（一）企業(yè)申報年檢提交下列材料：

５、企業(yè)法人應(yīng)當提交年度資產(chǎn)負債表和損益表，公司和外商投資企業(yè)還應(yīng)當提交由會計師事務(wù)所出具的審計報告。６、企業(yè)有非法人分支機構(gòu)的，需提交分支機構(gòu)的營業(yè)執(zhí)照副本復印件（加蓋公章）。

７、非法人分支機構(gòu)提交隸屬企業(yè)上一年度已年檢的營業(yè)執(zhí)照副本復印件（加蓋公章）。

８、其他經(jīng)營單位提交隸屬機構(gòu)的主體資格證明復印件（加蓋公章）。

9、國家工商行政管理總局規(guī)定要求提交的其他材料。

前款所列１、２、３、４項的材料及相關(guān)的清算批準或備案文件。

第二篇：營業(yè)執(zhí)照年檢時間及所需資料（推薦）

內(nèi)資企業(yè)，做工商年檢；

外資企業(yè)，須做聯(lián)合年檢。

通常營業(yè)執(zhí)照年檢時間為每年的3~6月份，組織機構(gòu)代碼證為1~6月份期間進行，具體時間可關(guān)注當?shù)刂饕襟w的公告或直接咨詢當?shù)刂鞴軝C關(guān)，以其公布時間為準。

一、營業(yè)執(zhí)照年檢：
