Procrastination的形成1. 一個(gè)人認(rèn)為自己5天之內(nèi)可以做完一件事情,所以在離deadline還有15天的時(shí)候一點(diǎn)不著急,直到最后只剩5天了才開始。
2. 這種緊迫感和焦慮往往促發(fā)人的斗志,會(huì)讓自己覺得,自己只有在壓力狀態(tài)下才有做事情的狀態(tài)。
3. 最后拿到成績(jī)的時(shí)候,成績(jī)往往不是很差,這樣子就強(qiáng)化了自己最適合在deadline之前短期高壓的狀態(tài)下工作的心態(tài),并且對(duì)以后的行為不斷進(jìn)行自我暗示。這一個(gè)部分寫得非常符合大部分有拖沓習(xí)慣的中國(guó)學(xué)生的經(jīng)歷。因?yàn)橹袊?guó)學(xué)生往往非常聰明,所以哪怕最后只剩一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)時(shí)間了,也會(huì)完成得不錯(cuò);從而自認(rèn)為自己最適合這樣子的工作狀態(tài)。周而復(fù)始,反復(fù)循環(huán)。
Procrastination的其他特點(diǎn)
1. 沒有自信。因?yàn)槊看瓮瓿扇蝿?wù)都達(dá)不到自己最高的能力,對(duì)自我能力的評(píng)估會(huì)越來越低。
2. 我太忙。我一直拖著沒做因?yàn)槲乙恢焙苊Α?/p>
3. 頑固。你催我也沒有用。我準(zhǔn)備好了自然會(huì)開始做。
4. 操控別人。他們著急也沒用,一切都要等我到了才能開始。
5. 對(duì)抗壓力。因?yàn)槊刻靿毫艽?,所以要做的事情一直被拖下來?/p>
6. 受害者心態(tài)。我也知道自己怎么會(huì)這樣,別人能做得自己做不到。

Procrastination深層原因,以及解決方法
1. 完美主義。所有事情都要達(dá)到一個(gè)很高的境界,要一次做好,所以不愿意匆匆忙忙開始,要萬事俱備才行。解決方法:對(duì)自己說現(xiàn)在的狀態(tài)就已經(jīng)很好,可以開始了。每有一點(diǎn)進(jìn)展都鼓勵(lì)自己。意識(shí)到一點(diǎn)錯(cuò)誤都不犯是不可能的。偉大的作家,詩(shī)人,藝術(shù)家都是斷斷續(xù)續(xù)完成他們的杰作的,自己也可以如此。
2. 抵制與敵意。這個(gè)老師對(duì)我態(tài)度太差了,所以我不高興作他布置的作業(yè)。解決辦法:要意識(shí)到,不完成作業(yè)受害的是自己。不能僅僅因?yàn)橐粋€(gè)老師的態(tài)度而影響到自己的前途。
3. 容易頹廢。任務(wù)太難了,或者別人都不需要做我干嗎要做,不能忍受持續(xù)做這件事情,等明天再做吧。但是往往明天到了,心里還是不高興做,又繼續(xù)往后推。解決辦法:尋找一切可以找到的幫助,設(shè)法降低事情的難度,取得進(jìn)展;暫時(shí)推遲自己想要放棄的心態(tài),每天能多做一點(diǎn)就多做一點(diǎn)。這一點(diǎn)也很符合很多中國(guó)學(xué)生的現(xiàn)狀。因?yàn)椴皇侨巳硕紝?duì)自己的課題感興趣的,所以容易產(chǎn)生厭倦感,所以不容易定下心來完成相關(guān)任務(wù)。解決的辦法如上所說,向別人尋求幫助,聽取建議,同時(shí)可以把任務(wù)分成比較容易的小塊,化整為零,告訴自己其實(shí)每一個(gè)小部分都很容易就能完成。
4. 自我貶低。如果常常不能很好地完成任務(wù),自己對(duì)自己的能力的估計(jì)會(huì)越來越低,即使以后完成好了,也認(rèn)為是運(yùn)氣。解決辦法:接受別人對(duì)自己工作的贊揚(yáng);自己對(duì)自己進(jìn)行勉勵(lì)。
治療的步驟:

* 決心型,他們沒法下決心。不下決心就可以回避對(duì)應(yīng)對(duì)事情的拖拉。
9.拖拉帶來的損失巨大。健康是其中之一,研究表明拖拉的人更容易患病。拖拉也影響人的情緒,也會(huì)破壞團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作和人際關(guān)系。
10.拖拉會(huì)改變?nèi)说男袨?,但不?huì)耗費(fèi)多少精神力量。這并不意味著一個(gè)念頭就能馬上改變。這個(gè)問題可以通過高度規(guī)范的認(rèn)知行為治療來解決。
對(duì)行事拖拉的人進(jìn)行勸誡就如同讓抑郁癥患者高興起來那么困難。”法拉利教授認(rèn)為,勸導(dǎo)對(duì)拖拉癥患者來說作用微乎其微,關(guān)鍵還是要靠自己下定擺脫拖拉慣性的決心,這需要很大的精神動(dòng)力才能完成。試著結(jié)合以下10個(gè)竅門,可能會(huì)更容易一些。記住,每達(dá)到其中一項(xiàng),你就離成功進(jìn)了一步。

case 1:我經(jīng)常擔(dān)心事做的不夠完美。但盡力做了完美主義者,可做事的效率不是很高。經(jīng)常接到任務(wù)以后,心里想的是盡快完成,可總是一拖再拖。為什么?
→病名:擔(dān)心引起的拖延病。
→處方:總想把事情做的完美一些,但壓力越大就越擔(dān)心做不好事遲遲不敢付出行動(dòng)??偸前讶f事的結(jié)果定為,不是成功就是失敗、只要作錯(cuò)了一點(diǎn),做的再好也都是錯(cuò)的。出了事就算不是自己的責(zé)任也會(huì)攬到自己身上。
首先得醒悟“自找擔(dān)心”是多么消極的事情。
假如,在準(zhǔn)備報(bào)告時(shí),最初就能寫出完美的報(bào)告是不可能的。一定會(huì)有一些偏差也有理論上說服力較小的地方。所以,完美是不存在的。追尋一下到現(xiàn)在為止你所做過是事有多少事是完美的,一定沒有特別完美的事。但一定也沒耽誤什么事。
case 2:一旦接到什么任務(wù)總會(huì)擔(dān)心“我一定能做好嗎?做錯(cuò)了教授會(huì)不會(huì)責(zé)備我?”在想這些的時(shí)候時(shí)間已悄悄溜走了。
→病名:自我指責(zé)的拖延病
→處方:對(duì)過去一些失敗的記憶會(huì)變成一種壓力。想治好自我指責(zé)的病,可以把責(zé)任都推托到別人身上。不要因?yàn)樯屏嫉淖员案卸岩磺袉栴}都自己扛。這樣只會(huì)讓你的自信心下降。輕視自己之前先把責(zé)任都推到別人身上吧!然后,用另一種方式解釋自己的失敗。比如:在小組功課中有了一個(gè)好的創(chuàng)意。但因?yàn)闆]有時(shí)間,結(jié)果在報(bào)告中露掉了。在這種情況發(fā)生的時(shí)候,如果是自我指責(zé)的人就會(huì)想:“哎!因?yàn)闆]有發(fā)表這個(gè)創(chuàng)意,以后教授知道了會(huì)不會(huì)扣我的學(xué)分呢?”取代上面想法的應(yīng)該是“我真了不起,能有這么好的創(chuàng)意?!被颉跋麓螌憟?bào)告時(shí)用就可以了。那一定比這次輕松多了?!?/p>
case 3:我特別的執(zhí)著,一旦問題襲來的時(shí)候就感到不安和急躁。問題解決之前做不好任何事情。
→病名:執(zhí)著引起的拖延病
→處方:“怎么會(huì)這樣?”“到底那時(shí)候?yàn)槭裁茨敲醋??”即使在過去的事情里找原因也不會(huì)有什么改變。澄清一件事也解決不了問題。因?yàn)槭虑槭怯蓭追N因素合成的。什么時(shí)候才能把事情一一都弄清楚呢?在公司寫企劃案的時(shí)候?qū)懖缓玫脑蛞灿泻芏喾N。期限太短或過去寫過一次結(jié)果被上司責(zé)罵了一頓,留下了創(chuàng)傷。還有就是還沒找到資料等等。澄清問題對(duì)以后沒有任何幫助。所以,要往可以解決問題的方向行動(dòng)。做企劃案時(shí)應(yīng)該想:“這次應(yīng)該跟其他公司比較著做看看了?!比绻@樣想著行動(dòng)的話一定有效。
case 4:我總是沒有自信,怎么努力也改不了。為了從苦海中擺脫出來看過不少有關(guān)的書籍但都徒勞無功。因?yàn)闆]有自信做起事也不順利。不知道能不能改變一下這樣的我。→病名:封閉自我印象引起的拖延病
→處方:在苦惱的邊緣走不出來的人是因?yàn)楸蛔约哄e(cuò)誤的想法封鎖住了。一定要從誤區(qū)的牢籠里走出來。為了打破錯(cuò)誤的想法捫心自問一下自己“假如,我是能做到○○事的人,應(yīng)該先想些什么?先做些什么?”假如,做報(bào)告的時(shí)候,因?yàn)槊τ谀承┦逻t遲沒做出來。這時(shí),應(yīng)該想“如果我是個(gè)做報(bào)告的能手,應(yīng)該先做什么事呢?”考試成績(jī)不好,但還得向父母交代的時(shí)候應(yīng)該想“假如,我是個(gè)成績(jī)不好,但能向父母主動(dòng)表白的人,應(yīng)該先做什么事?” 想這些問題的時(shí)候,不能用太長(zhǎng)的時(shí)間。第一個(gè)想到的就是正確答案。所以直接實(shí)第一個(gè)想法就可以了。
case 5:我在所有決定中沒有自信。當(dāng)決定了做某件事的時(shí)候,往往因?yàn)椴淮_定是對(duì)的還是錯(cuò)的而煩惱。這樣一來事就一拖再拖。不是因?yàn)槲覒?,而是因?yàn)槊看味疾荒芨冻鲂袆?dòng)。所以人們都說我辦事的效率不高。

消失不見的“停止提示”
在手機(jī)和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)沒有出現(xiàn)之前,消耗人們注意力的所有產(chǎn)品,大部分都會(huì)給予你一定的“停止提示”。
無論和別人聊得多歡暢,對(duì)方總會(huì)跟你說:時(shí)間差不多了,然后匆匆忙忙地把電話給掛掉;無論大家在酒席上多么觥籌交錯(cuò),到最后總會(huì)曲終人散,各回各家,各找各媽;無論你對(duì)報(bào)紙有多么上癮,對(duì)國(guó)家各種大事有多上心,投遞到你家的報(bào)紙,遲早會(huì)被你看完。
直到手機(jī)和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的出現(xiàn),更準(zhǔn)確地說,是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的誕生,將之前的“停止提示”,清除地一干二凈。
只要你愿意,只要你有足夠的時(shí)間和精力,你可以時(shí)時(shí)刻刻和外界保持著聯(lián)系,你只要手里面握著一款智能手機(jī),手機(jī)配備了高速的4G網(wǎng)絡(luò),別說和手機(jī)相處一個(gè)晚上了,讓你和它相處一整天,你也完全可以。
因?yàn)槟闶稚衔沼械臇|西,不會(huì)給你強(qiáng)烈的“停止提示”。
今日頭條、知乎、微博和各種短視頻網(wǎng)站,提供給用戶的信息,全部都是“信息流”的模式,也就是說,只要打開任何一款軟件,信息就會(huì)像瀑布一樣,傾斜而下,永遠(yuǎn)沒有終止的那一天。
在父母成長(zhǎng)的過程中,接觸到的信息,都是有停止的那一刻,無論是報(bào)紙還是電視新聞,都有翻完或者看完的時(shí)候,一旦信息源停止提供信息,父母就會(huì)去做其他事情。
每次你回家,只要拿起手機(jī)刷個(gè)不停,你的父母就會(huì)非常不理解:這手機(jī)有什么好玩的呢?
因?yàn)樗麄冏孕〗邮艿氖怯小巴V固崾尽钡男畔⒃?,而你現(xiàn)在擁有的手機(jī),卻是無窮無盡的時(shí)間黑洞。
即時(shí)獎(jiǎng)賞才是最可怕的我們來做個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn),假如你非常好運(yùn),幸運(yùn)女神突然降臨在你的身邊,大發(fā)慈悲地對(duì)你說:
現(xiàn)在給你兩條路走,一條路是現(xiàn)在即時(shí)得到500塊錢,另外一條路是等半個(gè)月之后,再得到888元。
這兩條路,或者兩個(gè)選擇,你會(huì)選擇哪一個(gè)?

打開知乎,就會(huì)有源源不斷的干貨撲面而來,美女爆照更是一浪接一浪;打開微博,就會(huì)有各種各樣的明星八卦,生活見聞;打開抖音短視頻,就會(huì)有讓你眼花繚亂的俊男美女到處取悅于你。
而早早睡覺,然后精神飽滿去奮斗,圖的又是什么?
工作再努力一點(diǎn),Excel做得再精美一點(diǎn),對(duì)客戶再上心一點(diǎn),所有的這些付出,收益統(tǒng)統(tǒng)都有很長(zhǎng)的滯后性。而學(xué)習(xí)就更不用說了,你不知道現(xiàn)在埋頭苦讀的專業(yè),將來的出路是什么,你也不知道此時(shí)此刻的挑燈夜戰(zhàn),未來會(huì)不會(huì)顆粒無收。

嗑瓜子可以一嗑就是一整天,那是因?yàn)槟阒恍枰ㄙM(fèi)不到半秒鐘的時(shí)間,就可以得到瓜子,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)背后的技術(shù)人員,同樣也知道這個(gè)道理,他們把即時(shí)成功,即時(shí)變得牛逼,即時(shí)變得優(yōu)秀這些所謂的“瓜子”統(tǒng)統(tǒng)擺在你的面前,然后對(duì)你叫喊著:
來來來,吃下這些瓜子就能成功啦!
讓人又愛又恨的蔡戈尼克效應(yīng)
每隔不了多久,我們就會(huì)在網(wǎng)絡(luò)上聽到各種所謂的神曲,這些神曲有一個(gè)非常明顯的特點(diǎn),就是時(shí)不時(shí)會(huì)在你的腦中回蕩,你可能現(xiàn)在正在碼字,但你的腦中回蕩著的,卻是一首爛大街的“廣東十年愛情故事”。
為什么會(huì)出現(xiàn)這樣一種尷尬情形?
心理學(xué)家發(fā)現(xiàn),人類天生具有把一件已經(jīng)開始的事情給完成的沖動(dòng),如若沒有把事情給完成,大腦就會(huì)在默認(rèn)的情況下,一直將這件事情給記下來,并不斷催促你去把它給完成,而對(duì)于已經(jīng)完成的事情,大腦會(huì)自動(dòng)將其清除掉。
這種現(xiàn)象因?yàn)槭堑聡?guó)心理學(xué)家Β.Β.蔡格尼克發(fā)現(xiàn)的,所以也叫蔡格尼克效應(yīng)。
你在大街上聽到的神曲,一般都沒有機(jī)會(huì)把它給聽完,大腦因?yàn)橛袑⑵渫瓿傻臎_動(dòng),所以就一直讓它在你的腦中回蕩,想要解決這個(gè)問題,你可以在大腦中將這首歌給唱完。
因?yàn)椴谈昴峥诵?yīng),你一旦在手機(jī)上接觸到信息,就會(huì)產(chǎn)生想把它給完成的沖動(dòng)。
即使時(shí)間已經(jīng)很晚很晚了,你依舊會(huì)抱著手機(jī)刷完一集又一集美劇、看完一部又一部小說、在知乎上把感興趣問題下面的回答,一一翻了個(gè)遍。
看到這里,估計(jì)你應(yīng)該會(huì)明白,自己之所以那么喜歡沉迷于刷手機(jī),是因?yàn)樯厦嬲f的那些原因,而不是簡(jiǎn)簡(jiǎn)單單的意志力過差。
知道了這些有什么用呢?
同樣都是遇到問題,當(dāng)別人都一笑而過,然后繼續(xù)犯錯(cuò)的時(shí)候,我會(huì)從各個(gè)方面去考慮造成這個(gè)問題真正的原因是什么,只有通過發(fā)掘問題背后的實(shí)質(zhì),才能做到對(duì)癥下藥,否則都是腳疼醫(yī)腳,頭痛醫(yī)頭罷了。丨 只要什么,自己就什么什么
之前有社群的成員向我提出了這樣的一個(gè)問題:做為一名自由職業(yè)者,為什么每次在家里的時(shí)候,工作就會(huì)非常低效?
我是這么回答他的:
那是因?yàn)槟忝看卧诩依锏臅r(shí)候,都是穿著睡衣在工作的,大腦默認(rèn)你是在休息,于是就開啟了放松的模式,你可以試著在工作正式開始之前,換上稍微正式一點(diǎn)的衣服,這種儀式感,會(huì)讓你效率得到提高。
我們的大腦,更加喜歡用只要什么,接著就去做什么什么的模式來工作。下一次,當(dāng)你準(zhǔn)備要睡覺的前一個(gè)小時(shí),可以規(guī)定這樣的一種儀式:
只要踏入臥室,我就把手機(jī)給留在客廳。
相信我,剛開始的時(shí)候,是非常痛苦的,但只要能夠?qū)⑦@個(gè)儀式感給貫徹下去,相信在經(jīng)過一個(gè)月之后,你的大腦就會(huì)重新布線,到時(shí)候,脫離儀式感,反而會(huì)讓你感到痛苦。丨 多做即時(shí)收到反饋、但周期不長(zhǎng)的事情
臨睡前,我建議你不要去看那些容易讓人上癮的美劇、小說和刷知乎,因?yàn)樗鼈兺磿r(shí)就能得到反饋,而且持續(xù)的周期過長(zhǎng),非常容易讓你一刷就停不下來。
破除蔡戈尼克效應(yīng)最好的辦法,就是多做那些維持周期不長(zhǎng)的事情。
比如說看一些獨(dú)立的短篇小說,或者聽完一個(gè)溫暖的電臺(tái)節(jié)目,再不行的話,就來一場(chǎng)完整的冥想。
當(dāng)你把這些維系周期不長(zhǎng)的事情給做完之后,大腦就會(huì)默認(rèn)你已經(jīng)把一天中所有的事情給完成了,而不會(huì)心心念念地牽掛著知乎啊,微博啊,美劇啊等等永無“停止提示”的事情。丨 其他可以促進(jìn)不熬夜的技巧
⊙晚上不要吃太飽,戒掉夜宵;
⊙臨睡前可以洗個(gè)熱水澡,體溫的逐步降低,可以增加睡意;
⊙千萬不要以為自己明天會(huì)不熬夜!今天不改,明天繼續(xù)熬!
做到以上這些,大概就能逃出死循環(huán)了!
