學(xué)生和高中生最大的區(qū)別就是要有主見，學(xué)習(xí)是自己的事情，高中的時候是老師幫你們定學(xué)習(xí)輔導(dǎo)材料，但是大學(xué)已經(jīng)不一樣了，什么都要靠自己了。然后再跟他講英語學(xué)習(xí)的重要

一、敲門大聲敲門，吸引客戶的注意，聚焦他們的目光！出于禮貌

二、開場白 同學(xué)，你好！我是XX?。銈儗W(xué)姐、學(xué)長、學(xué)生會、愛心協(xié)會等）

來了解你們的報到情況，看你們有什么需要幫助的；來了解你們情況！

三、套近乎哪里人？乘什么車？對學(xué)校印象？英語水平如何？高考分數(shù)？

四、判斷對手用正確的方式切入不同性格的人。內(nèi)向、外向；經(jīng)濟情況；有主見，沒主見；英語水平等

五、主題部分 1.學(xué)習(xí)：大學(xué)是人生的另一起點，學(xué)習(xí)依然是頭等大事；英語學(xué)習(xí)及重要性：學(xué)好英語的優(yōu)

越性，學(xué)不好的苦惱處；推薦《學(xué)習(xí)報》及特色；（見樣報及宣傳冊的講解）

六、收尾，成交，及時總結(jié)上一次推銷的經(jīng)驗，以飽滿的熱情投入下一次推銷過程中。

第三篇：英語比賽

英語比賽

上英語課了，老師讓我們一大組和二大組比賽，雙方開始了激烈的比賽，我們一大組和二大組打了十幾個回合，仍然不分勝負，快下課了，二大組有45分，我們一大組有40分，我們一大組的人都已精疲力盡，我一看著急了，在急切之下，我突然站了起來，“老師我會”，結(jié)果老師就挑我了，我回答了XXXX個問題。老師給我們加了15分，一下子就超過了第二組10分。正在這時下課鈴聲響起。

下課后我們第一組的同學(xué)團聚在一起載歌載舞，互相慶祝我們一大組的勝利。
